• b84ef843016c7372b7a4aee33635b92b (8/5): Perfect apartment for location and spotlessly clean, but for 3 people, not 4 as advertised - Location was an excellent base for both old town and Lapad, close to bus stop. Apartment was very clean and modern and the owner had excellent communication. It was one of our birthdays whilst we were there and a bottle of wine was left for us to enjoy. Nice touch. The photos on booking.com are misleading. The first photo of the double bedroom is not actually the property. We saw the photos of two double bedrooms and understood the property to be two double bedrooms. On arrival we found that one of the two bedrooms was a single with the sofa the option for the fourth person to sleep. I contacted the owner who apologised for the confusion and said they had two apartments and pictures were all shared. I don’t think this should be the case as one of the main reasons we booked was for the fact there were two double bedrooms for two couples travelling. The owner was responsive and said they could convert the single bed to a double bed however that would mean the door to the bedroom would not be able to close. The sofa would not have been fit for a good nights sleep so we went with this option and made the best of the situation.

• Cindy (9/5): - Schöne Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung. Es ist sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und zu Fuß sind es ca. 20 Gehminuten in die Altstadt. Einige Bars und ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

• Victoria (9/5): Great Apartment -Highly recommended ! - Clean, modern and comfortable apartment. Great location for us, about 30 mins beautiful scenic walk to Old Town. About 40 mins walk to Lapad Promenade with lots of restaurants,bars and great place for viewing sunset. Delicious pizzas from Cafe Ten11 just down the road. Extra towels. Lovely and very helpful host Alex. No coffee machine as advertised. Poor drainage in the shower cubicle and flooded the bathroom. The host was very apologetic about it. Otherwise, its was perfect!

Quiet, and easy to get to Old Town by bus. - Dubrovnik was incredible, and this place was perfectly located, less than 5 minutes from the bus stop, and just a short 10 minute bus ride to old town. The Public Pub was just a 5 minute walk as well, which had excellent food and drinks, with fantastic service and a great atmosphere! It was very clean, with all very modern facilities. It was very small, with very little walking space, especially when the sofa bed was pulled out. The bedroom was very small as well, with barely enough space to open our suitcase on the floor.
• Olena (10/5): Preporučujemo! Vrlo cool apartmani - Vrlo lijepi apartmani. Čisti i sa svim sadržajima. Posebno me impresioniralo njegovano svježe cvijeće u posudama. Krevet u spavaćoj sobi jako škripi. Mislim da se to može popraviti. Bilo je problematično pronaći parkirno mjesto.

• Anastasia (9/5): Very clean and comfortable, a lovely stay overall! - The house was beautiful and modern equipped with everything you’d need and it was very clean. It is a bit far from the old town however the bus stop is only a 2 minute walk from the house so that is perfect, the host was also extremely attentive, with a very quick response time, thank you for a lovely stay! The shower doesn’t drain very fast so you can’t keep the water on for too long or else it will start flooding. Otherwise it was perfect!

La ubicación es cómoda, si tenés ganas de caminar no es tan complicado llegar desde el centro. La limpieza y el estado del apartamento es excepcional. • JORGE IVAN CARDONA OCAMP (10/5): Chek up ilógico - Muy limpio, algo mejor del casco histórico, El check-up lo realizan muy muy temprano, casi que solo se puede usar para dormir, te piden que desalojes a las 9:00am Debe de haber una hora general para el check up unificado, creo que eso ya es un abuso. Mínimo debía de ser a las 12:00pm teniendo en cuenta que se busca el parqueadero para poder ir a la ciudad

The accommodation was good, it is within a residential area and there is vehicles parked outside the door of the accommodation and regular passer-by the door/windows.

Au vu du prix de la nuit pour le logement c'est un manque de respect pour les clients. Pas d'espace à l'extérieur. Le logement donne directement sur la ruelle. Pas de volets aux fenêtres. Il y a des rideaux.

• Fergus (6/5): Okay - Clean. Aircon in main bedroom was very noisy. Even at lowest setting, too noisy to sleep. Not good when room is so warm. Description states Garden and balcony with City views. This is nonsense. Garden is a table and chairs on the concrete entranceway (In shade all day). Balcony is barely big enough to stand on with views of neighbours roofs. Certainly no city views (or views of any sort). Misleading description.

