• Veronique (5/5): - The owner is a really nice and generous guy, who provides for every kind of goodies in the kitchen, leaves it at the complete disposal of the client. Pepe is very communicative and ready to assist you in case you need it. The room was full of mosquitoes and the perpetual come and go of the cars in the street during the whole night made it impossible for my husband and I to fall asleep. It is very unfortunate because the place is unconventional and cosy but to be unable to sleep is the worst thing which can happen to tired tourists....

• Ana (10/5): - Alojamiento bien ubicado para visitar Catania, junto a la estación de trenes y a 15 min andando del centro. Pudimos aparcar gratis en la misma calle frente al alojamiento. La habitación estaba fenomenal, amplia, estilo palaciego. El baño y el ducha es compartida con otra habitación, pero nosotros estuvimos solos. Nos dejaron opciones de desayuno pan con queso y jamón, algo de fruta y bollería. También puedes hacerte cafés. Si volviéramos a Catania repetiríamos, muy buena relación calidad-precio.

• Bruce Fox (10/5): A Big Thumbs Up - Our host was very friendly and met us upon arrival, even delivering our bags to the room! Each morning, fresh croissants were delivered for breakfast, along with some sweet treats. The kitchen and bathroom are shared between two rooms and those common areas are cleaned daily. The location is perfect for train and bus travellers, only a two minute walk away. The kitchen and washing machine were a bonus after two weeks of travel. Our host also checked on us during our stay to see if we needed any help.

Points négatifs : - salle de bain séparée et partagée, située en haut d’une escalier raide, douche un peu vétuste. - chambre mal insonorisée (qui donne sur un axe routier) mais des bouchons d’oreille sont fournis - petit déjeuner léger : 2 croissants, avec du thé et du café à faire soi-même dans la cuisine partagée - notre chambre avait 2 lits simples au lieu d’un lit double (avec des matelas très fins).

Le dotazioni perfette : sofà, grande TV, tavolino per lavorare o mangiare, due balconi su un giardino al di là della strada. Letto comodissimo. Giuseppe, il proprietario, è stato un angelo. Presente con discrezione e molto disponibile. Una persona eccezionale È un palazzo storico quindi assolutamente normale ma non c'è ascensore per cui raggiungere il piano del b&b non è semplicissimo se si ha un bagaglio voluminoso o pesante. Ma il titolare è stato meraviglioso e mi ha aiutata all' arrivo e alla partenza. Quindi risolto.

Die reizende Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über sehr schnelles, zuverlässiges Internet. Tolle Küche! Das Bett ist sehr bequem, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit, beantwortet Anfragen sehr schnell. Er gab uns auch wertvolle Tips für unsere Reise. Wir empfehlen allen Reisenden diese wunderbare Unterkunft herzlichst und würden in jedem Fall wieder dort übernachten. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. • Catherine (7/5): - Très bonne situation face à la gare. Très bon accueil L'appartement est partagé avec d'autres locataires. Il n'y a pas le salon que l'on voit en photo mais une chambre avec cuisine et salle de bain partagées. La chambre donne sur une rue bruyante même la nuit.

Solo una observación para las personas que tengan algún problema para moverse porque hay escaleras y también hay que subir para ir a ducharse, solo eso pero lo recomiendo ampliamente

