Die Wohnung war groß, die Betten sehr bequem, der Check-in mit dem Schlüsselcode hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Wohnung war sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt! Wir hatten die Wohnung Nr. 602, dass einzige was uns wirklich gestört hat war, dass wir die Fenster im Wohnzimmer und in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer in einem Schacht hatten, wo es eine sehr, sehr laute Lüftung gegeben hat. Man konnte die Fenster nicht lange offen halten, da der Lärm extrem war. Besonders im Schlafzimmer war es sehr störend! Man hat diese Lüftung sogar bei geschlossenem Fenster gehört!

• Alicja (9/5): Świetny apartament i super lokalizacja - Łatwe dostanie się do budynku zabezpieczone kodami bardzo na plus. Apartament naprawdę sporych rozmiarów, więc dla każdego znajdzie się miejsce. Kuchnia super wyposażona w sprzęty, świetna na długie i krótkie pobyty. Dostępne były kapsułki do zmywarki, do prania i klasycznie płyn do zmywania. Łóżka duże, dosyć miękkie, więc to zależy jak kto lubi. Łazienka dobrze wyposażona, ręczniki czyste i wielkie, a z kosmetyków pozytywnie, że dostępny był poza szamponem, żelem pod prysznic i mydłem do rąk również krem do rąk i odżywka do włosów. Lokalizacja apartamentu super, przez to, że jest to uliczka dalej niż główna droga zdecydowanie jest tam ciszej, a równocześnie jest bardzo blisko atrakcji. Jeśli się doczepić to można by było dodać więcej krzeseł i jeszcze jeden stolik na balkon, co pozwoliłoby spędzić tam czas w pełnym gronie. Przydałoby się może więcej saszetek z kawą/herbatą, ponieważ na taką ilość osób szybko znika lub po prostu ekspres zamiast saszetek.

• Alessandro (9/5): Splendido soggiorno al Native - La posizione eccezionale, a 2 minuti dalla fermata del bus e 4 minuti dalla metropolitana di st James.zona molto sicura , abbiamo preso un bus alle 4:40 del mattino ed era tutto molto tranquillo.A 5 minuti a piedi c'è un'ottima bakery Royal Artisan Bakery, abbiamo fatto colazione tutti i giorni lì e un ottimo pub Buckingham Arms. Il bus 26 arriva in pochi minuti a Trafalgar Square che comunque è raggiungibile anche a piedi in 10 minuti. L'appartamento aveva due camere da letto matrimoniali e due bagni, un bagno con doccia e uno con vasca. I bagni sono forniti di shampoo, balsamo ,bagnoschiuma e persino crema per le mani. Ben riscaldato e pulitissimo. Assolutamente consigliato, torneremo presto. Manca la macchina del caffè, in un bell'appartamento come questo è imperdonabile. Sarebbe stato di nostro gradimento inoltre trovare almeno una bottiglia di acqua in frigo.

• Nadija (10/5): Fabulous location and facilities - loved the central location. Although only 7 mins walk from Victoria, its on a quiet street. The apartment was extremely spacious and really elevated our stay in London. We could walk to most places or there were easy buses if not tubes The construction workers across the road are noisy if the windows are open. A coffee machine would have been great.

