Εύκολο παρκάρισμα, διαθέτει πισίνα και είναι δίπλα στο κέντρο για βόλτες χωρίς αυτοκίνητο. Είναι το ιδανικό μέρος για να ξεκουραστείτε και να χαλαρώσετε. -
• Ioanna (10/5): Μοναδική!!! - Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού και έχει κοντά όλες τις παραλίες. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και είχε καταπληκτική θέα. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο. Και τα ποτά στην πισίνα υπέροχα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα για όποιον θέλει να το επισκεφτεί.

• Laura (10/5): Lovely place with great people. - Staff was incredibly attentive and helpful! They arranged a taxi to and from our ferry when we asked. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. The rooms are nice and clean and the view from our balcony was beautiful!! The pool is nice too. Incredible for the value. Not much! It is a bit further from vathy center than other places, but this could be a good thing for some!!

• Joachim (8/5): Alles in allem war es ok für uns und von hier aus konnte man schöne Ausflüge starten. Liegt auch sehr ruhig da Randlage. - Die Unterkunft war ganz schön und geräumig. Klimaanlage vorhanden die wir als Heizung im Oktober nutzen konnten. Die Dusche im Badezimmer hat leider keine Türe zum schließen, so dass nach dem duschen das halbe Badezimmer unter Wasser stand 😢sehr schlecht wenn man im Anschluss die Haare föhnen möchte. Der Stöpsel im Waschbecken ist auch sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn er geöffnet ist, damit das Wasser abläuft muss man aufpassen dass nichts hinein fällt. Das Hotel/Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, was man auch sieht. Es benötigt schon einige Reparaturen und Renovierung.

• Anastasia (7/5): - Είχε πάρκινγκ που το έκανε αρκετά βοηθητικό και ωραία θέα στη θάλασσα. Επιπλέον στη ρεσεψιόν τα άτομα ήταν ευγενικά και πρόθυμα για βοήθεια. Παρότι γινόταν αλλαγή στις πετσέτες, τα σεντόνια και σακούλες σκουπιδιών καθημερινά, δεν καθαριζόταν ο υπόλοιπος χώρος. Επίσης δεν υπήρχε κάλυψη στην ντουζιέρα με αποτέλεσμα το μπάνιο να γεμίζει νερά χωρίς να διατίθεται κάποια σφουγγαρίστρα.

• Eleftheria (10/5): Very beautiful view and everyone was so helpful! - Very beautiful view, the pool was very nice and shady at some points, if you need shadow during the afternoon.
• Sarah (10/5): Peaceful relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings. - Great place to stay! Clean, well equipped, really friendly helpful owners. Immaculate grounds, garden, pool. We were in row of bungalows just behind reception - first night at dusk we saw a pine marten. Little patio had great views of Vathy bay. Relaxing and quiet space. We were there in heat wave - and with shutters closed and air con on apartment stayed cool. Apartment had fridge which was really handy, & washing line behind row of bungalows for hand washing. Pool has beautiful flowery gazebo area with lots of sun loungers in shade/sun - and there’s a handy bar for drinks/snacks. Hotel is at the quiet end of the harbour so lovely and peaceful but only 10 mins walk to bars, restaurants, shops. Lots of parking spaces - mix of shade/sun. Nothing - wonderful place to stay!

• Berta (10/5): Entorn immillorable - El tracte del personal (molt amable i disposat a ajudar-te i aconsellar-te), la zona on s'ubica (entorn natural, vistes a la badia, complex ampli i que està dins del poble), el silenci i els serveis, especialment la piscina. Com a proposta de millora, caldria posar una mampara a la dutxa que tapés tot l'espai. La que hi havia a l'habitació deixava la meitat al descobert i, en conseqüència, gran part del bany quedava força esquitxat i moll.

