• Senthil P (1/5): Very Bad - Property location looks dodgy and the rooms are not how it's shown in photos. It might work for a single person who just needs a place to stay Property looked bad compared to how it was shown in pictures. Room was not clean and it was dirty. Bed linens were dirty. Room was small compared to how it was shown in pictures. We checked in and found it to be dirty and we spoke to the landlord and we agreed mutually that i can move out as the property was not clean and that my money will be refunded. However, he didn't refund the money yet.

• irmantas (1/5): - Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The place was not clean — the sink was dirty, there was even a hole somewhere in the property, and the whole place smelled bad. It also did not match the photos shown in the listing. On top of that, the environment was very uncomfortable. A neighbor was constantly shouting, and it seemed that prostitution was happening next door. Because of this situation, the last two days I didn’t even stay there and had to leave and find another place to live. Overall, I would not recommend this place unless major improvements are made.

• Orla (2/5): - It was a base n it had a door The place was filthy, ther was earwigs in the towels. There was a smell in property we were even shoved next door. The bed was very uncomfortable. Parking was a disaster. Mop buxket n fold up bed left in hallwall for duration of stay. Place wasn't cleaned.

• Luiz (1/5): I booked and paid, but the accommodation was completely below Booking’s usual standards - a) the accommodation contains industrial installations, with cylinders and containers, and several gas cylinders are stored immediately next to the entrance door, beside a metal container, a situation which represents a concrete risk of fire and explosion; b) such a condition was not disclosed in the listing, amounting to a relevant omission regarding circumstances that directly affect guest safety; c) the television in the room is installed just above the headboard of the bed, with loose cables and an apparently precarious fixing, creating a risk of falling and injury during sleep; d) the accommodation presents general lack of hygiene, evidenced by: (i) a sink and surfaces that leave the hands visibly dirty upon simple contact; (ii) door frames with an old accumulation of dirt and possible mould; and (iii) clear signs of absence of cleaning between guests

• Dabrowska (8/5): - Its location, near local shops , train station and buses., yet in a quiet place. Friendly staff, responding quickly to any questions I have got.
• Janet (3/5): Poor - This studio has potential to be good but unfortunately it is the worst place I've stayed in.bath and wash basin have no plugs.terrible smell of drains coming from wash basin.toilet seat is too small for toilet.kitchen area had no instructions for multi cooker so couldn't use.no teaspoons and dirty crockery.bed had 2 wooden boards under mattress so had to sleep on sofa first night.man came to remove boards which helped but still very uncomfortable.fortable.the fire alarm sensor appears to not be working and generally this studio is not fit for purpose.it needs lots doing for it to be worthy of being rented out.tv bracket is literally hanging off wall but when I aired my worries was told don't worry it won't fall down.all in all this property needs a complete overall.basics as in plugs in bathroom cleanliness and Co.fort should be there when its being paid for. As above.cant wait to get back home to a clean house.the photos on site of this studio needs to be taken with a pinch of salt.those must be old photos and do not resemble the real state of this place.
• Kieran (3/5): Thankfully we were away most days so were grateful to spend as little time in this room as possible! - The location had a lot of nearby shops and takeaways, and was chosen because it was somewhat near to where my family and I needed to travel to every day during our stay. Our host was incredibly accommodating to the fact that all nearby ATMs were out of order and gladly drove me to find a working ATM to facilitate a cash payment. The place was dirty. There was a fake eyelash stuck to the wall by one bed and God only knows how long that has been there. There were some questionable stains on both the bed clothes and curtains as well as on the walls... and an overwhelming smell of urine from the bathroom. There were no cleaning supplies provided either, so we had to buy our own bleach and cleaning products and within a half hour of arrival (7pm) I was deep cleaning not only the bathroom in the hopes of getting rid of the sickening smell that was permeating into the living space, but also every surface and dish in the place before we could feel comfortable preparing or eating anything. Not the experience you want to start off your getaway. The lack of available cleaning products on site, even down to such minor things like a sweeping brush/mop/dustpan to keep the floor clean, definitely makes me feel like the place is rarely cleaned, and I shudder to think about whether the bed clothes are even changed between guests. There were no tea towels provided. We had to purchase pillow cases for ourselves after our first night because we honestly could not trust the cleanliness of the bed clothes. If I were a host there is no way I would feel comfortable taking money from strangers to stay in such a GROTTY room. • Russell (1/5): Very disappointed with what was presented.In Australia we would be entitled to some sort of refund - The hot water was nice and hot, the heating of the unit was fantastic. The location of the unit for our purpose was excellent. shall shops ect were very handy,the bus stops were at the front door speaking. what was shown in their photos was not correct, as the microwave oven shown ( not there) table was removed and replaced with folding table that had to have cardboard placed under one leg to keep it still. no plugs for the hand basin and the bath, poor lighting, very poor t.v.( reception only 3 channels you could watch,) wi-fi very poor trouble logging in and it kept falling in and out, which i spoke about and nothing done, no tea towels were supplied, no teaspoons, shower curtains had only 3 rings to hold it up so we went and bought one ourselves which we kept.. doona ripped and stained, pillows you needed to have 2 pillows in one pillow case to give any thickness and pillows stained, the mattress had to have a pillow put under it to stop you rolling out ( spoke to the manager about this and he replied it is only a new one, when we stripped the bed before leaving we were surprised how stained the mattress was. there were No instructions how any thing worked, what to do with your rubbish and about the general cleaning of the of the unit as also no broom,mop and dustpan and brush were supplied to keep the unit clean.
• Vassilios (8/5): Comfortable and nice stay. - Convenient location to local shops and mainly close proximity to railway station (just 5 mins away). Very quiet and independent. Off street parking was a bonus. Some minor details require attention.

• James (2/5): A disappointing experience - Not a lot sadly. A number of negative points 1. The broken hatch. Causing a safety hazard. The heating being switched on in the bathroom with no way to stop the rush of water in the pipe or shut it off. Meant for a disturbed nights sleep. The broken hatch, also meant the room filled with either sun or moon light making sleep difficult. The security light outside being on at different times shining in the room, made the location and property feel unsafe. 2. The access was terrible with a car. Was blocked in most mornings due to work being done in the property while staying. Even in the room, so permission was needed for that to happen. Wasn’t what was expected. 3. The fridge was turned off during the visit which meant the milk I purchased very quickly turned bad, due to the uncomfortable heat of the room from the bathroom radiator and sky light warming the room up with no way to cool it down. 4. Room access was also not great. Code took a few tries each time to respond. With bags and jackets it was an issue having an unreliable door. 5. Poor room facilities. No milk, tea or coffee. Had to be purchased if wanted. Kettle worked if you turned it on on the bathroom wall. 6. Shower over the bath didn’t work and was very dirty with limescale from the hard water Could not have stayed in the property during the day. Had to be out of it for personal safety and comfort. 7. WiFi access via QR Code was weak and at best crap. It pretty much never worked on my phone. Not possible to connect on a laptop. Had to use my phone data and hotspot. 8. Hall way inviting with cleaning chemicals left out. 9. A wall socket plug wasn’t able to be fully switched off behind the bedside table. Again another safety hazard.