We loved this location as we walked and explored every day. There are lots of fabulous restaurants close by and Alex was lovely and very accommodating. A wonderful place to stay, highly recommend! • Philip (10/5): Home away from home - Great location, with nearby bus stop if required, Otherwise 30 minute walking distance to the old town. Mini markets, coffee shop close by if required. Very well maintained and equipped with all comforts you might require. Home away from home. You need to be a bit skilled to drive in and out to the property from the main road. But you can also park on the strwwt. Not a big issue.
• Ivan (10/5): Exceptional - 10/10 and I definitely mean it. Alex is located in beautiful and quiet residential area of Dubrovnik, very well connected with and only a walk away from Grad area. It’s a beautifully furnished and very clean apartment. Equipped with everything I needed during my stay. Very simple checkin and good price (April). Everything was great and I would definitely come back.
• Lidia (4/5): Mixed experience overall - While my stay had several negative aspects, it wasn’t entirely bad. The apartment is located about 10 minutes by car from the Old Town, and there’s a grocery store roughly 10 minutes away on foot. There’s also a café nearby. Paid parking is on the street, close to the apartment. However, the apartment wasn’t properly cleaned – there was visible dust, and I was disappointed to find personal belongings of the owner inside, which made the place feel less like a rental and more like someone else's home. Both bedrooms faced a northern wall and were quite dark. The apartment was not properly cleaned – there was dust on the surfaces and it was clear that no thorough cleaning had been done. When I complained to the owner, she came in person and was extremely rude. Unfortunately, her English is not very good, and she clearly misunderstood what I was trying to say – she thought I said the bed sheets hadn’t been changed and took offense. She said that there was rusty rain therefore windows were not clean and she has a cleaner and wanted to see what wasn't clean. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, she laughed in my face and told me I could leave the apartment if I didn’t like it. I contacted Booking.com for help in finding another place to stay, but they couldn’t assist me. I was very stressed, as I had nowhere to stay for two nights – I was with my child and it was already late, around 6 p.m. Absolutely unprofessional attitude and an unpleasant experience. I do not recommend this place.

• Daniel (10/5): It's a gem! - Very modern apartment, nicely decorated, equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Far enough from the old town crowds but close enough to visit everything worth seeing. Owner very nice and helpful. Plus is a small parking space. Tricky to park but not usually included in accommodation in Dubrovnik.
• Joseph (9/5): A great base for our visit to Dubrovnik in a comfortable and modern flat - The flat is nicely decorated and a great base for a visit to Dubrovnik. It has everything you need, the living room and kitchen is spacious and a good shower. It's a few minutes walk to the nearest bus stop and not far from the old town or port for various trips. It's a residential area so quiet but not too much around. No bad points to say. I wasn't too sure on transport and the best way in to town so if you're unsure just ask the host!

This was very valuable in Dubrovnik! Getting to the old city center was very easy with Uber. Add air conditioning to the bedroom too

• Corinne (10/5): Perfect stay close to old town - The apartment was conveniently located to the bus stop for bus 4 that takes you straight to old town in just a few minutes. There are also places to eat that are just a few minutes walk away. It was very clean and Alex the owner lives just above and is able to take care of any questions or issues. She was very nice and made us feel welcomed. Parking was also conveniently just in front of the building. It wasn’t an issue for us, but just be aware there are a few steps to get up to the property
• Fredrik (8/5): Good place to stay for three people, for four, the sofa is one bed. - Clean with air conditioning in all rooms. Parking space only suitable for small car with high ground clearance, I damaged my rental when driving to the parking spot as instructed by the owner. Shower drain clogged, needed to stop showering every two minutes to let the water drain.

• Yanira (9/5): Affordable very nice comfy apartment to visit Dubrovnik at relative close distance to the city centre. - Gorgeously decorated and well-equipped. Sofa was very comfy to sleep in. The location is also very quiet and close to the old town, which is also reachable by walk with not much of an effort (25-30’). To drive in and out of the parking slot is quite demanding (narrow space). Not for every car/driver.
