• Kathy (5/5): Thanks to the location of the hostel. But the hostel itself is not comfortable to stay. The building is very chaotic. - The location is great. The pictures are not real. It’s not comfortable to sleep. The air conditioner is very noisy. The shower heater is not working. The toilet seat is broken. The room is very small for 3 people. We thought there are 3 beds based on the description that’s why I booked the room but there is one double bed (looks like single) and a futon on the floor that can occupy the whole space. There are 3 pillows and only 2 blankets. The TV is not working. No channels. The wallpaper is ripped! The bathroom door is not opening and closing properly.

• Ahsan (1/5): would not book again. very difficult accomodation. - location is the only selling point. difficult to find, its a few floors is a huge building. long ques at the lift, takes extremely long times to get up. you would not want to go in and out more then once every day. extremely small room, a the bed barely fits. bad bathroom, stinks like hell, cockroaches everywhere, dirty everywhere, several doors to get in. several warnings that you will be fined for this and that. bad towels stinky,

• Lauren (2/5): You get what you pay for - The location was good - right near the metro, shopping centres and the river. The building itself is very run down and a bit tricky to find. The room, although small was fine for what we needed it for, two beds and a wet room (which had definitely seen better days). The main issue was with the cleanliness. There was stains on the bedding (quilt cover and bottom sheet) as well as the towels. There’s certain things you can let slide with budget accommodation such as room size, the upkeep of the room itself, but clean bedding/towels is the bare minimum that should be provided. If you’re happy to overlook cleanliness for this price then this will suit you just fine.

• Katie (10/5): You got what you paid for - This place is absolutely fine for those who wants a budget accommodation. I was confused by some of the negative comments under the hostel and tbh was kinda worried. But what I got was definitely better than I expected. The room is nice with windows (although I have been told that some of the rooms are without windows). My bedsheets and floor are clean, restroom was fine, although the hot water was not looting enough due to the cold weather. But these are fine for a budget place cuz you know you are not here to find a luxurious experience. The staff are nice. They responded me in WhatsApp and Booking.com. They even sent me reminders for checkin which was very guest friendly. Old elevator

• Alba (1/5): Dirty room and staff not caring. - Nothing about the hostel. Location was great. Everything. It is messy to find the reception and they don't indicate it. The building is old, but also dirty. The room had a used towel, no cleaned and A USED COVID TEST ON THE FLOOR. We left the day after the first night, having booked 4 nights with them. If you travel in the budget and just go there to sleep without caring about clean state, I guess it's good enough. Otherwise, avoid it. We mentioned the covid test when they asked why we were leaving earlier and they say "oh, no. Well, I'm afraid I can't do anything else but just proceed with your check out'. So don't expect more than just a toilet to s*it and a bed to sleep.
• Sze (1/5): Bad bad bad!!! - This is a lie! All photos look good and the rooms look clean. In reality it was not like that at all! I booked for my family of 4 for seven nights (Jan 3th to 9th,.2025) and one of our friend booked hers. We decided to add one night on Jan 2th. The hostel replied us that they had rooms. When we went there checked in, a guy led us to our rooms and we were all shocked! We walked through a corridor like a store room, dark and packed with stuff and luggages, and a dirty water machine without water but dirty mould!! We entered the room seeing dead spiders and a cockroach on the floor The bathroom was without toilet paper. It's obvious that they just wanted to do business and trying to get us two rooms. Ridiculous! My credited card was charged for one day extra when I asked for one more night. My friend's credit card didn't get through online so she had to pay HK$350 cash when checking in. After we saw the room conditions, we said we wanted to change rooms or refund. The owner said he didn't receive money but booking.com got the money. So we asked for the HK$350 cash refund but at first he didn't want. He kept saying that we had checked in so everything was set and non refundable! I told him that he wasn't honest! First, all photos were craftily made to look nice, second, he should have told us no rooms on Jan 2th so we wouldn't pay for two dirty rooms which were not acceptable. My children felt sick about the hostel! My booking was non refundable. I paid Canadian $ 770 but I didn't stay for 5 mins! It was my family trip with a good friend from Japan! This hostel ruined our trip and disgraced Hong Kong. Everything!
• Rossan (1/5): Bad - Worst stayed 6 days with no towel, not flush on the toilet bowl, bed are all hard, comforters with stains and stinky smell, water dispenser connected on top water "Do Not Drink" if u don't want to get diarrhea.

• Fabian (7/5): Great location, still a lot to improve - My partner and I liked the location of the hostel and the cleanliness of the room, which is the only good thing. There is not much information at the entrance of the building since it is located in a multipurpose and multi-entry building, the people surrounding the area are not very skilled with another language besides Chinese and are not very willing to help.

