• Qqshcking (8/5): - Номер соответствует описанию, уютный внутренний двор. Необходимо разобраться с сантнхникой. Горячее водоснабжение осуществляется с помощью бойлера, он висит в ящике над унитазом. В связи с его неисправностью, его мощность выкручена только наполовину, если увеличить ее, то из бойлера течёт. А на этой мощности, при включенной только гвс, идет тонкая струйка, под которой можно только размазать по себе пот и то замерзнешь. Это было очень некомфортно. Причем насколько я поняла, эта проблема не только в номере, где проживали мы.

Прекрасная зона с бассейном и садом ночью подсвечивалась гирляндами с тёплым уютным светом, на небе ярко светили звезды, а в саду гуляли маленькие лягушки... Спасибо большое всему персоналу отеля и отдельно Айку - отзывчивые, ответственные, доброжелательные, помогли найти забытый в такси телефон - поиск полностью взяли на себя и через час телефон был уже у меня. И так и с остальными просьбами/пожеланиями - все решалось быстро и качественно. Сам отель новый, чистый, полностью соответствует фотографиям на сайте. Хорошо работает Wi-Fi. Очень чисто убирают, белоснежное белье и полотенца. 20 минут на такси до центра, из отеля ближе добираться на Севан/Гарни/Гегард. Однозначно рекомендуем 🫶

Complete and perfect domestic equipment. Affable and friendly personnel, speaking english and russian very well. Relatively convenient transport links with city center.

• A (10/5): Exceptional - The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a bus stop down the street that takes you to the city center. There is a small store below that sells delicious bread for 250 drams. The walls are kind of thin. You can hear your neighbors. Other than that, no issues.

• Arturs (8/5): Very good - Good location, very cosy and spacious room with everything you need. Enjoyable inner yard. A shop on the ground floor. Soundproof could be better. From the other hand the district is not noisy. Sometimes there were power cutoffs for a couple of hours, which is quiet inconvenient because it affected not only electricity but also water and warmth.

You can use the garden which belongs to the house where the owner lives. This guy is very friendly and helpful. A bonus, he speaks Czech :-)! N/A

• Polinetz (10/5): Great hotel - Best stay, cozy and warm atmosphere, cool small territory and even supermarket. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom is clean and modern. Also they have microwave, teapot and fridge right in the room, which is great if you don’t have breakfasts. It’s great to rest at the pool during hot summer day. Felt like home for me, calm and quiet. Hope we’ll be back! Thanks a lot!
• Connor (10/5): Lovely hotel with great utilities and lovely staff. - Amazing hotel and lovely staff. The bandstand in the center of the grounds was brilliant and the general atmosphere of the property was very nice. We also enjoyed the company of our favourite dog Milo. He is a good boy. The landlord was very lovely and friendly and was always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was cozy and modern. The cleaning and replenishing of consumables was slightly lacking. Sometimes the swimming pool was somewhat dirty and was the main reason I did not have a swim during our stay. The Wi-Fi connection was just about bearable but definitely not good.

Not so good for tourists. - the room is new, everything looks nice. there was even a stove and a kettle in the room. the hotel has a kids swimming pool. The staff told me i can pay with a card, but when we arrive, they asked for cash or a money transfer. the location is not so good — it's in a middle of nowhere. I expected a small garden or a regular swimming pool since the place is outside the city.
