• Guest (10/5): The best apartment ever - It was so clean everything was in a good condition. We smelled very nice smell already in the staircase. They had so many dishes that it would be enough for 10 people and they had all equipment for the kitchen like dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and more. We got much for this small amount of money, that we spend.

• Bipasha (6/5): We only stayed one night in the apartment, and because of uncomfortable beds and loud noises from outside, we stayed awa - The apartment was clean, very central location. Restaurant, bars, shops are right outside the house. It’s affordable. It’s always loud, even though the windows are closed, it’s very loud at night. Beds are very uncomfortable, specially the sofa bed. Sofa bed is not at all suitable for 2 people and it squeaks with every move. Toilet is very narrow, you can’t even sit properly.

• Jaz (10/5): Excellent host and best location. - Location is amazing! Central to everything in old town. The rooms were decent sizes. The apartment has everything you need (except a corkscrew but this is getting sorted) not that we complained about it, we made an error of trying to open a bottle of wine without a corkscrew which exploded everywhere. We tidied up and messaged the owner to apologise and offered to pay for damages. The owner was extremely fair and understanding. She made some excellent recommendations for food (4 kantuna was delicious, burgers are enormous) Beds are very comfortable, the pull out needs updating but any pull out is never going to be the most comfortable in any situation and it does squeak. The food and coffee from next door at coffee and cake is great. You are less than 5 mins walk to the sea which is lovely to jump into although very salty. It is refreshing. And maximum of 10 mins from the sea organs

• Lenka (9/5): Excellent location and spacious apartment. - The apartment was in a fantastic location in the Old Town and only a few minutes walk from Zadar's promenade. It was clean, spacious and had airconditioning which we found essential during the August heat. The host was friendly and replied quickly. Ideal for a short stay, we would definitely recommend it! It took us a while fininding the aparment block as it is tucked away from the Main Street. We also found the sofa bed was a bit difficult to set up and is not very comfortable for two people to sleep on.

• Mark (8/5): Great place to stay - Very central location. Large living area, and we’ll equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. New/newly refurbished. Overall, it’s great. Some minor irritations: Not easy to find (actual name is Apartman Stojanovic) It’s on the third floor, with no lift Inconvenient toilet layout, awkward to sit down. No wine glasses or corkscrew No air conditioning in bedrooms - slept with door open on top of covers Flimsy fittings - one metal ‘painting’ fell off its hook, which had slipped
• Lemic (10/5): Excellent, quality, comfortable accommodation in the heart of the Old Town Zadar - Perfect location in the heart of the Old Town, great café directly downstairs, close to all shops, cafés, bars & sights. Spacious living room & main bedroom, all necessary facilities provided so it felt like “home away from home”. Would definitely stay there again! Great communication and help from the host also. As is common in Croatia, we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs but it was easier after a couple of days. Some noise from the bar below, but that’s to be expected in the Old Town so not too much of a problem.