• Becky (10/5): Lovely accommodation and helpful friendly staff. - Really lovely accommodation, with very friendly staff. The whole complex is kept well and very clean. Very comfy bed and pillows. Plenty of clean towels changed regularly. Bonus that shower gel and shampoo/conditioner provided. The fridge in the room is very useful. It is a little further out from Vathy to the restaurants than we thought- probably a 20- 30 min walk. There is a lovely restaurant if you go right along the front that is only a 10 minute walk. My only thought would be it would be nice to have a long mirror in the bedroom, having just the one in the bathroom was a little inconvenient. But a very small niggle!

• Claire (10/5): Lovely hotel with amazing staff - Personable welcome and extremely helpful staff. Room was lovely and comfortable bed. Location great for walking to the bars and restaurants. We were able to arrange boat hire from reception too.

• Dionysios (7/5): Τετραήμερο στην Ιθάκη στο CAPTAIN YANNIS. Οι εντυπώσεις μας από το ξενοδοχείο είναι οι εξής: Στα ΣΥ - Τετραήμερο στην Ιθάκη στο CAPTAIN YANNIS. Οι εντυπώσεις μας από το ξενοδοχείο είναι οι εξής: Στα ΣΥΝ + Υπέροχη θέα, βλέπεις όλο το λιμάνι. + Εύκολη πρόσβαση. + Καθαρό το δωμάτιο. + Ευγενέστατοι και φιλικοί οι ιδιοκτήτες. Στα ΠΛΗΝ - Δεν μας έδωσαν το δωμάτιο που είχαμε διαλέξει. Είχαμε διαλέξει δωμάτιο με σαλονάκι. Το δωμάτιο που είχαμε διαλέξει στο BOOKING COM – όπως μας είπαν - είχε μπεί από λάθος του BOOKING COM. Έτσι όπως μας είπαν, μας παραχώρησαν ένα δωμάτιο καλύτερο, δυστυχώς όμως δεν ήταν. Αυτό που μας έδωσαν ΔΕΝ είχε άλλον χώρο μέσα για να καθίσεις, παρά μία καρέκλα μόνο. - Το ψυγείο ήταν mini bar, οπότε λογικά δεν είχε κατάψυξη και τα παγωτά μας έλειωσαν. - Το air condition άντεχε οριακά να δροσίζει. - Η τηλεόραση ήταν 22΄. Καταλαβαίνετε ότι μόλις και μετά βίας μπορούσαμε να δούμε. Δεν μου έχει ξανατύχει τόσο μικρή τηλεόραση. - Δεν υπήρχαν σήτες οπότε λόγω κουνουπιών κοιμόμασταν με κλειστά παντζούρια επειδή το μπαλκόνι μας συγκοινωνούσε με το δίπλα μπαλκόνι και ήταν εύκολη η πρόσβαση. - Το μπάνιο ήταν πολύ λιτό και οριακά μπορούσαμε να τοποθετήσουμε δύο-τρία πράγματα. - Το μπαρ της πισίνας δεν σέρβιρε καφέ, οπότε αναγκαστικά βγαίναμε έξω. Πιστεύω ότι το ξενοδοχείο αυτό θα ήταν κλάσεις ανώτερο, λόγω τοποθεσίας, αν εκσυγχρονίζονταν λίγο και αναβάθμιζε τα δωμάτια. Καλή συνέχεια σε όλους.

Very helpful staff. Kettle in room had to be on floor to find a plug point. Ground on short walk up to room was a bit uneven. A bit of a walk into town (though this means it’s nice and quite).

Στέφανος συνεννοήσιμος ώστε να μας διευκολύνει κατά την εγκατάσταση μας στο νησί της Ιθάκης . επίσης το κατάλυμα είναι πολύ κοντά στο μοναδικό μοναπατι για το Γιδάκι την παραλια , για ο ποιον επιθυμεί να πάει με τα πόδια
• Heather (10/5): A treat in Ithaca - Rooms were lovely. Spacious. Spotlessly clean. They had thought of everything. Fan if too hot (although also air conditioning), blanket in cupboard for the cooler evenings, hair dryer, bottle of complimentary water in fridge. Etc etc etc. Great location for restaurants and beaches. Wonderful view. Stefanos was very friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English.

