• Adrian (9/5): - Gran lugar para pasar unos dias en O Porto. El departamento es grande, el baño limpio y la cama grande. La ubicación esta bastante bien (a 15/20 minutos caminando al puerto). La comunicación con el lugar fue excelente. Siempre me respondieron rapido y muy bien predispuestos. Lo único malo fue que ell Wifi era un poco inestable. Me aclararon que era un tema que ya habian reclamado. De todos modos, me recomendaron usarlo desde la cama y en efecto, agarraba mejor. Recomiendo y volvería!

• Anne52 (4/5): Lage ganz gut und ruhig, Apartment renovierungsbedürftig, alles anonym. Kein Host zu sehen. - Die Lage war nicht schlecht. Nur 10 Min. bergabwärts zur Metro Trindade. Leider aufwärts bei der Anreise mit Koffer sehr beschwerlich. Das Apartment war sehr ruhig gelegen, so wie ich es gehofft hatte. Ich konnte gut schlafen. Gutes Doppelbett. In der Nähe kleiner Mini-Markt und 2 Bäcker. Restaurants keine. Da muss man weiter runter laufen. Zurück habe ich immer die Metro genommen, da Anstieg zu lang und schwer. Sehr bergig! Es war ein Apartment-Haus. Alles anonym mit Zugangscode draußen an einem Safe mit den Schlüsseln, der an einer Kette angebracht war. Ich hatte Probleme reinzukommen. Habe nie den Gastgeber gesehen, alle Infos nur per WhatsApp. Hätte mir Infos über Porto erwünscht vom Host. Die Möbelierung ist sehr alt und alles renovierungsbedürftig. Bett war gut. Es war oberflächlich sauber, aber insgesamt wäre eine gründliche Reinigung notwendig.

Sartenes inutilizables, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, horno muy sucio, muchas humedades en baño y paredes del salón - habitación. Suelo levantado en algunas zonas. Una muy mala experiencia

• Vojin (10/5): Very nice place to stay when in Porto! :) - Everything was nice and easy, fantastic comunication with the host, great recommendations, easy to find, easy to check in, and the location is great, around 15 minutes to the Bridge, everything is in walkable distance, Uber from the airport is around 10e, but there is a metro station 6 minutes walk, supermarket is 3 minutes away, and you have everything you need in the apartment :) My warmest recommendations for this place! I think you need a better hair dryer. I'm a guy with long hair, so it took me a while to dry it :D

We were allowed to drop our luggage before check-in time. Like the kitchen condiments, washing machine. It’s a dark and outdated apartment. The wi-fi connection was very weak and tricky to find… I had to go outside the apartment to get signal.

• Maria (9/5): Aanrader! - Een zeer ruim en schoon appartement met een fijn bed en een heerlijke douche. Het appartement is op enkele minuten lopen van metrostation Trindade waar alle metrolijnen komen.
• Jeongwon (3/5): - 기차역에서 도보 10분 거리입니다. 침구와 소파가 깨끗한 편이었습니다. 방은 넓어요. 싼 가격에 머물 곳이 필요하다면 추천합니다. 집주인이 친절했습니다. 집 자체가 굉장히 낡았습니다. 체감 100년은 더 된 것 같습니다. 한국의 반지하 방 같은 냄새가 났고, 화장실 천장 구석에는 거미줄에 먼지가 잔뜩 달라붙어 있었습니다. 특히 샤워실 배수구가 막혔는지 물이 제대로 내려가지 않아 거의 물에 발을 담근 채로ㅠㅠ 샤워했습니다.. 주방이 있긴 한데 솔직히 요리를 할 수 있을 정도의 환경인지는 잘 모르겠습니다. 전체적으로 꿉꿉한 냄새가 나서 머무르는 동안 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 아마 다른 아파트먼트를 빌린다고 해도 거의 비슷한 조건이지 않을까 생각합니다. 포르투 돌아다니면서 신식 건물을 거의 못 봤거든요 ㅎㅎ.. 깨끗한 곳에서 머무르고 싶은 분이면 돈 좀 더 내고 호텔 가시는 게 좋을 것 같습니다. 부킹닷컴 평점이 높은 편이라 기대했는데, 깨끗한 것에 익숙한 한국인 분들은 오시면 많이 실망하실 겁니다. 가격이 싼 데에는 이유가 있어요!

• Carles (2/5): Apartamiento ben equipado pero en zona complicada - El apartamento se encuentra bien ubicado ya que estas a 20 minutos de los lugares turísticos y adicional esta muy bien equipado por si tienes una larga estadía Las imágenes no coinciden con el apartamento, la lavadora esta muy mala y lamentablemente fuimos víctimas de vandalismo en la zona con el vehículo y en el apartamento. Consejo, no dejen el coche en la calle, ya que a nosotros nos lo abrieron y nos robaron todo lo que teníamos dentro.

