• Tako (3/5): Beautiful view, but everything else was a disaster - The only positives: • The balcony view is stunning, overlooking the sea. • There’s a washing machine, which is convenient. • The air conditioner worked very well. Not recommended — very disappointing stay Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The apartment had visible mold on the walls and baseboards. Everything smelled musty and unclean from the moment we walked in. The bed was in terrible condition — I had to sleep sideways just to get some rest, and the mattress was so poor that the metal springs were poking through. The bed sheets had visible stains, including colored marks, which made them feel unclean. Although the place appeared somewhat clean on the surface, the bottom of the toilet was blackened, and the shower was rusty. If you’re traveling with a child or if you need a calm environment to sleep, this is not the place for you. There’s a restaurant right beneath the building, and even with the balcony door closed, the loud noise is constant and disturbing. The worst part was the elevator situation. It took at least 15 minutes to go up or down. There were long queues, the elevators only fit 4–5 people, and despite having multiple ones, it felt like a sauna inside extremely hot and uncomfortable. Another unpleasant surprise: payment was only accepted in cash. This was by far the worst accommodation choice I’ve made.

• Denis (8/5): Very good - Perfectly located apartment with a view of the sea. The kitchen has all utensils and some seasoning. Everything was clean and well kept. The owner was responsive and friendly, great stay! The building has only 3 working elevators and sometimes you need to wait quite a bit for one
• Ruth (7/5): Affordable front sea view apartment - Great view, close to beach, just crossing the street. Clean. Great communication with host. Clear instructions to check in. Supermarket and a mall in the nearby. Facilities: Old building. Funny smell in the bathroom despite of being at 21st floor. Bed was a little uncomfortable Payment: Only cash and the fact you have to leave it in the key locker doesn't fee safe Noisy: There is a bar you can hear almost all night long

• Dmytro (7/5): A typical place for a seasonal vacation in Batumi with lowered standards and with a spring mattress that digs into the r - The location is very good and the staff is kind. When opening the sofa there was a lot of dirt on it. Behind the bed is year-old dust and cobwebs. On TV, there are basically all russian channels, including all propaganda sub-sanctioned channels.

• Fengchen_memeda (4/5): Be careful for making orders. - I'm grateful for the girl who hosted me, she was so sweet and so welcoming, if it wasn't for her, I would have walked away. I should have given a very poor review because this stay almost ruined my trip. The Russian owner of this apartment is very rude and very distrustful. I didn't have cash with me for the hotel I booked temporarily, because I used to pay by credit card. I promised to find an ATM to get cash, but their boss threatened to drive me away. The room smelled of gas and sewers and was very noisy at night.

• Tatsiana (8/5): Very good - Perfect location and the views, the apartment had everything we needed, checkin/checkout process was smooth. I liked that thin blanket on the bed - it was perfect for sleeping with air conditioner :) Bed sheet was smaller than the mattress, each morning we were waking up on the naked mattress. Wifi was horrible - we had to use mobile internet half of the time (which was very surprising given wifi rating is set to 10 by other travelers). Not that I didn’t like it, but it was a bit annoying to have only one key. The thing is that you have to use the key in the elevator to go up (as in many buildings in the country), but in this building you also need a key to go down. Just keep it in mind if you plan to spend some time apart with your travel companion. Additional bath towel for feet would be nice as well. With great location comes the noise, so get ready to the same repertoire from nearby Sunset restaurant from 8pm till 2am. Other reviewers said that closed windows had solved this issue for them, but I had to use ear plugs in addition.
