Guest Reviews
- Iain (1/5): Do not book here - I booked this as reviews and photos look great, when I got their the key safe had no keys, so locked out. Tries to message and call but no response for several hours. It was now 9pm so booked an alternative apartment. Staff eventually contacted me and all they could say was I ll report this. I said we are locked out, no where to say....the staff s reply I ll report this. Shocking. Nothing
- Lucy (9/5): - I loved the decor it was cosy and homely and spacious we really loved it and the location was a bonus defiently will be staying here again, we found it hard to open the door downstairs we pressed 0 then the code but it wasn’t working I loved the decor and the location and it was so comfortable

- Holly (9/5): Great stay! - Incredible location, literally walk outside and you are in the city centre. Considering it was in such a busy area, we could hear nothing once we were in the apartment. Nice spacious room with good facilities. Amazing value for money. The hosts were in constant contact, and any message I sent was replied to really fast. They were really helpful and accommodating. We will 100% be staying here again on our next shopping weekend. The lift broke down whilst we were there (no fault of the hosts), but as it was the only lift, it was a bit difficult due to some of us having slight mobility issues.
- Ciara (1/5): Wouldn’t stay here again. Location was fab but apartment was not worth the money and unsafe. - Location Where to start….
Front door didn’t lock,
Plug socket came away from wall when used,
Towels provided that were placed on bed were wet
Room was unkempt,
Unpleasant aroma in room, very stuffy.
- Brenda (9/5): Great stay in the center of the city - The location in Liverpool was perfect. Right down in the action. Walkable distance to the water front and shopping district. Great shower and comfortable bed. The host was quick to respond to our questions and provided easy instructions for entering the building. Small window which opens on the ‘Center’ of the building. Limited fresh air.
- Maddy (6/5): Great location, but over priced and lacks attention - Great location for central Liverpool attractions.
For a small studio apartment it’s nicely done out. It has all the basics and they’ve made good use of the space.
Staff respond quickly to enquiries and send lots of emails with information While it’s not the owners fault is only has one small wall facing window, they’ve made it feel dark by using orange lighting. It might be stylish but it does make it quite claustrophobic.
The floors and skirting boards were filthy and we even found shards of glass on the floor. One of which stuck in my husbands foot.
On reporting this to the owners I got an apology and was told the dirty floors would be dealt with has they have high standards.
I’d suggest that’s a standard reply to everyone judging by how many others in reviews have complained about the filthy floors. It certainly looks like they don’t clean often enough or care particularly or they’d not still be bad after previous reviews.
Above the floors the rest is clean. Some decor is broken and tatty and could do with replacing.
There is an unsafe double socket hanging off the wall a previous reviewer mentions yet they’ve not had it repaired.
If it was spotless and had a lick of paint and replaced the tatty decor it would be worth the money, but for the cost I shouldn’t have been able to find fault.
- Natasha (2/5): - Great location very central, clean and staff were very informative before the stay We booked for 5 people to stay but only 3 beds were made up , we couldn't get the sofa bed to pull out and no instructions how to get it , it resulting in 2 of us having to book another hotel
- JLKeegs (7/5): -
- Ashley (10/5): excellent -
- David (5/5): - I loved the location and it was close to shops. Had a small kitchen and lounge room. In it was the old you get what you pay for It was not easy to find and could not work out which locked box to use as there were approx 6 on the wall. Needs to include walking instructions from car park. Towels were manky. Had no hot water for shower or at least we could not see where to turn it on. Lounge and floor rug were a bit grotty
- Filipe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sinead (2/5): A dimly lit bedsit that needs some TLC ... - The location cannot be faulted. The beds are comfortable and that's where the positives end unfortunately. Also looking back at all the past reviews it looks like nothing has changed/been seen too. It could be such an amazing bedsit if some improvements were made. So to start off, it's advertised as having 1 bedroom with 3 beds. This 'apartment ' is one room ; kitchen, sitting room dining and beds and then the bathroom. Don't be fooled by the pictures. The lighting is awful, there's orange bulbs in some of the lights that make the room feel small and dingy. There's numerous amounts of broken/unsafe items such as the sockets at the bed. Theres 1 window which can't be left open at night because of the noise. It's very hot at night even with the heating off. There's no sound proofing anywhere. The bed sheets I don't think seen a washing machine in a while. Our duvet had massive tan stains across the front of it.. the sheets could do with being thrown out. There's a massive pile of rubbish beside the apt door of old furniture. It wasn't cheap. There was no toiletries as advertised. The towels needed a proper wash too. All in all I'd avoid!
- Christian (8/5): Very good - Very well located, the space is spacious with nice decoration and details. Instructions were clear Lightning could be better, it made the space a bit claustrophobic
- Adam (6/5): Cheap and cheerful, definitely value for money just to get your head down m. - The location was perfect, just a 5 minutes walk from Lime Street station and close to everything we wanted. The sofa bed isn’t really a sofa bed, you’re better off just sleeping on the sofa. There’s only one window into the apartment and that looks out to a brick wall which is disgusting and dirty. The bathroom looks like something you’d find in a hospital.
