- Peter (6/5): OK as a stop over. One night stay only. - The access to Mestre Railway and bus Stations. The staff were rude and untrained. The man who served me was Indian, but he could hardly speak English.

- Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Our reception was amazing! So hospitable and informative... it was a pleasure and we were so happy we found this hotel!
The room was really comfortable and very clean.
Fantastic location, just 2 minutes by foot from the main train station and bus stop into Venice. And great value.

- Doreen (10/5): Great location near public transport, great price but very basic but met my needs - Location and price was great and friendly helpful staff Very very basic
- Kaya (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good, near the train station, we scared some comments on google maps but not like that, we satisfied Facilities and toilets
- Piotr (1/5): Bad - Only plus was that the receptionist was on time when we arrived. The room was dirty. All the time the noise around the hotel. And bathrooms were dirty. Nobody cleaned there. The beds were a joke, two deckchairs connected together. And mold on the walls and in the bathroom. Receptionist was only first time when we arrived, later it was impossible to contact somebody because phone numbers were incorrect or didn't work. The iron should be able for us but unfortunately one day was there and other day it wasn't there. And we didn't have a blanket, only cover. Window blinds were were all the time down, it was difficult to remove it.

Great value for money.
- Martin (4/5): Good location - It’s location was close. The shared bathroom was clean enough. The staff member that checked me in was very helpful and got us a fan for the room. Tiny single beds. Stains on the walls. Could have cleaned the floor a bit better.
Stay here if you only need a room and you’re not that bothered about anything else.

- George (1/5): Horrible worst in my life and first time in my life PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THAT PLACE . Rail stand or - Nothing . Very horrible dirty , very low class place . This place is not even worth for 10 dollar per night . It so happened to be there at 9 pm of the night , with 3 luggage’s and was dead tired , new to the place . Otherwise we could have been get out from that place within minutes. Our bus was in the morning 5 30 . Never go th the place . Please do not recommend the place through booking.com . Even I will think and careful in doing the hotel booing through booking .com . We stayed around 7 hotels within the past 3 weeks . Worst one is this hotel . I recommend to remove them from booking .com . It is bad reputation to booking.com. No bad words exist words to say about that experience . I have all pictures of the room an I can show the pictures of the other hotel which stayed around that time with the same price range . Please do not cheat the poor tourist like this . So horrible , worst room with dirty smell and dirty blankets and room . We spend our night sitting there without sleeping . We were not feeling like lying in the bed . Staffs were unprofessional and rude . We are US citizen . Nothing
- Paulo (9/5): Superb -
- Winton (2/5): Very poor - The staff were welcoming which we appreciated greatly and it is close to the station The area was too scary for us at night and the neighbours made constant noise so we couldn't sleep. The shared bathrooms were also a little unpleasant
- Aleksander (9/5): Ok last-minute one-night stay - The location of the hotel is quite decent. There are trains and busses to Venice quite close to it. The hotel is somewhat run down. It's and older building that wasn't renovated in quite some time.
- Karolina (4/5): Disappointing - Nice staff and very good location Property needs a good cleaning
- Venkata (7/5): Good -
- Asma (5/5): Passable -
- Dinesh (7/5): Good -
- Adam (1/5): Bad - Good thing I have a sense of humour. Might be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
- Pankuch (1/5): Bed bugs everywhere in this place!!! - Nothing. BEWARE, BED BUGS!!! And the owners do nothing about the terrible situation in the rooms...
If you don't want to get bitten and bring home bed bugs don't go here!!!
- Leila (2/5): Very poor - The receptionist was extremely impolite and almost didn't let us check in. Nobody picked up the phone when we tried to call to inform the hotel of our delay. The bathroom was not clean.
- Djurkovic (1/5): Bad - Rooms were full of bugs, beds too. You could not sleep at night at all because of it.
- Isaac (1/5): Terrible - Nothing The rooms are full of bedbugs, they are not responsive
- Gyorgy (1/5): It's unbelievable that such accommodation exists for this price - We didn't go to another accommodat -
- Rodrigo (7/5): Good -
- Noriel (6/5): Pleasant - the location is close to the train station..so getting in and out of Venice is handy. maybe not a spot to stay if you're planning to visit Venice in the summer. No airconditioning and the fan barely put out any air at all.
- Sanchez (1/5): Not a good place to stay - Really bad place to stay, but it was clean The staff, no air conditioning, the pillows were terrible
- Marketa (4/5): Disappointing - No hot water No hot water owner Said we can check out and leave what kind of behaviour is that No discount offered nothing
- Farhan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rekha (7/5): Good -
- Kenneth (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! - The location relative to the train station was a short walk.
There was one young man named Zakaria that was very nice. He tried to do what he could, but was in an impossible situation. When making the reservation, we filtered the search for a room with A/C. Booking.com indicated this Hostel (it is NOT a hotel) as having A/C. It did not. Since there was no A/C, we had to leave the windows open at night. There were no screens and insects were an issue. It was LOUD from the cars and people shouting well into the night. Beeping horns just below your open window at ~2 AM is a wonderful way to wake up.
We arrived when agreed and no one was there. We stood outside a locked front door with another customer for ~25 minutes while calling the number on the Booking.com website over and over and over - "Anisur" never answered. We finally noticed another number near the front door for "Zakaria."
Then there was the passed-out drunk at the front door one morning. We actually had to step over him at the front door. He laid there for hours with the staff knowing it...and doing absolutely NOTHING about it.
The rooms did not have toilet or shower facilities in the room. The toilets down the hall often had no toilet paper. They were also not cleaned any of the 3 days we were there. I purposely left a wrapper from small bar of soap in the middle of the floor to see if it actually was picked up over the 3 days - nope. None of the other tracks (of who knows what) on the toilet/shower rooms were cleaned while we were there.
I made the mistake of putting my backpack under the bed one night. It came out thick with dust and whatever other filth that had not been cleaned who knows how long. If you like trampolines for beds that sag considerably when you lay in them, this place is for you!
Also, if you like having a shared balcony with other rooms and a door to your room that could not be locked, this room is also for you!
Then there was the last night when one of the facility managers LOUDLY tried to force our door open at 11:54 PM - just after I had fallen asleep.
- Cflee1 (6/5): Pleasant -
- Rui (7/5): Good -
- Cameron (8/5): No frills stay in ideal location for exploring Venice - Extremely helpful host. Good location, easily accessible from train station and buses, and quick to get into Venice proper for exploring. Small restaurants and grocery stores nearby, overall safe neighbourhood Wifi didn't work well in our room, we were told it doesn't reach there so we had to sit out in the hallway to use it. Bed was missing a spring on one side causing a really big sag in the middle.
- Karol (1/5): Bad - definitely the worst place ive ever been. we choose it because the price. we arrive at 3at night so we just wanted to make 5h sleep before go to Our last destination. wad very dirty , No toilet paper, bed was broken so I couldn’t sleep
- Menath (5/5): Passable -
- Albert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ranny (5/5): Passable -

