Guest Reviews
- Ronen (10/5): - Great place and host. Nice view. Room is clean and in walking distance from downtown. At night it's less comfortable to walk to the center since it's more isolated.
- Sonia (10/5): Very nice guesthouse in Mestia - I had a really nice stay at guesthouse Neno, the family is very welcoming, the daughter speaks very good English and helped me a lot with everything I asked. They brought me delicious pancakes and kachapuri and drove me to the airport on my last day, didi madloba 🥰
The room is spacious, comfortable and heated, with a little private bathroom, it's a very good value for the price. The balcony has a very nice view on the mountains. The kitchen is well equipped for basic meals and includes coffee, oil, salt, pepper... A washing machine is available with free detergent, which is very nice after muddy hikes.
I would highly recommend this guesthouse! The walls are thin and there are some ants, but I don't think it is something specific to this guesthouse.
- dominique (8/5): - Le calme
Le paysage La salle de bain très petite.
- Casse (10/5): - Wvwrything you need was there.
Felt like i never left home.
Great accimodatuon,cozy and neat.
The family were amazing the Dad,Mom and the girls who helped me lots to make my stay epic.
The host was amazing and made sure she cattered to our needs promptly.
Will def come back here again. Nada
- Viktoria (9/5): Cozy stay with breathtaking views over Mestia and the mountains - We had a bit of trouble finding the place at first, but the host stayed in touch and quickly helped us get oriented. The house is located slightly away from the center, on a hill, but in return you get beautiful views of the mountains from the terrace and balconies.
There is a shared kitchen and bathroom in the house, and everything was quite clean.
When we arrived, the room was very cold, but we turned on the heating and it quickly fixed the situation.
We had a room where you could enjoy a stunning view of Mestia and the mountains right from the bed. The staircase leading to the second floor (where the rooms are located) is quite shaky and unstable. I hope the owner will fix it. Otherwise, nothing to complain about!
- Birutė (10/5): - Labai puikūs apartamentai, švaru, tvarkinga, labai ramu. Labai maloni ir vaišinga šeimininkė bei jos vaikai. Apsigyvenkite ir būsite laimingi.😘

- Petr (10/5): - Krásné a čisté ubytování nad městem. Pěšky do centra je to asi 600 metrů. Společná kuchyně byla k dispozici. Pračka byla také. Z balkonu úžasný výhled na hory. --
- Sinenko (8/5): - A newly built wooden cottage, spotless and filled with a sense of peace and tranquility. It’s set away from the city center, so it’s wonderfully quiet and calm. Yet, it's still just a 10-minute walk from the center, making it very convenient. Getting to the cottage isn’t very easy unless you have a jeep. The road is unpaved and washed out in places. Because of that, we ended up leaving the car down by the bridge and walking up to the house. We also didn’t realize when booking that the room was quite small, and it felt pretty cramped for two people. But the real issue wasn’t the size. It was the lack of storage. There was nowhere to put or hang our things. It would have been great to have some hooks on the walls for clothes. The bathroom also lacked hooks and shelves, so items sometimes ended up falling onto the wet floor, which wasn’t pleasant. Since the bathroom didn’t have a separate shower area and the water spread across the entire floor, it would have been really helpful to have a silicone squeegee or brush to push the water away after using the shower.
One of our priorities when choosing accommodation was having a washing machine, since we needed to wash clothes after hiking. And while there was indeed a washing machine, the room (which had a small balcony) wasn’t equipped for drying clothes (no clotheslines, no drying rack, no clothespins, nothing). The shared clotheslines were always full, so we had no space to dry our things. That was quite inconvenient, as we had to spread clothes over the balcony railings and chairs, just hoping the wind wouldn’t blow them off.

- Jorge (10/5): Nice place and nice people - New and couzy guesthouse, located in a quiet área, very close to the village centre and with amazing views. It is run by a wonderful family that they helped us a lot in organizing our mountain excursions.
- Pokrywa (10/5): - Piękne miejsce, cudny widok, bardzo pomocny personel. Niestety słychać każdy szept sąsiadów zza ściany. Słabe wyciszenie ścian.
- Karolina (10/5): - A fantastic guesthouse with an incredible balcony view, plenty of great amenities (including a laundry machine, kitchen, etc.), and exceptionally warm and welcoming hosts. Highly recommended!

