• Carolina Coraline (8/5): Bien - La ubicación increíble. El baño como y muy lindo. La pieza grande, genial. Problemas en la comunicación, le preguntamos por esponja y lavalozas (no habia) y nunca respondieron. Tuvimos que comprar porque alguna lozas tenían labial marcado.

• suso1967 (10/5): Un appartement parfait pour explorer Catane - Appartement idéalement situé à côté du Théâtre Massimo, dans une rue piétonne très calme. L'accès c'est fait très facilement grâce aux indications de la personne qui gère le logement, qui s'est montrée très gentille et disponible tout le long du séjour. La literie est confortable, la salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne vraiment magnifique et les équipements plus que suffisants pour un court séjour. Je recommande vivement ce logement et j'y retournerai certainement si je reviens à Catane.

• Anna (3/5): - Lokalizacja noclegu była naprawdę świetna, niestety reszta pozostawia sporo do życzenia. Mieszkanie nie było dostatecznie wysprzątane, a jedna z sypialni w ogóle nie została przygotowana- brakowało pościeli, co było dużym zaskoczeniem. Dodatkowo w całym obiekcie brakowało kołder, co w grudniu może stanowić spory problem. Klimatyzacja w salonie mimo ustawienia na maksymalną temperaturę nie grzała, a wręcz chłodziła. W jednej z sypialni nie dało się włączyć klimatyzacji z powodu braku pilota. W łazience znajdowały się dwie suszarki, jednak żadna nie działała – niestety musiałam wyjść z mokrymi włosam Stan czystości również pozostawiał wiele do życzenia. Naczynia w kuchni były pochowane brudne po szafkach, prysznic w łazience nie był umyty i wyglądało na to, że ktoś korzystał z niego przed naszym przyjazdem. Dywanik w łazience także nie był odkurzony. Podsumowując – świetna lokalizacja, ale standard przygotowania mieszkania i czystość wymagają zdecydowanej poprawy.
• Rasa (10/5): Cosy apartment ir a good location - Great location, two separate bedrooms plus a living room. Kitchen has dishes, pots, coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, spices. Large shower with good water flow. There were two hair dryers in the bathroom - one with an almost broken cord (it must be thrown away to avoid an accident), and the other working, but with a melted casing, which also did not seem safe. The air conditioner in the master bedroom did not work (but we did not need to turn it on). We were asked to move out by 10 am and no later, although Booking stated by 10.30 am.

• Andrea Francesco (5/5): - L'appartamento era come da descrizione, ma alcuni dettagli hanno reso il soggiorno piuttosto scomodo. Al nostro arrivo, l’asciugacapelli era rotto. Il proprietario ci ha detto che “se riesco, domani ne porto un altro”, ma il problema è che a noi serviva subito. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto fare mezz’ora di strada a piedi per comprarne uno. Si era offerto di rimborsarci, chiedendoci quanto fosse costato, ma appena gli abbiamo comunicato il prezzo non ha più risposto. In casa non c’era nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua, e la macchinetta del caffè era presente ma inutilizzabile: mancavano le cialde. Sono piccoli dettagli, ma insieme fanno la differenza e danno l’impressione di poca attenzione verso gli ospiti.

Il dispose d'une véritable chambre avec un grand lit de 160 ainsi qu'une seconde chambre plus petite, équipée de deux lits de 90 cm. Les trois climatiseurs sont performants et assurent un bon confort. À proximité, vous trouverez des bars, restaurants et divers commerces. La gare qui se trouve à 10 mn à pieds est très utile pour les excursions et pour faire les transferts aéroport.

• Vladutzzz (10/5): Comfortable clean stay in a a great location! - We really enjoyed the space...nice and modern with all that we needed. The kitchen even had olive oil, some pasta, salt, paper towels, dish detergent and all the needful to eat indoors if needed(I hate it when I have to buy all that stuff myself). The location was excellent, quiet and close to all the main attractions. It's also close to restaurants, cafes and in walking distance from the train station. The place was huge, well decorated and very functional. We knew that there was no wi-fi, but were pleasantly surprised when Mariarita's mom told us that they've installed it in the meantime! Truly a great find and we'd definitely stay there again. Everything was grand. We had a slight hiccup when we returned one night and the water wasn't running. I messaged Mariarita and she said someone would arrive in less than 30 mins to fix it (this was on a Saturday night), but luckily the water started running 10-15 mins later. We really felt that the host wanted to go out of their way to make us feel comfortable and have all that we needed.
• Travel (10/5): Relaxing, hot and amazing trip to Catania, Sicily - The location of the apartment is great, downtown close to restaurants, theatres, bus stops/airport shuttle Alibus is 2 min away/ train station. The host is very warm and friendly and welcome us with the keys just after we landed in Catania. In the apartment you have all amenities you need for your stay even washing machine, we only use the apartment to sleep because had different trips every day to other cities and volcano Etna. But the beds were comfortable and we were relaxed in the morning. It is very easy to communicate with the owner via booking chat, she response fast. Thank you one more time for hosting us in your lovely, cozy and clean apartment. I was surprise that there is no coffee machine. The beach is not very close, but there is a bus which is travelling very often to the beach and the central bus station is just 10 min walking from the apartment. When the balconies are open there is a noise from the closest bars on the street, but it is very good to have Air condition in each room, so you can close the balconies and it is very quiet inside.