• Tom (9/5): - Duży pokój oraz łazienka, blisko miejsca parkingowe. Materace położone na twardej płycie - to nie przystoi w obecnych czasach. Absolutnie powinno się to wymienić na normalne łóżka. Gdyby nie miła obsługa to ocena pobytu, przez te łóżka, byłaby znacznie niższa.
• Svitlana (10/5): - È stato tutto meraviglioso! Il proprietario è una persona molto gentile e accogliente. La nostra sistemazione era composta da due grandi stanze. Nella prima c’era una zona giorno con tavolo, sedie comode, un divano confortevole e una grande TV. Inoltre, erano disponibili molti giochi da tavolo. Il balcone con vista sulla fontana era davvero suggestivo. La seconda stanza era la camera da letto. C’era un letto comodo, un bellissimo (probabilmente antico) tavolo da toeletta e anche una culla, se necessaria per i bambini. In questa stanza ci sono due balconi, oltre a un condizionatore e un riscaldatore elettrico. A proposito, anche nella prima stanza era presente il condizionatore. Accanto si trova una cucina con tutto il necessario: bollitore elettrico, macchina del caffè (con capsule disponibili) e utensili da cucina. Al secondo piano ci sono una doccia comoda e il bagno, dove si trova anche l’asciugacapelli. Inoltre, c’è un altro bagno sul piano dell’alloggio. Un ringraziamento speciale per le deliziose colazioni: ogni mattina i proprietari ci portavano dolci freschi. Anche al momento della partenza ci hanno offerto altri dolci e ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli in deposito. Siamo rimasti molto colpiti dalla loro ospitalità. Grazie di cuore! -

• Saskia (7/5): - Zu unserer Wohneinheit gehörten zwei große Zimmer, Lage gleich neben dem Bahnhof, Vermieter war zwar nie vor Ort, jedoch immer erreichbar. Das Frühstücksgebäck war sehr frisch. Kaffee und Teezubehör vorhanden. Auch Wäsche hätte man Waschen können. Zudem lagen ein Stadtführer inkl. Stadtplan bereit. Keine Heizung im Gebäude. Die Räume sind sehr hoch (ca. 5 m) und mit einem Elekroradiator kaum warm zu bekommen. Wir hatten den ganzen Tag sowohl die Heizfunktion der Klima als auch den Radiator an um nicht zu frieren, aber dieses Problem dürfte nur im Winter auftauchen. Küche und Bad werden mit der anderen Wohneinheit (max. 2 Personen) geteilt. Die Wohnung ist oberflächlich sauber, aber eine Grundreinigung mit Entfernen der Kalkablagerungen in den Sanitärbereichen und dem Staub in den Bücherregalen wäre nötig. Das Frühstück besteht nur aus einem süssen Teilchen pro Person. Es wäre schön wenn es auch Joghurt, Obst, Saft oder noch etwas anderes gäbe.

Dalla descrizione almeno per me non era chiaro che l'appartamento fosse condiviso, almeno avendo filtrato "intero appartamento", e pertanto non mi è stato chiaro che il bagno fosse condiviso, sebbene più in piccolo sia scritto tra le condizioni, ma non in evidenza come nel resto degli annunci per soluzioni a bagno condiviso. Bagno peraltro non proprio comodissimo da raggiungere, essendo su un piano diverso con delle scale un po' ripide da salire e scendere.

• James (1/5): We could not stay because of the filthy state of the building. - Absolutely nothing. It was very difficult to enter the building with a lock box. Why couldnt the owner greet us? Once inside the filthy and disgusting building we could not find the room. It was dark and there were no clear signs or help at all. We were unable to stay and left in disgust. This property should not be advertised through Booking.Com. By doing so you are letting yourselves and your reputation down. I request a refund.

Tambien esta en una muy buena ubicación a sólo 3 minutos a pie de la terminal Si bien es un alojamiento de solo dos habitaciones, los baños son compartidos, pero el baño común no tiene traba en la puerta, asi que para mayor privacidad tenía que ir al baño donde está la ducha para bloquear la puerta

Rzeczywiście słychać hałas z ulicy ale mnie akurat to nie przeszkadzało. Przy dokonywaniu rezerwacji umknęła mi wiadomość, że łazienka jest współdzielona. Rzeczywiście prowadzą do niej strome schody. Śniadanie to kawa z ekspresu na kapsułki i rogalik.
• Rachel (9/5): Lovely stay in historic building with generous host. - A great one night stay in what we were told is the oldest apartment block in Catania. Quite a privilege to stay in building with such a history. Really lovely host who brought us fresh pastries for breakfast and is clearly very proud of the apartment. Great if you are arriving or leaving by bus or train. Sadly there is some traffic noise - and the Catania traffic seems to continue all night. The host thoughtfully supplied ear plugs!

