• Carmen (1/5): Incubo - NULLA Struttura assolutamente deludente e molto diversa da come appare nelle foto su Booking, che sembrano chiaramente modificate e non rappresentano la realtà. Le vere condizioni dell’appartamento sono ben lontane da quelle pubblicizzate. La camera da letto al piano superiore è praticamente senza finestre; c’è solo una piccola finestrella in bagno che non permette nemmeno di far asciugare gli asciugamani. Peccato che comunque serva a poco, visto che l’acqua calda non basta nemmeno per far fare la doccia a tre persone. Wi-Fi inesistente: con un iPhone che prende ovunque, qui non funzionava praticamente nulla. La cosa peggiore è l’atteggiamento dell’host, che invece di cercare di risolvere i problemi lascia intendere che siano gli ospiti il problema. Assurdo che una struttura così sia ancora presente su Booking. Non fatevi ingannare dal prezzo: non vale assolutamente la pena.

• serpil (5/5): - Konumu fena değildi. Bavulları yukarı çıkmak çok zordu. Dış kapıdan içeri girince icerisi harabe nereye geldim diye bir şaşırıyorsunuz. Dış kapı kapanmıyor ortam çok ıssız korkarak odaya çıktım. Oda daha bakımlı temiz vs. Olabilir. İkram icin su bulunabilir. Yatak cok rahatsız. Her yarım saatte bir uyandım.

• Noémie (6/5): Très bon emplacement mais le logement partagé et la chambre sans fenêtre ne m'ont pas convaincue - Emplacement en plein coeur du centre historique Environnement calme une fois à l'intérieur du logement Logement propre Le logement comprend 2 chambres et ça n'était pas du tout clair ou annoncé ainsi sur l'annonce, les autres locataires (peut-être eux-mêmes non avertis) n'ont pas réellement fait preuve de discrétion. Le logement est très humide et il n'y a pas de fenêtre dans la chambre. Il manquait des tickets pour le petit déjeuner, nous avons tardivement réussi à obtenir une réponse de l'hôte afin de rectifier ce problème.

Abbastanza facile da trovare, con tutte le info inviate comodamente su WhatsApp per l'orario di arrivo. Se posso criticherei la doccia, da sistemare. L'acqua oscilla tra il troppo caldo e il freddo se si prova a diminuire la temperatura. Per il resto non molto da dire , tutto il necessario.

• Roland Olivér (5/5): - Nagyon jó elhelyezkedése van! Szállásadóval való kommunikálás nehézkes volt, reggeli a szomszéd kávézóban volt egy ital és egy péksüti, ahol szintén nem voltak túl kedvesek, a fő gond a kommunikáció és a válaszadás hiánya volt.

• Themistoklis (8/5): Καλό για μια νύχτα - Είναι στο κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης! Μοντέρνα διακοσμηση 3ος όροφος σε ένα πολύ παλιό κτήριο, χωρίς ασανσέρ, ανέβαινα κάθε φορά 100 σκαλιά. Μέτριο μπάνιο και υγρασία. Το πρωινό είναι τυπικό ιταλικό, μια σφολιάτα/κρουασάν και ένας καφές από το καφέ από κάτω στον δρόμο. Δεν περιλαμβάνεται φόρος διαμονής 4,5/άτομο την νύχτα.

Ingresso da film dell’orrore, 3 piani di scale con sporco e puzza! Camera(se così si può definire) in un soppalco abusivo, con un ulteriore rampa di scale, senza altezza regolare, con porta di chiusura tagliafuoco, nessuna finestra, bagno grande con micro finestra(per fortuna) con un bidet che perde acqua una doccia con una tenda rotta, ammuffita, senza nessun riscaldamento. I letti praticamente sfondi. Il nome boutique Hotel è a partire da qui una truffa.

Concretamente la nuestra, estaba en un altillo sin ninguna ventana (únicamente una muy pequeña en el baño). Algo angustioso. - el agua caliente no ha funcionado. Lo comunicamos al casero y no hizo nada para arreglarlo. - al ser sala compartida, según los huéspedes que te toquen, despedite de dormir, se oye todo.

Durante il mio soggiorno sono entrati per cambiare la doccia (naturalmente avvertendo) e hanno lasciato il bagno in condizioni pessime con spazzatura piena dei resti del lavoro, hanno finito la carta igienica, lasciato la doccia piena di polvere e resti vari, calpestato tappetino della doccia e lasciato impronte su tutto il pavimento. La camera non ha finestre.

L'host è stato disponibile anche a fine soggiorno a tenerci per qualche ora i bagagli in un'altra struttura. Il bar in cui viene offerta la colazione è letteralmente sotto casa e di livello buono Il 3° piano senza ascensore ti fa vivere sulle braccia la realtà napoletana. Condividere la zona giorno con un'altra stanza al primo piano è un po' disagevole

• flamm (3/5): not what we expected - the location was great NOT RECOMENDED. it was never mention almost 70 steps staircase to the room, and we couldn't find the reception because there was no reception, and all the communication with the property owner were very poorly and only throughout WhatsApp. we had to share the room complex with other people and the shower randomly switched itself from boiling hot to frizzing cold.

Non ci hanno mai fatto la camera,diciamo che di deluxe non c’è proprio nulla!!! Inoltre ci hanno fatto aspettare più di mezz’ora per avere la camera che nonostante l’ora pattuita non era ancora pronta. E poi tantissime scale sfiancante .
• Helene (8/5): - Alles ist sehr sauber und es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine, die Küche funktioniert gut und über die Lage kann man auch nicht meckern. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass man sehr steile Treppen hochlaufen muss, was für uns kein Problem war, dennoch für sehr viel Gepäck und ältere Menschen schwierig sein könnte.

Fresh and typical Italian breakfast. The king bad creaks when laying down or getting up, which bothers the other 3 people in the room. Going up on the stairs but we were prepared for it, so no problem.

• Roy (8/5): Very good - A nice room, one of two bedroom with bath in a small apartment. Clean with good bedding and towels. The 5 flights of stairs were a surprise and should be mentioned in the description since many elderly will have serious issues.

• Jason (4/5): I wish I knew the room was in a shared space as it was a house where the kitchen is shared but the rooms are private. - The location You only see photos of the room in the advertisement, it didnt show the bathroom or the interesting alley way it was in to get to the top floor after a lot of stairs. Not at all what I expected from the initial photos. Also you can clearly hear the other people that are staying in the other room on the property. They were coming home at 5am and slamming doors and talking and you could hear it all perfectly.

It was by chance we found it. You have to walk through a second hand market stall up 3 flights of stairs. The lady who let us in seamed annoyed I knocked and didn’t ring the bell. She showed us the room which was fine a double bed and bunk beds. Large bathroom. It had a shared kitchen which we didn’t use. We got a voucher for breakfast at a cafe a few doors down which was lovely. I didn’t like the location of the apartment. My fault for just wanting something cheap for one night. Difficult to find. It was clean and just of a Main Street which was very busy.
