Guest Reviews
- Sibbald (10/5): Great place to have all the extended family together - House was very spacious and plenty of kitchen items and space for everyone The doona were far to warm for the nights so it was hard to sleep when you are hot under covers and cold out ( no top sheet).
- Chris (7/5): House was lovey and very accommodating. Facilities in the house were excellent. - Cleanliness (linen, bins, bbq). Sheets need to be replaced. Communication on house requirements were generic and didn’t relate specifically to the accommodation.
- Linda (10/5): -
- Aldir (9/5): Had a great time in the house! we would comeback - The house is very spacious, several big rooms, everything was very clean, the location was great... very close to town and also private at the same time, everything was great!
Comfortable beds, walking closet space, enough bathrooms, plenty kitchenware and utensils, very good for big group.
We didn't use the barbecue or firepit but good to know that it was available! These were minor problems... so these are basically small notes and suggestions:
In one of the rooms, the distance between the top and bottom bunkbeds were too small. Some people said it was claustrophobic. One of the top Bunk beds had one of the sustaining woods, snapped, and that seemed a bit dangerous since, it was too close to peoples face, if they were in the bottom bed.
The aircon/heaters were loud at night, for those who were in the last 2 rooms - close to the wall.
The pantry area, could have some shelves on the wall, would be good for big groups to store their food there.
Big groups, would need a bigger Fridge.
We couldn't find extra Bin Bags... would be good to have some spare ones.
The smaller "Living room" could be transformed into another room, or an office, or a gaming area, idk... We used that room to store luggage.
Maybe have a few spare fire lings/wood and fire lighters available.
