• Robert (9/5): Had a fantastic stay and trip. - Rooms were very new, modern, very clean and comfortable. Great shower and toilet facilities. Staff very pleasant, helpful and chatty. Free Parking available. My only minor comment - or recommendation for the owners would be have a map available to provide their clients with a quick reference for the shortest walk to the nearby Ski Lift (through car park) and also to show their garage area location which is close to ski lift - and where you can leave ski's / boots overnight and save carrying them. Also perhaps explain bus timings and cost to get into town for the evening as the walk is a bit tough uphill. Coming back is perfectly fine.

• Hugo (10/5): - Rummen var väldigt trevliga. Frukosten var väldigt god och fin. Vi var väldigt nöjda med personalen på hotellet. De var väldigt hjälpsamma och gav tips. Vi kunde till och med lämna våra väskor där på dagen innan vi checkade in så vi kunde åka skidor.

• Gyorgyi (10/5): - Fantastic hotel, friendly and attentive hosts. We had a spacious, immaculate room and modern, also very clean bathroom. Great selection of food and drinks available for breakfast. The hotel has amazing views to the snowy mountains. We didn't rent a car, but there's a bus stop around the corner from the hotel. The bus takes you right to the centre of the village. A ticket cost €2.80. In the afternoons, we walked back to the hotel (from the centre) it took us 30 mins. The walk back - thankfully -is mainly downhill. Overall, a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended.

• Armando (9/5): Ottimo - La camera molto spaziosa, silenziosa e con una bella vista. Bella struttura, comoda per raggiungere Sauze e tanti altri bei posti nelle vicinanze. Siamo stati accolti molto bene dal proprietario con il quale si scambiano volentieri due parole. Colazione inclusa varia e abbondante, anche se qualche proposta in più per la parte dolce non guasterebbe. Non è proprio un problema, ma il bagno, ampio e anche carino, si perde in dei piccoli particolari di lavori fatti non proprio a regola d'arte, come per esempio l'apertura della cabina doccia, da rivedere sicuramente.

То, что далеко (и высоко))) добираться- было ожидаемо. Но вывеска отеля (шале) - крайне незаметная. Мы приехали в темноте и сами бы не нашли, нам помогли добрые люди.

• Humphrey (9/5): Great value for money, welcoming and comfortable, overall a lovely spot - Lesley and her husband, the owners were very friendly without being over bearing, couldn't have been better hosts (she is English so communication wasn't a problem and she was able to give us excellent tips). This is a value hotel but the rooms belied that, a good size and surprisingly modern with a very good bathroom. The location is on the edge of the older more characterful part of town. The Jouvenceaux lift provides good access to the ski slopes and was only a 5 minute walk. We took Lesley's advice and hired a ski locker on the slopes so getting out in the mornings was no hassle. At the end of the day we'd get a lift into the higher part of the town for an apres ski drink and then walk down to the Chalet, 20 mins downhill, but no skis. Most people would, I guess, appreciate having a car to drive back to the newer and more lively part of town for supper, although the best meal we had was in the old town less than 5 minutes from the chalet. For the price, and despite first impressions, this was an excellent place and I'd have no hestiation in going back or recommending it. If I had to pick a negative, the breakfast wasn't the most creative. Reception was dark and doesn't look very welcoming, but the hostess soon makes up for that.

• Human (10/5): Late booked Hotel for a single night stay, and got surprised... - We came very late, and the Gentlemen who manages the Hotel picked the phone, guided us to where we parked the car and whowed us everything. I assume the rooms were new, ...however, everything was clean and very very nice. Wood everywhere and fits nice in the Alps. View from the balcony right into the mountains.
• flo_ontour (3/5): - Das Hotel hat meine Buchung angenommen, aber als ich ankam war es komplett geschlossen, alle Rollos zu, kein Licht im Haus, Haustür geschlossen. Das war gegen 19:00 als ich mich gegen 22:00 bei Booking beschwert habe, meinte ein Angestellter ich könne jetzt einchecken. Hahahaha. Hat etwas gedauert, das dem Kundenservice bei Booking beizubringen, hat habe letztendlich geklappt und ich habe mein Geld zurück bekommen. Musste mir aber abends noch ein anderes Hotel besorgen. Nicht lustig.

• Patrizia Milazzo (6/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Posizione Attenzione l'indirizzo porta alla vecchia struttura, quella nuova è nel viale accanto!! Prima sera sistemati in una camera più piccola, poiché la nostra era stata occupata da altre persone... Disagiati dalla mancanza di un bidet; lavabo minuscolo, doccia con una tenda, quindi ci siamo ritrovati a raccogliere acqua ovunque. La colazione viene servita nell'area del vecchio hotel, un po' datato, forse da curare meglio! Nonostante ciò, la signora voleva anche che le pagassimo la tassa di soggiorno :( Siamo rimasti leggermente perplessi e abbiamo fatto notare la mancanza di ospitalità.

Pulizia ottima e colazione con ampia scelta di pietanze tutte di qualità. Si può godere di paesaggi meravigliosi, è pieno di sentieri da poter fare a piedi (anche per i meno esperti, come me), parco avventura e diversi posti da visitare nelle vicinanze. Gli impianti di risalita sono vicini. Ci tornerei sicuramente

• Raquel (10/5): Location e staff eccellenti - Il proprietario e la sia moglie sono stati davvero cortesi e gentili con noi e ci hanno aiutato con le nostre esigenze. La stanza era grande, bella, pulita e spaziosa. Totalmente raccomandabile. Torneremo! Magari l'orario della colazione si potrebbe estendere un po, ma anche se noi siamo arrivati in ritardo, sono Stati davvero gentili e ci hanno servito la colazione con tutte le comodità

Anche la colazione buona e abbondante con molta scelta L'ingresso potrebbe essere evidenziato un po' meglio perché non è stato subito semplice individuarlo, però avendo chiamato subito la proprietaria è venuta ad accoglierci, quindi non abbiamo avuto problemi

Presente una terrazza attrezzata anche con lettino e varie sdraio per prendere il sole Il letto era un po’ scomodo e purtroppo la doccia seppur abbastanza nuova perdeva un pochino di acqua, niente che non si possa facilmente risolvere

Si palesa che la stagione significativa è quella invernale e si investe principalmente in quella situazione. Comunque ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene.
