• Louise (10/5): - Really comfortable, clean and ideally located for our trip to Rovanemni. Confusing when we arrived at the apartment building, it is confusing to find the apartment in the building. Good to add to description that it's up on second floor
• Shmuel (4/5): היינו יומים יותר מידי - המטבח היה מצוייד טוב והמיקום של הדירה מי שלא בא עם רכב לא יוכל לאסוף את המפתח כיוון שהאיסוף הוא במקום מרוחק מהמקום מי שבא עם רכב צריך לדעת שאין חניה למרות שיש חניות בבנין הדירה גדולה יחסית אבל העמיסו עליה הרבה מאוד רהיטים וזה מאוד מקשה על השימוש בדירה החדר השני מאוד קטן לא רואים בתמונה כמעט שלא ניתן לזוז בחדר הסאונה קשה לתפעול לא תמיד עובדת ולא תמיד התצלחנו להפעיל אותה למרות שעשינו בדיוק כפי שבעלת הבית הסבירה אין קפה ותה (מוצר בסיסי שבל דירה שהיינו היה) יש מכונת פילטר אבל אין קפה בעלת הבית אמרה שאנחנו צריכים לקנות

• Vanda (5/5): Good location but crammed and dirty - Location was great! 10min walk from town. Beds and sofa were very comfortable. Sadly, the apartment was not clean. There was dirt on the floor, old popcorn, old used soaks, lady’s mascara, someone else’s credit card, etc there was a lump of hair in the shower and kitchen was sticky so we had to clean the apartment ourselves. The apartment is not cozy and it all feels very crammed. No chance I would have 8 people there as the advert says. We were 5 and I would say that’s the limit. There isn’t much space. The TV is behind the sofa as well so being Portuguese and needing to read subtitles to watch a movie was impossible. There was so space to re-arrange the setting. Overall, location is great, the flat should be rearranged so it’s feels more like a home rather than a money maker and should definitely be cleaner.
• Yvonne (7/5): - Nice and comfortable apartment and close to a supermarket Pick up of the key at Burger King. We were having difficulties with internet and when we arrived at the apartment we noticed that we had to pick key up from Burger King. Had to change clothes outside to be able to walk to Burger King which was a fair walk and in the freezing cold. We just arrived from the airport and took N Uber to the apartment. The walk to Burger King for key pick up was not very nice. Would have been great if someone would meet guests at the door. Same with dropping off the key. Key lock would be an idea as well.
• Rebecca (10/5): Highly recommended apartment, fantastic location - Location was excellent. The beds were super comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed for a great stay. The collection of the key from bk, was a little inconvenient when arriving late, however, it wasn't the end of the world and we had a fab stay.
• Michal (1/5): Nice apartment, not honest owner. - The apartament was nice, not that easy to arrive and leave. Something went wrong wit the keys. We were supposed to pick them up from Burger King, which is completly on the other side of the town. It’s in the busiest street with no driving acces or parking possibilities. We managed to get there, but the keys were not there. After 1,5 hours of calls and siting in a car owner finally came to open the door for us. She promissed us refund for our inconvinience (two families with small children sitting in a wan for almost two hours), but we newer got it and when I asked politely whats going on with the refound they just stopped to communicate. I do dot recommend, this is not a way to go.

• Danielle (9/5): Clean and cosy apartment, perfect for group in a central location. - The location was good, near to a supermarket and the city centre. The apartment was warm and clean, with room and facilities for 6 people. The sauna was a nice extra touch. The area felt safe. The key to the apartment had to be collected at Burger King which is a 10 minute walk away. This was not ideal when travelling with children, luggage and in -15 degrees weather. There were no instruction in where exactly to find the apartment. Google maps took us to a block of flats but there were no instructions like which floor the apartment was on or how to easily identify which apartment it was.

Pääsyaika jäi kuitenkin viimeiseen asti arvuuttelun varaan, eikä oikeastaan päästy lopulta yhtään aiemmin sisään. Siisteydessä olisi ollut parannettavaa. Laudeliinoja ei ollut käytettäviasä.
• Gedas (10/5): Exceptional - Very goog place for this price. The apartament has everything that we needed. Especially we enjoyed sauna.
• Sofia (9/5): Nice apartment, near city center. - Good location. Nice apartment with sauna , two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two big sofas in the living room. Very convenient for our six member family. The host is nice and responds immediately. There weren’t sheets for the two sofas, even though there were pillows and duvets. I would also like a kitchen glove and a cloth in order to cook and clean the kitchen more easily.

• Andrea (9/5): A good place to stay within a safe area in Rovaniemi. - The sauna in the bathroom was great. A big plus was the washing machine and dryer. Some of the dishes were really dirty and just left in the cupboard.
• Paulina (8/5): Very good - The appartament is cosy, two wc rooms and saune definetely a big plus. There were more dust than we expected, did not find any bowls for soups or smth else like that.

• Marco (9/5): Superb - Clean, modern and central apartment. Even though it can get a bit crowded with 8 people, there's one and a half bathrooms and a balcony. Fully equipped kitchen, perfect for breakfast and dinner.

• Chieng (6/5): Overall is acceptable. It will be better if owner can do a thorough clean up and maintenance. - Location - walking distance approx 10-15 mins on snowy weather to city centre. Apartment - ok for family of 3 Owner - response fast upon our request to clear up the trash. There’s 2 bedrooms, washer and dryer (need to cleared the lint tray myself upon arrival). Living room size is ok and wifi is good too. Disappointed to see the trash bins in the toilets and kitchen not cleared. Disgusted. The dining area is squeezy and table is shaky. Kitchen needs a good thorough cleanup. The trash bin drawer is not able to pull out smoothly and seems falling apart. Toilet is ok but shower area abit small.
• Mónica (10/5): Lovely stay in clean and centric apartment - It's sparkly clean, in a very great part of the city just 5 mins from a market, the communication with the owners was excellent. No complaints and hope we can come back at some point again!

• Corey-naoko (10/5): Home comfort away from home. - The apartment was clean, well kept, the owner provided all necessary amenities for the stay, and it was equipped with a sauna. The apartment is located a short walk from the city center, shopping center, and grocery store. No dislikes.
