• Sanitho (10/5): Besser geht nicht😊 - Alles....wirklich alles hat uns gefallen. Die Vermieter sind mega symapthische Leute und waren stets bemüht, dass alles passt. Es war alles im Haus vorhanden, was man braucht. Es lagen kleine Leckereien bereit und selbst Öl und Gewürze waren da. Badeschlappen standen bereit und 3 verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen gab es. Wir hatten 3 Roller gemietet an der Mietstation um die Ecke und konnten uns damit überall frei bewegen. Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft. Im Coop in der Nähe bekommt man alles und sogar HUNDE sind gestattet😃 .....

• Sonia (9/5): parfait pour notre séjour d'une nuit et conviendrait très bien pour un séjour plus long. - l'attention de l'hôte : petites viennoiseries pour le petit déjeuner - café sous toutes ses formes (moulu, capsules...) le degré important d'équipements ménagers et électroménagers la climatisation par ventilateurs est un peu juste en cas de fortes chaleurs (comme ça a été le cas pour nous)

La cucina ben attrezzata. Una TV smart gigante in una camera da letto.all'esterno una zona confortevole per cenare e stare al fresco. La posizione e la vista. La casa è calda, nonostante le pale al soffitto.

Rita, the host, is very helpful and gave us a lot of useful information. There is everything you need in the house, and you feel like at home! Made with love. Hope there is a chance to visit Viareggio again and stay at this nice place. Everything was great!

Private parking and WiFi complete the location. Generally great place to stay! If you need to reach beach remember you need a car or public transport, but by car it takes only 5/10 Min to get.

The house was well equipped, clean and comfortable, with the kitchen that has everything you need. We highly recommend this property. Nothing, very happy with the stay.
• Rose (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and responsive owner. Rita is exceptional and very caring. Everything you need for a nice stay is well prepared and waiting for you. Big and nice house with spacious rooms, very comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, nice garden/terrace for relax, parking in or outside the house. The location is great 200m away from a very nice and chic restaurant, 700m away from another one and 2mn driving from the supermarket. It is less than 1km from the entry and exit of the highway. It is also 10mn away from the beach where there a lots of shops, coffee, restaurants etc...
