• Izabela (6/5): - Byłam zdziwiona, że po przyjeździe do obiektu musieliśmy zapłacić 80 euro podatku. Pan twierdził, że to normalne jednak mi się wydawało, że to już było wszystko opłacone przez aplikację Booking. 80 euro to dużo tym bardziej ze na stronie booking jest napisane, że zawiera już opłatę podatku to właściciel osobno od każdego zarządal po 13,5 co wyniosło nas razem 81 euro. W apartamencie latało dużo malych much, ale przez nastepne dni wyniosły się z mieszkania.
• Laura (8/5): - Salvatore è stato gentilissimo. Ci ha aspettato tardi la sera e dato tutte le indicazioni. Il palazzo un po' vecchiotto, ma l'alloggio è ristrutturato di recente, pulitissimo, con letti confortevoli. Macchina per il caffè, bollitore per l'acqua e tutto quanto serve per cucinare. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

• RUMYANA (10/5): Great location! Great value for money! - This is a truly wonderful apartment. The central station is just a few minutes walk away. The place is spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean. Salvatore is an excellent host — very friendly, welcoming, and we really appreciated his warm hospitality. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, plus coffee, tea, and water. The Wi-Fi connection is strong and reliable. Overall, great value for money — highly recommended!

• Mladen (9/5): We will return! - Excellent location. Very close to metro station Duomo. Owner is very friendly and fast responsive. You have everything in apartment what you need. Only problem is that when you are out there is no electricity and air conditioners don’t work and it was little cold when you return in room.

• Chris (6/5): Good base for the Spanish Quarter and near the main stations - The flat is located 15-20 mins from the central station in a safe, if slightly run down area. It seemed worse in the dark when we arrived, partly because the pavements were so dark and bumpy for pulling suitcases along. It is well located for the port area and the Spanish Quarter and had air con in one of the bedrooms and the kitchen. It was also a good size. There is no living room so the only communal space is the kitchen but that is the price to pay for a cheaper 3 bedroom place, although the grey decor did it no favours. The sheets weren't great (synthetic) but it was clean and tidy. There was no air con in two of the bedrooms (although there was one fan) which wasn't a problem when we were there in September with temperatures in low to mid twenties. The fridge didn't seem to be working that well even when turned and food wasn't kept cold unless it was near the top of the fridge and at the back. One issue was that the key for the downstairs door (into the building) required a lot of jiggling to make it work. We raised this with the host but got no response.

• carolina (7/5): Bueno pero algunas cosas a mejorar, el dueño muy cordial - Estaba limpio. Cerca de puntos estratégicos para conocer Nápoles. El dueño muy cordial y amable en todo momento. Reservé y el alojamiento no estaba listo, tuvimos que esperar 2 horas para el ingreso. A tener en cuenta que de las 3 habitaciones solo 1 tiene aire acondicionado, el dueño resolvió dándonos un ventilador pero aún así hacía bastante calor en las 2 habitaciones haciendo que una no pudiéramos ocuparla siendo 5. También importante que tiene un sistema que cuando te vas se corta la corriente, haciendo que no funcione la luz, debía dejar cargando la computadora para trabajar pero no pude por esta razón. La heladera no enfriaba bien del todo.

• Steve (8/5): Good base to explore but… - Overall the place is quirky and in a good location to explore Naples. It provides a real experience in this unique city. The owner was very punctual. The place was ready at the time agreed on and he was at the door at exactly check out time. In all my travels, I’ve never had someone stand in the kitchen and watch us leave - totally ok and in his right to do as we were 10 minutes late but still a bit weird. The City of Naples in general is different than the rest of Italy - it’s known to be rough and tough city but the area around this place is pretty sketchy. Going out the door of the apartment you find garbage and cigarette butts all over the street and lots of homeless folk’s hanging around with frequent yelling at night time (not sure if they were arguing or telling jokes as I couldn’t understand them but boy, could I ever hear them!!!). I never felt threatened but I also never felt relaxed. It’s close to supermarkets and some restaurants that served good food so, that was appreciated. Also, it’s about a 15 minute walk to the old town. We visited Naples during the summer and it took its toll on the ability of the unit to provide enough electricity. We had to choose to either use the AC, have hot water for showering or use the oven (no microwave to cook with). If you did 2 of the 3, the breaker would pop and you couldn’t do anything… A bit inconvenient but once we figured out a schedule, it was manageable. the place is small for 4 people. the only gathering place is a small kitchen.

• Catriona (8/5): A great base to explore Naples - It is only 10 min walk from the main train station on a quiet street. 2 large double beds and bunk beds. Well equipped kitchen. Hot water only seems to do 2 showers a day.

• Su (9/5): An ideal base for exploring Naples - Amazing location- close to shopping, public transport, sights, food. A great base for exploring the city. Wonderful hospitality - our host was attentive and on-the-ball, and took the time to give us a thorough induction into the apartment and the area around it, and even showed us how to make a delicious Neapolitan espresso on the apartment's coffee machine. Comfy beds - good quality mattresses that were firm but supportive. Lots of space - we were a group of 5 and we didn't feel squashed, even with our luggage and shopping. That the apartment was up a couple of flights of stairs. But that couldn't be helped.

Central train station is 15 mins walk away and bus stop located nearby. Plenty of good eating places around. Can be noisy at night with bars operating late in the night.

Excellent sound insulation. Salvatore is a great host; very prompt. Under 15 minutes walk to most places of interest in every direction. Fast and reliable internet. Nothing however some pan lids would be a good addition to the kitchen.

The area is quiet, close to the metro and several attractions. Good grocery store (Conad) 3 minutes away. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and well equipped (although we only went there to sleep). It was a very good choice of apartment. Thanks Salvatore!

• Maria (10/5): Great stay in Naples - Excellent location - Salvatore is a great host, very friendly and forthcoming. He kept in touch with us before our arrival and was very understanding when we had to delay our check in due to the bad weather, arriving quite late at night. He gave us lots of tips for our stay, including great places to grab a bite to eat. The location was perfect for our trip, close to the station and the main attractions, as well as public transport (metro stop Duomo). The apartment had everything one would need for a short or long stay, including a washing machine if needed. We liked everything.
