- Halloluwa (4/5): I had some expectation when I check their website about the service and it was not delivered. - The surroundings of the location are beautiful. Some facilities such as free Wi-Fi, whishing machine, facilities given in the wash room and the kitchen given at the location are satisfactory. First thing is the facilities mentioned in the website are totally different with the facilities available at the location. Those are given in point form below. 1.the location recorded in the google map is totally different form the actual location. The actual location is about 06 kms away from the google location and you need the guidance of the service person who stay at the location and it is very difficult to find the place specially at night. 2.there are 02 rooms available and each bed room has 01 double bed. The website indicates 05 persons can stay in one room and 03 persons can stay in the other room is totally in correct. 3.Only one wash room is available for both rooms. 4.Rooms do not have ACs and they are given pedestal fans. Therefore the ventilation during sleeping time is very poor. 5.You cannot rely on the things that the domestic servant agrees before your visit and what you experience at the location are different form what you have been told before. 6.My final bill contained a value dollar amount higher than what is mentioned in the website and I had to speak to the owner on the same before making the payment.
- Tharindu (5/5): Property have some issues not the staff. - The mountain viwe, well maintained garden There was no A/C, even i had to ask for fan from the staff. Fan is not enough its too hot out there.
- Yulia (10/5): Exceptional - If you are looking for secluded and peaceful location - that’s your destination. Really beautiful place with tremendous view and sound of mountain river. With touch of style in the yard and attractive interior, lots of design details pleasant to an eye. Clean and comfortable. The hostess treated to tasty Sri-Lanka dinner and tea. At the same time allowed us to use kitchen to cook for our children. Also helped us getting to the tyre service when we found out that one of tyres had a puncture. It’s very difficult to find. Wouldn’t manage to find it if locals didn’t guided there us under instruction of the host. Weak English, but google translate helped us to understand each other using Sinhala.
