• Nico (4/5): Lage und Aussicht sind nicht alles! Eher enttäuschende Erfahrung! - Die Villa punktet zunächst mit einer schönen Aussicht und einem großen Pool. Leider wurde dieser positive Eindruck bei unserer Ankunft schnell relativiert. Die Reinigung der Villa war aus unserer Sicht unzureichend – der Küchenmüll war nicht geleert, und die Betten wirkten nicht sauber (Flecken, kleine Tierchen). Insgesamt machte die Unterkunft einen eher ungepflegten und wenig liebevoll vorbereiteten Eindruck (z. B. keine Seife im Bad, vertrocknete Pflanzen). Zudem empfanden wir die Lärmbelastung als störend: Straßenverkehr sowie regelmäßig über Lautsprecher übertragene Gebete der Moschee, auch in den frühen Morgenstunden, beeinträchtigten die Ruhe deutlich. Auch die Privatsphäre war für uns eingeschränkt, da das Personal das Frühstück direkt in der Küche der Villa zubereitet. Insgesamt haben wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt daher vorzeitig abgebrochen.

• Valérie (10/5): Une villa extraordinaire avec une équipe formidable - Très bon emplacement à 5 min de la plage de Lovina et bon départ pour les excursions du Nord de Bali.. Villa magnifique et très propre, équipe à notre service tous les jours si besoin pour ménage, cuisine, chauffeur et les excursions. Tous d'une extrême gentillesse et toujours le sourire. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. Merci à Jon notre chauffeur, très bon conducteur et à Juni qui nous cuisinait tous les jours de très bons plats. Tout était parfait !!!

• Héloïse (10/5): Maison incroyable , encore plus belle et spacieuse qu’en photo - Séjour très très agréable et luxueux dans cette magnifique villa. On a été très bien accueilli par Juni qui cuisinait un super petit déjeuner. Tout était parfait : la vue , la piscine , le jardin , 3 très grandes chambres et salles de bain.

• Martin (10/5): Waanzinnige luxe villa met alle gemakken en heerlijk eten - Alles, werkelijk alles! Bedden fantastisch, luxe ruime villa met prachtig uitzicht. Heerlijk zwembad en tuin. En het eten van de servicegerichte dame hier was ook waanzinnig!! Afstand tot centrum Lovina, maar dat is verwaarloosbare feedback, aangezien je goedkoop een scooter tot je beschikking hebt.

• Kenneth (10/5): If you are wanting a vacation where relaxation is desired, choose Villa Cakrawala! Its location perched on a hillside wi - The Villa is magnificent! The views go on forever and we caught both magnificent sunrises and sunsets each day of our 7 days at Cakrawala. The pool is actually larger than expected, and was a wonderful respite from the Bali heat. The rooms are wonderfully air-conditioned and although the common areas are only cooled by fan and cross-breezes, it was never too hot or intolerable. WiFi is very decent…not sure if anyone can expect exceptional in Bali so it was a pleasant surprise to have good WiFi. The Villa manager Kadek can provide you with anything from a driver (Ari) to tours to massages, all from the comfort of the Villa. Pro tip…taking a Grab ride to Lovina is super cheap and simple with GPS! The true jewel of the Villa is the housekeeper/cook Juni. She is the epitome of Balinese culture…sweet, good natured, happy and wonderfully talented in her cooking abilities! We truly enjoyed her cooking and moving on to another Villa in Bali was bittersweet as we knew we would be losing her wonderful company! Some minor issues we encountered was that the Villa is set on a hillside, and generally, walking is not an option as it is hot, steep and very winding from the main road in Lovina. As mentioned earlier, getting transportation by the Grab App was very simple and highly suggested. Also, during our stay we had an overnight water issue (there was none) and an electrical issue for several hours one morning (no electricity), but the owner Sebastien was very responsive and addressed the issues quickly, so problems may always arise, but the responsiveness of management/ownership is the all-important factor, and we appreciated their prompt and earnest efforts!