- Duanduan (10/5): The boss is very considerate - That is great! The boss is very kind, and the boss's family is all very good! The accommodation environment is comfortable and spacious, and the rooms are very cozy. I recommend Chinese friends to stay here! There is no dissatisfaction
- Mariam (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was clean and beds were comfortable, the view was fantastic. It’s far and the way is a bit dangerous (by feet, the short road) and the privacy level is not high.
- Keti (10/5): Exceptional - It’s a great place
- Nora (10/5): Amazing hospitality, beautiful view from the apartment, calm atmosphere around the house - Very hospitable family, the house is new, it’s very clean. The room also has a hitting radiator so you won’t be cold. You can use equipped kitchen (I personally cooked Slavic traditional new year salads there, it took some time but I haven’t faced with any problems). The place located in the top of the hill so you won’t hear any city noise. So if you’d like to spend your time in cozy, calm vibe this place is for you! Maybe short offs of electricity, but it’s common thing in Mestia
- Jol (10/5): Beautiful new timber guest house with amazing mountain views, private bathroom and balcony - Beautiful guest house newly constructed from timber overlooking the town from the south, just over 10 minutes walk from Seti Park in the town centre. I had a relatively small double room but for 1 or 2 people it would be enough, especially as it was minimally furnished with just 2 bedside tables and a mobile hanger rack, which for me was perfect as I like to have some space for movement and little furniture. I also had a private bathroom which while small functioned well and for the price represented excellent value compared with the other rooms I saw offered online. And not least there was a balcony with chairs and a table facing the town and with views of the mountains to the north and east! There was also a very friendly young dog who greeted me whenever I returned, and I should mention that the first time I did so I mistook his excitement for aggression, but it turned out he was just overjoyed to see me! Shared kitchen has little bench space but is nonetheless well equipped despite its small size.
- N (10/5): Kind family & fantastic views - I came here for 2 days and stayed more than 3 weeks. That should tell everything
+Mighty views
+Kind family
+Clean
+Very quiet and peaceful during the night
+Basic things in the kitchen
+Free washing machine (OBS!)
+Comfy bed
- Anna (10/5): Best hosts I met in Georgia. The place is ideal for those who want quiet environment and good sleep. - The guest house is nice, has a good view from windows. Hosts are super friendly, helpful. Put additional table into my room. it is close to the center, but quiet. Balcony tea was s separate pleasure. It's hard to navigate a taxi to this place. But overall this is overweighed by the good views from the windows.
- Ivanchenko (9/5): Nice cottages with the beautiful views on the edge of Mestia. - Pleasant cozy cottages.
Great views on Mestia and mountains
- Victor (8/5): Very good -
- Truc (10/5): Cosy stay at Mestia with extremely nice host ;) - Cosy and comfortable stay at Mestia! Nice view to the valley and city. Katie is extremely nice and helpful. We arrived at Mestia in midnight so Katie sent her husband to pick us up and warmly welcomed us at the hostel. Room is warm and has heater. There’s a small pantry with washing machine, microwave available for guests to use. You would need to walk for 15 mins to the square for food and coffee. The wall is a bit thin so sometimes I can hear my neighbors talking on phone and dogs barking at night. It might be difficult to locate the house at night so you’d better contact with Katie in advanced for support!
- Max (10/5): Exceptional - Great place with a gorgeous view and a big, comfortable room! The host was very polite and helpful. We'll definitely stay at Nene Guesthouse on our next trip to Mestia
- Eka (10/5): Exceptional - The hospitality of the host exceeded expectations. We were treated to delicious kubdar with additional services.
- احمدی (9/5): Superb - The view was really nice and the room was clean and terdetional decoration.the owner was kind and helpfull The bathroom is short of space and if you carry heavy loggage is difficalt bcs you have to walk a little bit
- Marion (10/5): Exceptional - I liked everything! The location, the rooms, the small kitchen - it even has coffee, tea and oil, which is very unusual in Mestia - and Kati the owner, who is such a lovely person! She made me discounts, washed my clothes for free and gave me homemade bread! From all the places in Mestia - I lived in different ones because I stayed almost one month - that one was far the best! I highly recommend it!
- Jonathan (9/5): Superb - Excellent value, nice view from the balcony, comfortable room. The walls are very thin, so you’re at the mercy of your neighbours. It’s not a great location for finding after dark.
- Phavinee (7/5): Good - View from the balcony. Location. The property could have make a signage showing where to reach the place. Google map got confused because the property is on the other side which is reachable thru rough unpaved road.
- Jakub (9/5): Superb -
- Gulzar (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed there for 3 night and I really wanted to extend my stay as the place was very comfortable and cozy. It is a bit away from center (around 15 mins) which is a plus point as it's very calm and quiet. The lady was also very sweet. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to relax after long hikes.
- Ana (10/5): Very nice place if you want to rest in Mestia - It’s very cozy & distance from the town noise, only river sound and beautiful nature I arrived at night, so there is small part of the road until you reach the place which was totally dark and very bad road, it was raining so it was hard to walk too.
- Iakobashvili (9/5): Superb -
- Morteza (10/5): Like HOME - A cozy, quiet and clean environment with a beautiful view of Mastia village. along with a proper and friendly treatment and a delicious breakfast prepared by the host. The access route is a bit complicated, but it is totally worth considering the views that can be seen.we stay 2 night at this swithome
- Morteza (10/5): Exceptional -
- Albin (9/5): Superb -
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional - This was a good location, quiet with great views. Very pleasant room, good wifi and shower. Use of a kitchen. Good value. The owner's daughter spoke English and told me about a shortcut walk to the town centre. Fortunately the owner collected me from the town centre because the directions on the Booking.com map appear point to the middle of some trees. I would have liked some written directions as well.
- Nodo.scorpion (10/5): very nice guest house near from center in nature.hosts are friendly and helpful. - very nice guest-house near from The center of Mestia in nature.rooms are wooden, new, comfortable and you can enjoy amazing nature views .hosts are friendly and helpful.I highly recommend this place especially to nature lovers.
- Davies (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly and helpful people.
