• Thomas (2/5): Not great. - Locations , size Glass on bathroom floor, mold, peeling paint, dirty cutlery , dishes and glassed. Stains on furniture and weird smell in living room. I was also stuck outside for a hour at 11pm as I was sent the wrong lock box key twice. Host made excuse saying cleaner gave her the wrong pin. But when you go into property the house was NOT clean.
• Ben (1/5): Don’t - Nothing. Disgusting rats, one died outside the front door. The bathroom is horrible. There is mould and horrible maintenance issues. Blind fell apart the first week we moved in and it didn’t get fixed until the day before we left (7 weeks later).
• Sophie (5/5): Awful . It should be removed from booking.com - Nothing and didn’t stay there . Full of black mould Black mould , damp and no central heating . Awful to get to outside and no parking

• Jacqueline (7/5): Good value for money in the property - Location good for our purposes Ideal property for 2 guests Access a little difficult for people with limited mobility with a set of quite steep steps down There is a sloping path as an alternative Parking is difficult front and rear of property Please supply a sharp knife in the kitchen If I missed one I do apologise in advance

• Si (10/5): Ollie and Martin are the real deal! Really great hospitality and service! - I was calling these guys at 9 pm and they still answered my annoying questions about the property. Which were manor, to say the least, a real testament to their level of customer service. The apartment was lovely everything that we need needed between the two of us! It was a good stay and central within the Tunbridge Wells area, with everything within walking distance. The rooms where clean, the towels fresh, cutlery all ready to use. What more do you want, book it and enjoy! No much to say here, but I suppose we need to be balanced with our review. Parking is not right outside the property rather slightly away (2min walk) for non-permitted parking. Accessibility for wheelchairs is pretty difficult. I would also recommend that the team have some spare bed sheets and covers for the pull-out bed.
• Martin (10/5): Perfect work trip away, great location and cosy! Would defo stay again - Lovely lay out of the property making it comfortable. Perfect location for my needs and great customer service. Very comfortable bed as well! There is really nothing bad to say about the property, I felt it was great value for money.