• Amrita (9/5): - We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The location is fantastic — right by Victoria Station — which made getting around London incredibly easy. There are plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and even a Marks & Spencer just a short walk away, plus buses close by. The apartment itself was very clean when we arrived and well‑equipped with everything we needed, from an ironing board and iron to a hairdryer. There were more than enough towels for the five of us, which was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable too. The only small downside was that the apartment was quite warm, and we struggled a bit with the thermostat. We ended up opening the windows, which worked fine, though it did get a bit noisy in the early morning. To be honest, it just meant we started our days earlier — not a big problem for us. Overall, a great place in an unbeatable location. We’d happily stay again! The lift code we were given initially didn’t work either, but after speaking directly with Native, they quickly provided us with the correct lift code..
• Feli (9/5): Precioso apartamento, actual y cercano al centro de Londres. - La ubicación, la comodidad del apartamento, limpieza y accesibilidad. Teníamos unas vistas estupendas, cercano a estación de tren Victoria y tiendas y supermercados cercanos. La calefacción y el agua caliente funcionaron muy bien. No tuvimos ningún problema de ruidos, ni del exterior ni de otros apartamentos. Que no tenga recepción es un poco incómodo ya que el enlace del mensaje para hacer el check out no funcionaba. También nos hubiera gustado una habitación con dos camas, pero nos arreglamos bien.
• Susie (8/5): This is our second time at the Victoria property. We definitely preferred the flats on the 8th floor to the ones on the - The location is brilliant. Queen or king size beds in every room. The flats are big, even the 3 bedroom flats, so you don’t feel like you’re bumping into people. We did have a couple of issues but the staff was excellent and they resolved them asap. We had 2 - 3 bedroom flats on the 10th floor. The email instructions for getting into the flat made no sense. We were given a code to get into the building, which worked, but the code for using the elevator was wrong. That was very frustrating after travelling from over seas. I called Numa and they told us to ignore the elevator code and use the same code we used to get into the building. That worked. Another couple experienced the same issue the following week. When we bumped into them in the lobby they were ready to go and get a hotel room as they were not able to get a hold of anyone at Numa. It could certainly do with a paint job. And the toe kick in the kitchen kept falling off every time we opened the dishwasher. But that’s just wear and tear. The glass shower doors definitely need some attention as one kept falling off the rails and was holding on by one wheel. The other had slipped so you couldn’t open it. As long as you didn’t close the door you were fine otherwise you’d never be able to get out of the shower! The shower door issues were resolved by the staff asap but one will need work. The balcony door in our bedroom did not open and there were no windows in that room so it got very warm, even when we turned the heat down. One day we had no hot water. No batteries in the tv remote control when we first arrived.

The door code wasn't working and the person on the phone could not help. Thankfully someone else was entering the building so we were able to get inside then access the lock box for keys.

• Christopher (10/5): We had a great stay overall, but the broken lock that left us unable to exit the apartment was a significant concern, es - This apartment is the perfect base for sightseeing in London right in the heart of Westminster, within walking distance of major landmarks, great restaurants, shops, and several hop-on hop-off bus stops. Our only issue was that the front door lock malfunctioned, and my family and I were unable to exit the apartment for almost an hour while waiting for assistance. I understand that things like this can happen, but it was very difficult to reach anyone for help, which was concerning. Had this been a true emergency, our only option would have been to force the door open. Thankfully, a member of the cleaning staff was eventually able to contact maintenance, but the delay did cause us to miss a scheduled tour and lose the cost of that booking. Outside of this experience, the property itself the location, cleanliness, and overall convenience was excellent. I would simply recommend that management verify that all locks and safety features are functioning properly to prevent this from happening again.”

Very quiet and secure zone. Lots of places to eat(must try Albert pub).The apartament is very clean,the kitchen has everything you need,the bathroom is upgraded. No problem with the heating. So,great place for one week holiday. A little upgrade of the furniture would be nice. And other pillows for sure…