• Dulce María (6/5): Mejorable - La wifi funcionaba muy bien. La ubicación estaba bastante bien. La limpieza era buena y había lavadora. Los colchones eran realmente colchonetas incómodas. Me pasé la noche intentando acabar con los mosquitos, pude dormir después de terminar con los tres que había. Las escaleras de acceso a la ducha que estaba en una zona elevada eran inseguras. Mucho ruido porque pasan dos carreteras justo debajo.

• Vitalii (6/5): Stay was pretty nice in all aspects except the most important - safe and calm sleep. - I liked the location, and the interior of the stay. My son liked the books and the figurines. 1. It's not an apartment, but a room with shared kitchen, shower and toilet. 2. No sound protection at all - very loud street till the deep night, not able to sleep 3. Mosquitos everywhere - on kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. You can't hear them because of street noise, and get up with all face and hands bitten. 4. In our room, only one night lamp worked, and 2 other lamps didn't work. I removed 1 rating point for each topic

• Aušra (7/5): - Great location, 2 mins from the central station. Environment is a bit intimidating, but for a short stay it is not a big problem. Nice breakfast at a cafe nearby 😊 Very good communication! The weirdest things were: - somehow we skipped ingormation that it's a shared bathroom appartment; - and that the bathroom is on a different floor, without door there 😅 but doors were downstairs.

• Paulina (10/5): Wspaniała lokalizacja na pobyt w Katanii i na bazę wypadową do innych okolicznych miejscowości. - Darmowe śniadanie w kawiarni obok było przepyszne. Lokalizacja idealna, blisko pociągi i autobusy. Do najważniejszych zabytków można było pójść spacerkiem. Wspaniały pobyt. Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone, czyste, bardzo ładnie urządzone z wspaniałym widokiem przez okno. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo sprawny, a sam właściciel bardzo pomocny.
• Monica (8/5): BONITA EXPERIENCIA - Habitación grande con una cama muy cómoda. El desayuno podías elegir entre dos cafeterías cerca del apartamento, en el que te entra un café y un croissant. En la cafetería de la estación el croissant estaba delicioso. Además en la cocina hay una cafetera con cápsulas para hacer café en cualquier momento y también un hervidor de agua para hacer infusiones. El frigorífico es grande y distribuido por baldas para los dos apartamentos. Se aparca bien de forma gratuita en la zona, está cerca del centro, a unos 15 minutos andando. Esto no sé si es un problema de Booking o del alojamiento, pero en el momento que hicimos la reserva daba la sensación que se estaba reservando el apartamento entero(porque en la reserva ponía textualmente: (todo el alojamiento es para ti, un dormitorio y un baño), cuando en realidad lo que se reserva es una de las habitaciones ya que la cocina y los baños son compartidos con los huéspedes de la otra habitación. Si se lee bien el anuncio de Booking pone que el baño es compartido pero en la reserva pone que todo el alojamiento es para tí, por lo tanto hay información contradictoria. Hay dos baños, uno en la parte de abajo donde están las habitaciones, que es muy pequeño, la puerta es corredera y no tiene cerrojo, queda abierta, además esa puerta no cierra bien del todo, por lo tanto puedes estar en el baño y se te ve desde el pasillo. Este baño sólo tiene lavabo e inodoro, no tiene ducha. El otro baño es más grande y tiene lavabo, inodoro, bidet y ducha. Tiene el inconveniente de que está en una planta superior con una escalera poco cómoda sobre todo para bajar por sus peldaños estrechos. Al lado de este baño hay una lavadora. A pesar de estos inconvenientes, la experiencia fue muy buena y nos organizamos bien con los huéspedes de la otra habitación.