• Shamlyn (9/5): I would stay again. - Overall room was comfortable, beds were good, water force was also good. Location is excellent next to the mtr and bus station to go everywhere and even to go to the airport is right opposite the location. It’s a very good deal for its price and they provide drinking water both hot and cold which many places don’t provide. The ac is set in a fixed temp and there is no remote given so we adjusted it as it was a window ac there were nobs. Our AC was set on fan so we changed it ourselves. If we call them for anything they would charge us 500 dollars which made no sense to us. On hotter months I don’t think the ac would help much. The property is on the 14 floor. It’s not mentioned and it was difficult to find it once we reached the building. The person in charge wasn’t responding at all (terry) so few travellers showed us their office on the 13th floor and then we got our room. They have too many unnecessary rules which feels like you are at school. For ex if you don’t check in acc to their time you have to wait until the next day to check in or will get charged 500 dollars if you need them to come and give you the room keys etc. they clean the room only once in 3 days. If there is anything laid on your bed they will not even do your bed or change your sheets.
• Joshua (3/5): Fantastic location, but pretty poor room. Worse than advertised. - The location was amazing. The air conditioning worked. The room was decently quiet at night. The room was much worse than the pictures. There were entire wall parts warped and coming off the wall. One section of the wall trim tiling was completely gone leaving exposed inner wall. There was dried food on the table. The sink had a whole in it. The craziest thing is that the staff handed me a bath towel that was full of big holes.

• Ross (1/5): You get what you pay for, unfortunately in this case - Literally the only good thing is the location Prison beds are more comfortable than these beds. Noise from the air conditioning kept us awake most of the nights, that was in between the 15 minute sleep intervals we could get due to the most uncomfortable bed and pillows we have ever had in our lives. We both kept waking up with severe pain. We have seriously strained backs and necks from the metal mattress beds and rock hard pillows. On top of that the toilet and shower drain below it smell like stale cat urine. I may have saved some money booking this place but didn't enjoy a minute of the day or night time we spent in there, and likely injured my back from the prison bed. would not reccomend to my worst enemy. Also the check in is so disorganised, got sent to the 13th floor per the signs, to be told it's actually the 14th floor, then got sent back down to the 5th floor

We were also woken up by a fire alarm one of the nights because someone was smoking. The alarm proceeded to ring again every hour and was not fixed till the morning. When requesting to get a refund for that night we were neglected and ignored.

• Irene (7/5): Instructions in my review :) - The name says 9th floor, the address says 14th floor, and they tell you to come to C2. Actually this is 1 hotel with many many names, here's what you do: go to the main entrance of the building, it'll say no 62 and there's a watch store on your right. You take the first elevators on your right, to the 13th floor. Don't take other elevators you will get lost. Here on 13th you will find a reception, you will need to scan a WeChat QR and fill out your details. There is WiFi available. Then at reception you fill it out again on a paper. After this they will assign you a room in any of the hotels, it's a bit chaotic as they seemingly keep no trace of reservations at all. I was at 10th floor, in a youth living. Watch that check-in is only until 11pm and if you paid a deposit and don't check out exactly between 10 and 11 you will not get your deposit back. What's good: it's a centrally located place. It's cheap, and if you don't mind what that gives you ( mold, broken things, no windows, etc) you will have a good stay for your buck. A towel would have been nice. The rest you cannot complain for the price.

Love it, it is 2mins walk to TST MTR Exit D1, 4 mins walk to Bakehouse, 4 mins walk to Lung Fung, 5mins walk to TST Promenade, 6 mins walk to Bolten Cafe (great food, good service with retro vibes), about 10mins walk to Star Ferry Pier and Jenny Bakery Cookies is in the same building, practically you can walk to anywhere, what not to love 🤩 - Plenty of souvenir shops, boutiques, restaurants within walking distance - Room is clean - Water heater is strong - Pillows and bed are very comfy - Price is very value for money - Bedsheet is dirty - TV remote control is not working - No soundproofing

They upgraded us to rooms with windows, but we were not aware that our original booking was without windows. The rooms were musty and/or didn’t smell clean. Sheets clean in some rooms, others has some mouldy spots.
• Utkarsh (10/5): The best located hotel with Super friendly staff. - The hostel is located in the main area. It is nearby to the Tsim Sha Tsui Metro station and is the best area of HK. The staff is super good esp Mr. Cyrus who took outstanding care of the guests. There is nothing to dislike about the hostel in such a price range. The only thing they have to improve upon is to provide floor mats outside the bathroom. Rest everything was good in such a price range.

Good value for money and staff was also accommodating. We requested for late check in since we arrived around 1am and they really helped us and sent us the process to check in ourselves.