- Laura (10/5): Easy check in, good location, host contactable and room lots of room so great for group and night out - Simple lots of room and good location Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but fine for one night
- Tim (1/5): The all female group felt unsafe and booked into another hotel - Location Tramps in the entrance
Difficulty with key box
Wet towels
Poor communication
Not enough glasses
Studio not apartment
- Amy (8/5): Nice studio in great location - Very central easy to get around It was quite hot while sleeping even though we turned all radiators off , there was a fan but they personally keep me awake
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ben (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shirley (8/5): Central location but quiet -
- Sharon (8/5): Very good -
- Edward (8/5): Very good - Very handy, right next to train station. Nothing.
- Osezele (10/5): Exceptional - It had everything that we needed for the night except for the baby cot for my toddler but in all.it was a lovely place
- Alison (8/5): Very good -
- Andrew (8/5): Very good - Great location and good value for money right in the centre of the city I appreciate that space is limited in kitchen but perhaps a microwave and some more pans/utensils. Clean but could've done with a hoover under the beds
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Natalie (6/5): Great location - Great location. Not very clean and no hand soap or toiletries provided which was frustrating. Hand soap is not something you’d expect to bring with you. Also a bit expensive.
- Robert (9/5): Superb - Perfect location in the city centre with just 5 minutes walking distance from train station. Very good contact with owner. Slight improvement in bathroom & a bit lights would be great advantage for future guests.
- Alexandra (4/5): Disappointing - The Room was really spacious. Two beds, one double, one single. Very comfortable. A table to eat at, nice little kitchen area and very generous sized bathroom. A great projector with Netflix to view from the bed. Firstly checking in was consuming as we were looking for a blue key box. The actual
Key box had squiggled lines on. At night time, they weren’t clearly blue. The photos advertised massively mislead the room. The only window opens no more than a few inches onto a dingy small courtyard. The room is 3 floors up and there are several above. There is little natural light, so the room is so dark. It also smelt of stale meals. The bathroom of previous odours and use. Not fresh.
To no fault of the owners, the stairway housed rubbish and on this particular day a soiled tampon. We had 3 nights booked our second night the neighbours above were loud seemingly moving furniture until 2.45am. Despite the convenient location to the city, I saw people just allowing people into the complex. My company was leaving on the second day. I planned to stay a 3rd night as I was attending a conference locally. To be honest, I was tired and didn’t felt safe so left a day early. Such a shame as clearly the owners are making a grand effort to provide a nice stay for people. Unfortunately on this occasion, for us, it didn’t work.
- Julie (10/5): Exceptional - In centre of Liverpool town very modern and slick
- Mccormick (8/5): Very good -
- Melissa (6/5): Good location, but property didn’t provide amenities - - Good location - No soap in the bathroom or kitchen & no body wash.
- I was told on the check in instructions that the key was in a blue lockbox which I spent about 30 mins searching for while the owners ignored my calls. Turns out it was in a grey lock box with some black pen scribbled on (which is difficult to see when you’re checking in when it’s dark outside).
There needs to be better instructions and the owner should answer the phone to help.
- Malgorzata (7/5): Good - The apartment is very clean and well-maintained, right in the center, if anyone cares about it.
Unfortunately, it lacked a window with a view of the city. The owners were very caring no window
To dark inside
- Katie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gary (8/5): Very good - Great location in the centre of Liverpool
Excellent value Very little natural light in apartment
Photos make the room look better
- Sue (10/5): My stay was wonderful and will definitely be staying here again - I recently had the pleasure of staying once again at this incredible apartment in Liverpool city center, and it continues to be one of my favorite spots in the city. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore Liverpool’s best sights, restaurants, and nightlife, all just a short walk away. Despite being so centrally located, the apartment offers a peaceful retreat from the city’s hustle and bustle.
One of the standout features for me is the projector, which brings a whole new level of comfort and entertainment. Whether it’s enjoying a movie night or streaming a show after a busy day out, the projector makes it feel like a home theater experience, and it’s truly something that sets this place apart.
The apartment is always impeccably clean and well-maintained, and every detail feels carefully thought out. The furniture is comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking if you want to stay in, and the layout has a nice balance of modern style and coziness. It’s obvious that the host takes pride in creating a welcoming space; they are attentive, responsive, and always ensure a smooth check-in and checkout process.
As a returning guest, I can genuinely say that this place only gets better with each visit. Whether you’re in town for work, a weekend getaway, or exploring Liverpool for the first time, I can’t recommend this apartment highly enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!” I didn't find any faults the only issue was the lift was not working so it was a bit tiring walking up and down the stairs but this won't put me off staying here the host told me that the lift will be fixed whithing the next week so this is good
- Sue (10/5): Fantastic experience - I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was comfortable for relaxing after a long day. One of the highlights was the projector in the bedroom—it made for an amazing movie night experience! The location was perfect—close to local shops, restaurants, and public transport. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay. I hope to return soon!” I lied everything it was really good value and perfect location
