- AITOR (10/5): - Amplio, limpio, boca de metro Prosperidad al lado, servicios para desayunar y comprar, bien cuidado, relación asequible calidad precio. Algún desperfecto de poca importancia propio del trote.

It is not disclosed, but the unit is located in the basement. Because of this, there is a strong basement odor throughout the space, and a sewage smell rises from the bathroom. Mold is an added bonus. Not enough blankets were provided, so one member of our group had to sleep without any bedding. There were also not enough towels, so we had to share and reuse them for several days. From the moment we received the keys, the host stopped responding to phone calls, text messages, and Booking.com messages, leaving us with no way to get in touch. On top of all that, they charged an additional €100 cleaning fee. Do not book this place under any circumstances.

- Raquel (8/5): Good for money value. - Location. Easy check in. Quite clean. Perfect for groups of friends. Quiet area. Maybe some fresheners would help with the “damp” smell but it is true that they have dehumidifiers around. Also might be great to have extra towels and some bathroom gel?
