• Abbasali (1/5): Bad - That it's next to a very good super market The property is new but not very well maintained or cleaned. Breakfast was very poor. Hardly anything on display. Breads for stale. They have a list of things (proper list) they will charge for any damage. Upon check out they keep you waiting with your passports to check the entire room and everywhere you have been in the hotel like a detective officer investigates a murder. And they find ways to charge you for things unnecessarily. It makes you feel very shallow. Staff is cooperative as long as you are ready to pay extra for everything.

• Suman (10/5): Exceptional - The stay was excellent. All the stuff was very good. The food was also good. The hotel was close to the airport. While coming back I had to book flights from Samarquand so it was very easy.
• Uzma (3/5): Poor - Nothing accept the gentleman at the front desk did help bring our luggage up and down as there are no lifts. Had a toilet douche attached to the shower cubicle which stretched over to the toilet Breakfast was included but we didn’t go as we didn’t want to be further disappointed so checked out early. Rooms were tiny and In the basement 4 Lots of staircase to walk down Bed linen didn’t smell fresh No kettle had to ask for one Shower cubicle tiny little space for sink

There was a swimming pool and sauna available. Car parking facility good. Location good, very close to airport. Hotel located just with the main road. Probably the area is posh area. You can have a nice walk at evening. I will recommend everyone to stay at this hotel. My self if I make another trip to this country and same city then, obviously I'll stay in this hotel.☺️ Swimming pool you have to book in advance for use.

• Raffaele (1/5): Bad - Today, in this very hotel, I lived one of the most awkward and humiliating experiences of my life. I was in the lounge after having left my room and preparing to leave the hotel. The male receptionist, failing to use any decent manner, asked to follow him to the room that I had just left. He showed me a couple of blood stains on the sheet in the bed where I slept. He told me that since I damaged the room I would have had to pay a fine. Basically, this person tried to fine me BECAUSE OF MY PERIOD. I never felt so violated and humiliated in my life!!! I obviously refused to pay, and had to leave the hotel with him SCREAMING at me that he would call the boss to have me paying. Because of my period!!! Women, please spare yourself this humiliation and avoid this hotel at any cost!!

• Sofía (10/5): A pleasant stay. - The hotel is spotless, super clean and the breakfast is amazing. It is a family owned hotel with a lot of potential, the women of this place do their job to the perfection. Sometimes the language barrier was a problem, and also the young boys should go to a hotel management school, to pay attention to details and learn much more of the women of this place as they are on the shadow but you can see their touch in everything and it makes a big difference. Older son was very good and spoke good English.
• Stas (9/5): Superb - The location is a bit far from the main things in Samarkand, but it's not a problem – the taxi is cheap. But great location for overnight before flight. Also Spa is included, is on the ground floor. The hotel is very new, everything has just after renovation.

• Shaheen (10/5): An affordable luxury close to the airport - Everything felt amazing right the second we entered the hotel. The hotel is run by an amazing family and they know what you need when visiting a country far from home. The room has well access to wherever you wish to visit in the city, as well the restaurant Khan Ahmed nearby has all the traditional meat treats ready for you. The hotel offers traditional sauna, a well maintained pool and restaurant for breakfast. The only drawback I felt was the food choice for the breakfast, it could be a little more traditional. To be honest, it was an amazingly pleasant stay
