• Richard (8/5): Large villa with swimming pool in a great location - Good location on the Tuscan/Umbrian border. 10 minute walk to the village and a 10 minute drive to the nearest large town which has several supermarkets and a main train station. It was about 2 hours by train to Rome in one direction and two hours to Florence in the other direction. There was free carparking next to the station. Most of the places we wanted to visit like Montepulciano, Cortona and San Gimingano were within 1-2 hours drive. The villa has plenty of room, inside and out with good views and a large pool. Nothing
• Jessica (8/5): - Abbiamo alloggiato in questa villa per 4 giorni, in 11 persone. La casa si presenta molto grande e accogliente, immersa nel verde, lo spazio esterno e la terrazza panoramica sono davvero molto belle. Lorenzo (il proprietario della villa) non l'abbiamo incontrato ma è stato molto disponibile per telefono L'unica pecca è la pulizia, abbiamo trovato molta polvere, anche nelle cucine.
• Cagnin (8/5): - Sehr schönes Pool, große und sehr gute ausgestattete Zimmer und Küche und das Personal (Lorenzo) war immer erreichbar und hilfreich. Wohnung super ideal für Gruppen! Grill und Ventilatoren verfügbar in der Wohnung, muss man nicht mitbringen. Könnte ein bisschen sauberer sein
• JochemG (10/5): - Eigenlijk alles. De villa had alles wat je je maar kan wensen. Een mooi zwembad, pooltafel, tafeltennis tafel, ps4, dakterras, verschillende terrassen om huis heen. Op loopafstand van een mooi dorpje met restaurants en winkeltjes. We hebben genoten. Je hebt alle privacy die je maar kan wensen.
• Yarden (9/5): Fabulous place on the border between Umbria and Toscana - Amazing place with great facilities and fabulous views. Lorenzo was a great host and did his best to help when the electricity was cut and afterwards, when the water pumps stopped working. Noise isolation between the rooms and the common spaces is poor. Every tiny noise in the kitchen would echo through the house, especially in the bedroom downstairs.
• Cassie (9/5): A wonderful, relaxing family trip away. - Location, and such a large property, but still felt very private. Pool was amazing, and beautiful views from the top floor. Very clean, and friendly staff to greet us on arrival.

• Natalia (10/5): Perfect stay in a beautiful Italian villa - The villa was so spacious and beautiful, and quite cool inside even in the late june heat. The rec room with the billiard table was quite a lot of fun, as was the huge upstairs terrace with the most amazing view to drink coffee and draw in. The host was very accommodating and available. Probably the best part was the well-maintained private pool, we spent a couple hours there every day! We were there for a family reunion, 9 people plus a baby, there was plenty of room for all of us and we had a truly lovely time! With a car there is plenty to do out there, drive to Orvieto, Siena, Florence, the lake, Pienza, go on wine and cheese tours, rent bikes, even go down to Rome, as well as hot springs- and then come back to relax in the beautiful villa with its cool rooms and tranquil surroundings. The host, Lorenzo, knows a lot about the things to do in the vicinity, too, and has great recommendations! We definitely want to come back again next year! Thank you! everything was perfect, we recommend keeping the windows closed in the evenings so the mosquitoes don't get in.
