Gisela (10/5): Alles super - Sehr zentrale Lage. Kurze Wege zum Strand und zu EDEKA. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet.Die Kücheneinrichtung super. Der kostenlose Parkplatz war bei der Buchung mit entscheidend und vor Ort überraschend groß. Kommen bestimmt wieder.

Xenia (10/5): Rundum zufrieden - Lage, Ausstattung, Sauna, Optik: Alles toll. Wir hatten Wohnung Nr. 2, die im Souterrain liegt. Das haben wir aber keineswegs als Nachteil empfunden haben, wie es hier in einer anderen Bewertung dargestellt wird. Möglicherweise ist das im Sommer ungünstig, wenn man die Terrasse nutzen möchte und dann auf den Parkplatz schaut. Allerdings würde ich niemals in den Urlaub fahren, um dort in einer Ferienwohnung auf der Terrasse zu sitzen ;) Daher alles super.
Antje (10/5): Strandnahe, wunderschöne Suite! - Hochwertige Einrichtung, tolle Raumaufteilung, netter Empfang mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
Thorsten (8/5): Wohnung Nr. 2 liegt m Souterrain mit Blick auf Parkplatz! - Schöne Villa in strandnaher Lage, stilvoll und hochwertig ausgebaut und eingerichtet. mit Fahrstuhl ab Hochparterre, eine Treppe vom Parkplatz, nettes Personal, welches sich gleich kümmert! Die eigentlich gebuchte Wohnung Nr. 2 ist im Souterrain mit Blick auf den Parkplatz gelegen! Von der Terrasse schaut man auf die Autoreifen der parkenden Fahrzeuge! Haben umgebucht in Wohnung Nr 10 (perfekt für 4 Personen!), leider 1 Nacht weniger und zum doppelten Preis wie ursprünglich geplant! Strasse vor der Villa führt in die Altstadt und ist ab 7 Uhr gut frequentiert. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern kein Problem!

It has everything you could possibly need, a large terrace perfect for a morning coffee (the only minor downside is that the terrace doesn't get much sun), and the sauna is an absolute game-changer. It was the perfect spot for our stay. Highly recommend!

Michael (10/5): "Villa Esperance" ist ein Aufenthalt wert - Die Unterkunft hat unseren Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir haben uns, trotz Selbstverpflegung, in der "Villa Esperance" sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation vor dem Urlaub mit dem Team waren hilfreich und vertraulich ...... haben uns die Anreise erleichtert .... super! Die "Villa Esperance" ist zentral gelegen und zur Innenstadt/Seebrücke sind es nur wenige Minuten. Wir kommen gern wieder !!!! Es gibt wirklich nichts zu beanstanden!
Juliane (9/5): Rundum gelungener Kurzurlaub in Binz - Die Wohnung insgesamt ist sehr besonders und hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die liebevoll arrangierten Details zur Begrüßung empfanden wir ebenfalls als etwas Besonderes und bedanken uns dafür noch einmal herzlich. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern verlief unkompliziert und freundlich. Die unter die Bettlaken gespannten Schonbezüge zum Schutz der Topper empfanden wir als etwas unangenehm. Das ist allerdings nur unser persönliches Empfinden.

Simone (10/5): - Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war vorhanden und wir wurden sogar mit kleinen Überraschungen begrüßt. Die Sauna war nach einem langen Aufenthalt draußen, genau richtig für diese Jahreszeit. Fussläufig ist man schnell im Zentrum und am Meer und der kostenlose Parkplatz wurde gerne genutzt. Das war ein perfektes Wochenende.

Liesbeth (9/5): We had a good time with enough space for us and others travelling with us. - Everything was there what we needed. All was in good condition and clean and comfortable. Because of the number of wardrobe cupboards we left some clothing behind. The reception was kind enough to pack and sent them back to us, in Australia, while the postage was paid in Germany by my daughter. We had a lovely stay there and were able to cook for ourselves and our daughter and family, staying elsewhere and could all sit around the table together. We had to pick up the keys from another hotel 8 min walking away. This was not made clear when we arrived. we had to discover it ourselves.