- Rahman (8/5): Very good -
- Purtczl (8/5): perfect for the money - very good value for money, ideal for one night. Near to the train station, Venice can be reached in 15 minutes the bed could have been more comfortable
- 松林 (9/5): Superb -
- Paula (8/5): Nice staff with a good location - The staff was very nice, polite and friendly. Is really close from the train station and we had no problems.
- Selva (5/5): Passable -
- Gianmarco (9/5): Superb - Stuff was very friendly and accommodating Bed linen were looking a bit dirty
- Thomas (7/5): Great basic place, good value for a short stay. - Good location right next to the station in Mestre. Wifi didn't reach my room.
- Divya (7/5): Good -
- Paola (6/5): not so bad - I had a very spacious room, with a TV, nice towel and it was confortable The protections for the door of the balcony didnt work, so impossible to go out, there was no protection in the windows for mosquitos, so if I wanted to open for ventilation or the heat then mosquitos would come in
- Arjun (1/5): There wasn’t anything to sleep just a single bed without cousin without blanket… - I don’t like anything I don’t like anything worst ever
- Jose (6/5): Pleasant - location close to the main train station to Venice no air conditioning and not enough sanitary
- Paula (7/5): Good - the location and the personal the bathroom was separate from the room, the matress was so hard and the wifi doesn’t works in our room
- Alhaideri (6/5): Pleasant -
- Garry (5/5): Never again. Do not spoil your image of wonderful Italy - The location and the price are the only advantages.
The staff seemed nice but I have mixed feelings. They would send you to get 2€ tax fee in the middle of the night. - You have to bring cash to pay the tax! In order to pay 2€ I had to spend an hour looking for the atm after 10pm because apparently you are not allowed to pay this by card. The atm fee is 4€.
- Creepy migrants loitering inside the hotel and chasing after female guests – the first thing I saw when I arrived.
- Tatjana (8/5): Very good -
- Umut (6/5): Pleasant - Not for family
- Alisa (2/5): Very poor - Location is fine, less than 5 minutes to Train station and like 10 minutes to bus station to/from Airport Treviso.
Shower and WC were more less clean. OMG, that horrible room for more then 40€ is very sad:
- no AC (we knew it) but fan is also didn't work. Manager gave us a room and say that it is just broke day ago. We asked for other room with working fan and he gave us another one when fan barely moved. It was 40° outside. It was a horrible night.
- old furniture in the room, bed was also old, didn't look clean enough
- in the room was a sink that was broken
- shower and wc are shared
- blinds were broken that why we couldn't open
- horrible mattress and very old bedsheets