• TAOZH (7/5): 地理位置绝佳、两房一厅的房间宽敞舒适，但进入其中的过程让人难过和绝望。 - 地理位置绝佳，从住处出发无论是到维多利亚火车站还是西敏寺、白金汉宫都非常近。 （1）入住时的说明，建议配上图片，而不是纯粹的文字说明，很难理解。第一步进入大楼的密码，先按哪个按钮、再输入密码、然后再按哪个按钮，而不是让一个陌生人去不断猜测、反复尝试，真的很沮丧和挫败； （2）第二步取钥匙，也应该配一个照片，墙上有两个密码箱、一个密封投递箱，真的非常迷惑，反复尝试就像做迷藏、玩密室游戏一样的感受真的很差。 （3）第三步，终于取到了钥匙，更大的噩梦来临了，这个钥匙开门能够顺利地打开或锁闭完全是随机和偶然的，被关在门外无法进去的感觉太绝望了，后来写了邮件询问由于是周末隔了两天才收到回复，此时我已经为了防止被锁在门外无法进入， 已经连续两天出去时让门出去未锁状态。 （4）我定了四晚上的房间，一直到最后一天终于等到工作人员上门维修，在喷了一些润滑剂后主要是指导我锁门和开门时要突然、快速、猛烈地向下、向上转动门把手才能达到目的。这也太需要技巧了！
• Marina (10/5): - Περάσαμε υπέροχα! Το σπίτι ήταν φοβερό, πολύ καθαρό, άνετο και σε εξαιρετικά κεντρικό σημείο του Λονδίνου. Μας έκαναν μάλιστα αναβάθμιση σε μεγαλύτερο διαμέρισμα, το οποίο ήταν φανταστικό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Η διαδικασία του check-in ήταν πολύ εύκολη, αρκεί να διαβάσετε προσεκτικά τις αναλυτικές οδηγίες που στέλνουν. Γενικά μια απίθανη εμπειρία — σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά όταν επιστρέψουμε!

Carpeting in the bedrooms should be replaced by hardwood or tile. Coffee maker was for or cup only. Construction on a building across the road but the noise wasn’t too bad and we were out most days.

• yuanling (10/5): 家的感觉，棒！ - 地理位置绝佳，离白金汉宫很近，正赶上地铁工人罢工，多亏定了此处，走着就游览了很多景点。房间干净，三个卧室极方便，厨房厨具完备，离超市也近，可以方便买菜。有阳台，可以晒太阳。窗前景观是教堂塔顶及公寓楼平台，看着很舒服。周围安静。是个宜居宜游之地。很幸运遇到这样可心的住处。 房间门锁开时与锁都较困难。需要修理一下。

• XIAOMIN (9/5): I enjoyed staying in the nice apartment hotel ! - Quiet, clean, close to train station and city center attractions; quick responses from staffs; full kitchen and washing machine with drying function. The hot water hose broke down for more than 24 hours. This was an isolated incident, but did cause some inconveniences.

• Mario (5/5): Worse apartment rental experience after 20 trips to London! - The apartment is spacious The heat considering this was still summer was very intense but not because of the weather (21C) the heating system was on all day with no brake and no way to control the heating in the apartmnent as it did not work as expected. We had to leave the windows open all day with a contruction going on in front which was really loud. NOBODY told us that there is a building being constructed 20 meters away which started at 7AM. That is not nice when you rent a place!

• Eric (9/5): Great stay in a central flat with stunning terrace and view - Nicely furnished flat with terrace with a great view and in a very convenient location. It was easy to get the keys. Our questions were answered promptly. Everything in the flat worked well. There was the minimum amount of dishes and flatware -- 4 of each bowl, cup, plate, knife, fork, spoon. That worked fine, especially given the dishwasher, but it would have been nice to have more.

• Ryan (10/5): Modern flat and perfect home base to explore london! - Newer building with secure entry, elevator, and clean common spaces. We received a corner unit which featured beautiful floor to ceiling windows & patio with a rooftop view of Westminster. Kitchen had the essentials and bathrooms were great - hot water came quickly, and soap and towels were included. Laundry machine also worked well. Located in more of a business district - weekends were quiet, but we were about a 10-15 minute walk to Buckingham Palace & Westminster Abbey and a 5-10 minute walk of a tube station. Very convenient to get around the city with ease. As advertised, but the unit we stayed in did not have AC (which would have been helpful since the floor to ceiling windows let in a fair amount of heat) and there was no luggage hold. There are many luggage services nearby that will hold your luggage though!

