The split system didn't work for us, neither warm or cold.There were column heaters in both bedrooms, so we managed. The house had 2 toilets with no spare toilet paper rolls

• Belinda (8/5): Brilliant location. Well appointed home, comfort has been thought of- a home away from home. - Location, peace, quiet, tranquility. Easy access to all shops and beaches. Fantastic big back yard for dog. Very clean, great provision of laundry and linens. Was impressed with supplies in pantry, laundry etc. heater/air con worked well. Beds really comfy. The shower screen in main bathroom does not meet the edge of bathtub, so water poured out and pooled- has to use towels to soak up water so not slip. The washing line is a massive hazard/accident waiting to happen. Can’t elevate it above eye level dye to rusted post. The archway/lattice work with nails a rush for taller people. Exposed nails on yard side of gate near kitchen problematic. There needs to be very clear instructions on how to lock the front door on exit and how to stop the alarm sound when exiting home.
• Matthew (10/5): Excellent stay - All things with the house was convenient location, clean and homely. A great place to come back to at the end of the day exploring to relax and unwind. Nothing really comes to mind.
• Hayley (9/5): Lovely location and very comfortable. - It was clean, comfortable, lovely distant view of the ocean, large back yard , 2 bathrooms and washing machine was a plus, quiet neighbourhood. Needs a clothes line or clothes horse for drying your clothes/hanging beach towels.
• Maddie (7/5): Good - The views on the deck were lovely, the rooms were spacious and the backyard was a great size As a mum of a 2 and 3 year old, adding a lock inside the top of the front door would be great as my kids were letting themselves out the front constantly

• Jinjin (6/5): Nice place to stay but falsely advertised with essential facilities the place don’t have. And the worst part is no call - The location was great, a little bit drive from the lakeside and plaza. We love the enclosed back yard for our dog and thoughtful almost full kitchen. It was mostly clean and spacious for a holiday stay, we can see the owner has put in a lot of thoughts. However there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms and needed all the fans running very long time to air the place. With a 31degrees day, it was quite hot to sleep. The most disappointed point was no dishwasher however it was advertised as dishwasher. We attempted to contact the property management twice, once was to ask for the coffee pods brand before arrive and second time miss called and messaged for the dishwasher. No response what so ever, we did receive how to check out within the same chat. For a lovely place like this but absolutely no service.
• George (8/5): Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. - In a peaceful cul de sac of the area with no more than a 3 minute drive to downtown. View is terrific. Windows need curtains for privacy and blocking out early morning light.
