Anderson (1/5): Way too expensive to justify living in a very small room and having shared bathroom. - Check in was at 3:00pm. Arrived and no one was there. No staff, nothing. Waited with another customer with our bags outside the door in the sun for 45 minutes. Finally a neighbor intervened and called the manager because he was worried about our safety waiting outside. When the worker finally let us in, there was no apology. Then wanted us to pay with bank transfer instead of credit card. Very unprofessional and would not recommend. I left immediately.
Richard (5/5): Good value for a younger, solitary traveler - good location, good value, friendly co-habitants, communal kitchen and nearby restaurants, shopping, subway. Caretaker took my payment for 3 nights, couldn't make change but promised to do so later. That never happened by the time I left. There were no windows in the rooms, very small side tables, only one overhead light option, cramped space, and shared bathroom.