• Katherine (1/5): Terrible - Someone accessed the flat using a key and stole a piece of jewelry. The flat is poorly equipped with barely the most basic of kitchen items.
• William (10/5): - The reviews for sure were most accurate. It is very warm inside the flat and you must keep all doors and windows open all day or it’s very hot at night. However they do provide 4 fans which is nice. The outside space in the picture on the rooftop has signs that say only for property owners. Which make it unclear if it’s available for use as a renter. Beds are very nice. The construction is 7days a week. Very close and very loud with doors open. With doors close can’t hear a thing. But then it gets warm. The location is perfect for all the attractions. We are very glad we stayed at this location it was a perfect London experience for a family from the United States.
• Sandeep (5/5): While generally a decent stay, the exit left a very bad taste in our mouths. - Good location and relatively clean condition. Very rude building manager, we confirmed a late checkout with Native and the building manager showed up at 10am and removed us from the apartment in an extremely rude way. When I tried to explain that we had permission for a late checkout, she got belligerent and refused to listen.
• Peter (10/5): Exceptional - This was so convenient for what we wanted in London. Alternatively we could book 3 hotel rooms which would be a similar cost but without the living space for take-away food and just putting your feet up in the evening. We stayed 2 nights and it was a 5-8 minute walk from everything we needed. Theatre, Westminister Abbey and the Munich Cricket Club. Will book again later in the year

• Jasenkrestv (8/5): Very good - We were two families 3 adults + 3 childs. There is a lot of space for all of us. It was clean and good heated. The place was perfect, but as a tourist, nex time I'll stay closer to Soho :) It was a litle bit expensive and not so close to Soho, but the property is perfect

• Surendra (10/5): Exceptional - Location was the best part of this property. It is very close to all the major attractions with easy access to the subway just a couple of blocks away. Collection of keys could be better. Please have more signs on what to expect on arrival outside of the email received with instructions. There is no one in the building lobby, so posted signs with what to expect will be good. It all worked out for us and the host gave us the keys at the promised time, but we had landed early in London and we were not sure what to expect.
• Alison (9/5): Superb - Great location near Victoria, Westminster Abbey and Houses of Parliament. Very clean and roomy apartment with good cooking ad washing facilities No keys waiting for us on arrival at 7pm at night!! I did only book at 2pm on day of arrival but keys were not in safe as indicated. We couldn't seem to ring the emergency number from our overseas mobile phones and had to ask at the pub around the corner if they had any suggestions for what we should do. They let us borrow their land line phone (Thank God!!) so we were able to reach the emergency number and get a set of master keys. Was all very stressful and not the best 'Welcome to London'! Not sure how this happened but I just suggest that they always confirm that keys are left for guests?? And give overseas visitors clear instructions for how to ring the emergency number from a mobile phone or install an emergency phone on site.
• Alkawthar (10/5): Amazing clean well kempt property! - Amazing clean well kempt property! Lovely location, balcony and cosy rooms!
• Fazya (8/5): Very good - Great beds. Spacious lounge. Two bathrooms No instructions for dishwasher No instructions for washing machine. Dishwasher didn't work . Washing machine was terrible. It ruined my jacket leaving washing powder marks all over . Then spin cycle didn't work. Did two rounds of the dryer and still the washing was soaking wet. Awful. The history put the WRONG password for the WiFi which stressed me out and I had to in end call them. They put it in uppercase letters when they should have put it in lowercase. It was so annoying having extra codes for front door and lift. Meant deliveroo rider's didn't know how to get the lift to 10th floor. So each time I had to go downstairs to collect the food Em suite shower only had top shower head and no handheld. Second bathroom, the bath was very high and hard to get in and out of. Otherwise a tidy, clean , spacious well kept flat . But those things a ove are so annoying
• Gilial (10/5): Great appartment - Great location, clear instructions for check in, the appartment is well aquiped and spacious (we were 2 adults and 4 kids) One of the shower handles was missing a part so it was hard to open and close it. Heating was too high for us and we couldnt set it to be less warm. The floor makes squeaky noise in some parts (where it is carpeted).
