Thomas (10/5): Habe in Essen noch nie besser gewohnt - War echt super, total gepflegt, alles da was man braucht, sogar Sekt im Kühlschrank zur Begrüssung. Sehr gutes Wohnviertel, man muss halt einfach ein Taxi nehmen um zur Messe zu kommen. Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar, für Deutschland ein ungewohntes Service-Level
Ioan (1/5): Did not happened. Host went radio silent... - Nothing to like, we did not get to stay at the property afterall. We received a day before our stay a message from Host that there are some issues with the property (some water ingress/leak) and he cannot accommodate us but he will refund. I said ok, things happens, Let's try and sort it out now somehow. After exchanging a few messages he asked us to cancel the booking to refund what we have paid. I did not agree with this approach as the problem did not stand with us, so he needs to do this at his end. After this message there was no other message from host side. As such, I have contacted Booking.com to settle the issue. The Booking.com team was very good and quick on managing the issue.

Sana (10/5): Saubere geräumige Wohnung in einem guten Wohnviertel. - Sehr saubere, helle und geräumige Wohnung.Gute Lage. Wir konnten netterweise auch früher einchecken nach Absprache mit dem Eigentümer. Die Schlüsselübergabe war einfach.Parkplätze waren in der Umgebung genug vorhanden und kostenfrei. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. nichts.