Shame that pool bar closes at 5:30pm as a drink at sunset would be so nice! Shower is not close, not easy to shower without spraying the whole bathroom.

• Norman (10/5): A memorable visit to a beautiful island, laid back, authentic Greece without too many tourists. - Perfect location for exploring Vathy and Ithaca. We had a room with a beautiful view looking towards the outer part of the natural harbour, and the sunset. I left a USB stick with some personal documents in the safe when I checked out. Giannis went to great lengths to forward the stick to me at my next destination in Kefalonia. Thank you Giannis.

• Paul (8/5): A well-positioned spacious apartment in a lovely harbour town - Great position & large apartment with a good sized terrace with a sea view. Outside chairs and table were provided and there was plenty of parking. We loved walking around the harbour in the evening & the 3 restaurants we ate in all served very tasty meals. There’s some amazing beaches close by. We hired a car & it’s not far to get to the north of the island. We were disappointed when we first saw the apartment based on what we had expected from the booking.com photos but for the price and position, the apartment is adequate. Although there was a small kitchenette area (fridge, sink, hob, kettle, crockery & cutlery) there were no pans to use on the hob, no coffee machine and no washing up liquid or cloths (the apartment was cleaned daily so maybe we were meant to leave the washing up for the cleaner??) The apartment looked tired and a bit old-fashioned, though was functional. We expected our apartment to be as pictured in the photos on Booking.com, but this was not the case. When we questioned this, we were told it was down to Booking.com

• Hampshire (10/5): - We had a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony and when we sunbathed and swam in the pool we also had a great view of it. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and helpful, they even let us stay by the pool on our last day after we checked out whilst we waited for our ferry back to Kefalonia. It was a great location, only around a 15 minute walk to the main stretch of restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend.

• ΚΑΚΟΜΑΝΩΛΗ (10/5): - Τα δωμάτια ήταν άνετα και καθαρά, το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και γενικά ο χώρος πολύ όμορφος. Η τοποθεσία επίσης είναι εξαιρετική γιατί είναι αρκετά κοντά στο βαθύ ώστε να μπορείς να πας με τα πόδια αλλά όχι τόσο κοντά ώστε να ενοχλεί η φασαρία από τα μπαράκια. Σίγουρα θα το πρότεινα!

• Laurent (8/5): Séjour très agréable - L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Vathi. Le personnel était très agréable. Nous avons aussi apprécié la piscine. La chambre était très correcte. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner. Nous n'avons pas eu de problème.

• Michail (7/5): Διαμονή σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία με παροχές που χρειάζονται αναβάθμιση - Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, δίπλα στο Βαθύ αλλά όχι εντός, οπότε προσφέρεται για ήσυχη διαμονή. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι κατάλληλο για μια διαμονή με βασικές παροχές. Μας άφησε ανάμεικτα συναισθήματα η διαμονή μας καθώς το δωμάτιο είχε σημεία που χρειάζονται βελτίωση. Αρχικά το air condition εμφανώς είχε πολύ καιρό να συντηρηθεί. Φαινόταν σκονισμένο εσωτερικά και αναγκαστήκαμε να πλύνουμε οι ίδιοι τα φίλτρα του που είχαν φράξει. Η ντουζιέρα έμοιαζε μισοτελειωμένη, μιας και έλειπε η πόρτα αλλά και ο γάντζος για να στερεωθεί το τηλέφωνο του μπάνιου. Το ψυγείο λειτουργούσε ως συντήρηση και όχι ως ψυγείο και επίσης ήταν πολύ μικρό. Για αυτούς τους λόγους θεωρώ ότι η ποιότητα της διαμονής δεν ανταποκρίνεται πλήρως στο κόστος που χρεώνεται αυτή.
