• Carolina (10/5): - El método del hostel es muy bueno, no te cruzas con otros inquilinos, es muy privado, seguro, la habitación tenia aire y ventilador así que se mantiene muy fresca. Podrían ofrecer café que no fuese instantáneo.

• Adriana (10/5): - Muy limpias las habitaciones y muy seguro, además está cerca de un shopping y la zona donde recogen para ir algunos tours, tuvimos un pequeño percance con el colchón y lo resolvieron de inmediato, algo más a resaltar es la excelente comunicación y que pudimos dejar nuestras maletas luego del checkout ya que nuestro vuelo salía muy tarde y también queremos destacar la fantástica atención del señor Rafa 🩷

• Lewis (1/5): Dirty room, customer service appalling - Nothing The trash was not empty from the previous guest. Stains on the walls and bedding. Fan hanging unstable from ceiling. Air conditioning filthy and dirty, breathing this in would’ve been dangerous to human health. When I raised the issues with the property, I was accused of causing the issues myself, told I was wrong and there weren’t issues, insulted on multiple occasions, and harassed via whatsapp. I asked for a refund but this has not happened.

La organización de nevera cada uno con su espacio. El aseo, la dureza del colchón, la ausencia de fogón para cocinar, ubicación respecto al centro histórico. Requiere transporte extra siempre.

Lumière du couloir qui ne s'éteint pas et filtre à travers la porte. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de frigo dans la chambre.

• Katia (1/5): No envian factura del servicio de hospedaje - Solicite el envío de factura al reservar y me dijeron que si, luego de haber finalizado el servicio no me enviaron la factura a pesar de que con insistencia la solicite, explicando que era un gasto a legalizar, indicaron enviarla el sabado posterior y tampoco lo hicieron, muy mal servicio de atención al cliente.

• LOLY LUZ (6/5): - La atención del señor Rafael, quien es el que cuida el hostel En el sector estaban haciendo arreglos de la energia, el cual duro todo el dia, y por la noche se volvio a ir, y el hostel no cuenta con planta eléctrica para suplir esta anomalia, despues de una hora se pudo restablecer el servicio porque los vecinos llamaron a la empresa, además las toallas presentaban una macha amarilla, el cual deben tener en cuenta antes de darlas al húesped, de resto la habitación era comoda

• Renske (7/5): Take earplugs with you - Very good communication on WhatsApp with the accommodation while booking. Clean rooms and very kind man showing us around the hostel. Multiple rooms are attached to a corridor that has many roosters that were crowing. They started at 03.00 in the morning and have not stopped. The noise was very loud and has kept us awake multiple hours.
