• Kicki (9/5): Wonderful stay - Beautiful, new and well-kept property. The suite is modern and stylish, with a small kitchenette and a private glassed terrace. The large pool is perfect for relaxing. Very nice and helpful host, parking included. It’s best to have a car to explore the surroundings.
• dominique (9/5): Un petit coin de paradis - L'endoit correspond tout à fait aux images. Il est en dehors de la ville donc il faut impérativement avoir une voiture. L'environnement est une banlieue en construction mais on n'est qu'à 10 min de Monopoli et avoir cette piscine, ce coin cuisine et cet espace est un vrai bonheur. Il n'y a que 4 appartements donc c'est très calme. On est arrivé avant l'heure du check in et on a pu laisser facilemeent nos bagages au fleuriste situé à côté. C'est une base idéale pour visiter la région. Bref on a adoré nos 3 nuits passées au Borgo Belvédère :=) on a du demander d'autre serviettes car un peu juste pour 3 nuits mais Peppé a arrangé cela

Por ejemplo al baño, perchas para colgado de toallas y en la cocina: una alacena ya que estaba todo apiñado Si no vas en auto, es un poco incomodo
• Guest (10/5): Amazing, picturesque villa, highly recommend! - This is a gorgeous villa with a fabulous pool, sun loungers and shaded areas outside, making it feel incredibly luxurious and comfortable. It looks just like the pictures and we were very pleased by both the apartment which was clean, well furnished, comfortable and the outdoor area which offered a welcome break from the busy Monopoli beaches. The property manager Peppe was very helpful and went above and beyond to meet all our needs. The location is not central, but we did manage to book taxis with ease and the property manager assisted with this.

• Aj (10/5): Fantastic stay with friendly hosts - We arrive really late to the property as our flight was delayed, that wasn't a problem at all for the hosts who kindly helped us find the property and waited for us late into the evening to meet us with keys and explain everything. We found them really friendly and they were kind enough to arrange some essentials for breakfast on our first morning there. We were in Monopoli for a wedding not too far from here but we wish we had a bit longer here with the property being really comfortable with Monopoli super close. Totally my fault, but I wish we had a car while staying here, it was easy to get around with taxis but if we stayed again, we'd have preferred to have a way to get around. We know for next time and with parking at the property, this would have been fine.

• Nicola (9/5): Superb - A lovely contemporary apartment ideal for a couple we stayed for 2 nights whilst touring the best bits of Puglia,lovely furniture & fittings / bedding etc can’t fault it. Swimming pool and terrace area beautifully furnished and planted & absolutely spotlessly clean. And Peppe the property manager was always available to message with any questions etc.he quite clearly wanted us to have a fantastic stay…..and we did. You definitely need a car to get the best out of this accommodation and the surrounding towns/ beaches.

We visited the nearby towns of Monopoli, Polignano and other locations as it is well located. Our stay was very comfortable and Peppe was very helpful, he is passionate and hard working. He was always available and nothing was too much for him.He gave as some great recommendations about the area, where to eat, visit etc.. I highly recommend this excellent place and Peppe. Nothing!

The kitchenette was stocked strangely - it had some great things like a toaster oven etc., but missing some basic things like tea towels, hand soap etc. the tea & coffee station was insufficiently stocked.

We loved that it felt like we had our own private villa at times. Special thanks to Pepe for checking in on us and for all his tips too. We will be back! It’s a shame it wasn’t closer to the centre but could walk it if needed (25mins or so).

• Sean (10/5): Excellent accommodation ideal for Puglia base. Perfect for couples but equally enjoyed by my family - Excellent accommodation. Whilst more ideal for couples we stayed as a family of 4 ( 2 teenage daughters) and it worked great for us. The apartment is new with brilliant air conditioning and ample bathroom space whilst the sleeping area was more than sufficient. A kitchenette is available for light cooking too which caters well for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The pool is superb and it and the sunloungers are laid out very well for this complex that hosts just 4 apartments so no issue with space or securing a lounger. The location was great as it was only 5 minutes into Monopoli and its location was a great base too for Puglia sightseeing. Dedicated parking with gate control provided upon check in. Assistance and hospitality were very professional and very accommodating. Special thanks to Peppe and Giuseppe . If returning to this area again we'd definitely stay here again ! Nothing to complain about. The kitchenette area probably doesn't need the dishwasher and it's space would be better used for storage etc.