• annalisa (8/5): - La ragazza che gestisce l'appartamento é davvero gentile e disponibile. Anche il ragazzo che ci ha accolti all'arrivo é stato esaustivo e molto gentile. La posizione é ottima. Parte dell'appartamento andrebbe ristrutturato e personalmente avere la tenda in plastica in doccia non é il massimo, e lo stesso non avere ne finestra ne valvola in bagno
• Ainhoa (6/5): - Estaba limpio y se estaba cómodo. Se suponía que tenía lavadora y terraza y no era así (motivo por el cual nos interesamos en el apartamento y no por un hotel), lo comentamos con el anfitrión y nos dijo que por un imprevisto nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación, pero no nos dieron una solución ni compensación. En ningún momento durante la reserva se nos comentó sobre dicho imprevisto (ni si quiera en el check in).
• Jennifer (5/5): Good location and quiet. - The bed was comfy and it was in a good location. It did not look like the pictures. There were loose floorboard, a bug in the utensils drawer, no washer so had to take it down the street but was reimbursed. The host said they were in the middle of remodeling which is fine, but they should not have guests while they are remodeling. They should it before the remodel or after.

Ojo que se pega la soleria al pie porque hay piezas sueltas Dice disponer de parking y lavadora. Nos indicaron aparcar en la calle de detrás, donde no era muy viable hacerlo. No dispone de lavadora. Nos dijeron que era algo temporal por avería, pero ni había productos de lavadora en la vivienda y había una mesa donde debe de estar la lavadora. Recomiendo consultar directamente los servicios de los que necesitéis de los descritos, para aseguraros que no os veis con una maleta de ropa sucia que no puedes lavar y tienes que seguir cargando a otros lados

• Pascal (8/5): Parfait, je reviendrai avec un grand plaisir. - Trés bien situé, à proximité immédiate du centre et d'une station de métro l'appartement était très sympathique dans une résidence au calme. L'accueil de Karl et le suivi de Patricia qui nous ont reçus ont été parfaits. Je recommande. Un canapé lit aurait été un plus dès lors que les deux personnes ne souhaitent pas nécessairement utiliser le même lit. Mais c'est un détail et nous avons très bien dormi sans cela.

• Volodymyr (8/5): Recommend - Carlos welcomed me when I arrived and was super friendly. He explained everything clearly and gave me some great tips on where to eat — good food at good prices! He also said I could message him anytime if I needed anything. The apartment is super cozy, clean, and has a really nice vibe. The bed is big and comfy, with four pillows and a warm blanket — I slept like a baby. The bathroom and kitchen are small but totally functional. There’s heating/AC, a fridge, a kettle, and some basic dishes, which was perfect for my stay. The location couldn’t be better — everything worth seeing is just a short walk away -

The location of the studio is also very good, with walkable distance to the city center. The communication was great, even though we had a little misunderstanding, the host was very accommodating and sorted it out, even gave us some good recommendations around the city. Nothing comes to mind.
• Judith (10/5): Very charismatic place to stay that highlights the culture of Porto - First I have to say that since the apartment advertised was under renovation we stayed in another one owned by the same guy. And it was wonderful -- very spacious with a comfortable bed and couch and a table made from a wine barrel. The place highlighted the area's culture and wine with lots of interesting photos. The neighborhood isn't too interesting, but it's very close to Trindade, a major subway station and about a 20-minute walk to the city center. The owner's nephew Carlos checked us in and gave us recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores and even his favorite wines. We really liked everything. The only problem was it was a bit difficult to open the door with the key we had, but that seems to be a problem in many places in Portugal.

• Silvia (8/5): Two nights in Porto - The flat has everything you need. Location is not in the center but very close. The place itself is very calm, you don't hear any noise during the day/night (except neighbors but that's normal). The owner was communicative and available, I could also check out a bit later the last day. I didn't cook but the kitchen is a bit old and humid and the bathroom as well. I could not take an hot shower the first morning as the water was cold even. Maybe it was because of the the boiler needed more time than the 15 minutes I waited the water to get warm.. anyway the issue was solved.

• Jennifer (6/5): We really love Porto and enjoyed our time there. - It was a good position. Had a great oven and cooktop. Carlos who meet us to let us in was fabulous and very helpful with all our questions. There was basic items there like oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. It also had adequate paper towel and toilet paper and cleaning products. I’m sure the cleaner done her job well ,but the apartment is old and needs to be updated. The floor needs repaired and the kitchen and bathroom certainly need some attention. Needs a sharp knife. There was no wine glasses, just drinking glasses.

• Elaine (9/5): Superb - Good location (calm district, a longish walk from the centre but very easily reached using the Metro) with a few shops, traditional bars and a small supermarket nearby. Luis is a fantastic host, always available for any questions both before and during the trip. The studio is quite spacious with a separate kitchen. VERY comfortable bed! The studio itself is a bit run-down but there is everything you need and plenty of space.
• Harish (9/5): Superb - The location is superb, it is comes in between the two Metro stations (Trindade and Faria Guimareas). It is good for 2 people, good bed but bathroom is quiet small. It has a Kitchen and some utensils. Owner is super awesome, he helped me with my luggage during check-in and also after check out he dropped me to another location in his own car. Bathroom is small but manageable. Except some dull lighting, no other cons.

• Nafsika (8/5): Good experience overall, the host is very friendly and accommodating, clean and spacious room - Comfy bed, spacious room, good location The kitchen hob was not working properly to allow cooking. Ongoing construction works in building next door which created noise from early morning in weekdays.
• Holly (8/5): Spacious studio in a great location - fantastic host! - I loved the room size. It was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Everything worked and it was in a great location! The best part was the host. He was very very accommodating and extremely friendly and polite. He gave me lots of advice about what to do in the area and made me feel very welcome! Unfortunately there was building works outside the apartment. This was very loud and continued all day. I spoke to the host and as said before he was extremely understanding. I would check before you book if there's any building works just in case! Other than that..all good! :)
