Pas de couverture, froid glaciale dans le couloir des chambres. Le personnel a l accueil ne peut rien faire, le service client sur whatsapp ne peut rien faire. Ils prennent les clients pour abrutis. On peut attendre 30min pour pouvoir rentrer en voiture tellement le service voiturier est débordé. J’ai trouvé une touffe de cheveux dans une serviette propre.. à fuir!

Subject: Horrible Experience at Castle Beach Hotel – Girasole Suite (5445 Collins Ave, Miami Beach) My recent stay at the Girasole Suite in Castle Beach Hotel was an absolute nightmare from beginning to end. While I understand the villa is privately owned and rented, it is being marketed and operated like a hotel—meaning basic hotel standards should apply. Unfortunately, not only were these standards not met, but the treatment and conditions fell shockingly short of even basic expectations. 1. Unwelcoming and Unprofessional Front Desk I arrived at 1:00 PM, two hours before the official check-in time. It’s common for hotels to allow early arrivals to store luggage and enjoy amenities while waiting. However, I was met with rudeness and outright hostility. I attempted to use an unattended luggage dolly—standard practice in hotels—but the front desk agent stopped me, took the dolly away, and refused to provide his name. Staff did not wear name tags, making accountability impossible. 2. Valet Parking Disaster The valet experience was just as chaotic. Initially, I was told I could temporarily park and that the $38 fee would be adjusted once I checked in. Upon returning, a different valet attendant insisted I pay the full fee again for just two hours. Meanwhile, my car keys were misplaced—eventually found in a valet’s pocket. Several other guests were involved in similar disputes, showing this isn’t an isolated incident. 3. Misleading Room Description The suite did not match the photos or description online. There were no two full-size beds downstairs as advertised, only two tiny, uncomfortable toddler like beds with thin 1-inch mattresses. One of my children was injured by an exposed metal bed frame. This is not only misleading, but dangerous. 4. Air Conditioning Issues From the moment we entered, the villa was uncomfortably warm.

- Neri (1/5): Horrible stay please be aware that the picture do not match the apt - Besides the location on the place I didn’t like anything I usually do not write reviews but this time I had to . This property was cheaper than the one around but just because something is cheaper it doesn’t mean it has to be in a horrible condition . The pillows were with yellow stains . I asked to get them replaced and was told by many that a maid would be informed but the pillows never arrived . The bathroom was in such a pitiful condition to the point that it smelled like mold . The kitchen was nasty and dirty . The ac was operable unit and it had tape by the window z it made a horrible noise that I couldn’t even turn it on because I county sleep . I asked for more toilet paper it was never brought . WiFi sucked it never worked . The pictures do not match the condition of the apt . It’s a shame why it is in such a pitiful condition . The water coming out of the faucet smelled funny as well and I believe it had to do with the faucet being nasty . Toilet bowl was nasty and disgusting . I wanted to change and stay elsewhere but it was non refundable and the other hotels in the area was overpriced for last min bookings so I decided and use Lysol spray everywhere to make sure I didn’t get a disease .

This makes me wonder how it can possibly get cleaned after each stay. The view was NOT as pictured in the listing (even after identifying the same room), all we could see is the top of the roof. We got put into the wrong room thanks to Expedia’s incompetence, however I think this property management team needs to closely monitor their standards because this room was disgusting.

The cleanliness of the tub was disgusting. I switched to a different suite And it was a little better but the smell was still bad and they clearly had a bug problem cause they had these bug killers plugged in all the outlets. Light fixtures were falling down. I never stayed there had to book another hotel and I didn’t even get all my money back. Stay far away!

Old and damaged furniture, dirty on top of everything! Dust everywhere. The bathroom was a total embarrassment: yellowed toilet, the bathtub with the so-called jacuzzi was defective and had missing elements, the shower head – rusty! The air conditioning dispersal holes were full of dust and dirt (it's clear that the filters haven't been cleaned in years!). Dust clouds even on the ceiling! The second day of our stay, ants appeared. On the third – kitchen cockroaches (it's true that in 7 days we only killed two! I can't be sure if there were more). In 7 days of our stay, we didn't even have our towels changed and no one came to clean even once (even to ask us if we needed it, even for a fee – nothing!). It is the worst apartment-hotel that has ever happened to us. If it were offered to us again, even with a 90% discount, we would refuse it immediately! We did not have high expectations but it is a TOTAL disappointment! P.S.: Our accommodation solution was classified as PENTHOUSE.

The room was unsafe and completely uninhabitable due to the pipe breaking down on 2 stories Suite and causing water going down thru stairs and CEILINGS and ELECTRICAL OUTLETS / LAMPS and Instead of helping, the hotel staff gave me no solution and treated me with zero respect. Booking.com tried to push me back into the same unlivable room and told me as a "Courtesy" they will send a cleaning Team NEXT DAY!! which is completely unacceptable. I was forced to leave with my family and find another hotel at my own expense. The lack of responsibility from both the hotel and Booking.com is shocking!!! Neither showed the slightest concern for our safety, comfort, or well-being. This was a nightmare experience, and I strongly warn everyone.

- Vishalkumar (2/5): - It has nice locations, parking facilities is nice, all staff members are supportive, views are amazing , just across the beach but property conditions was average, had to keep tap on for 10-15 min to get warm water (yes warm water), due to rain there was water leak in apartment at few places, management did offer another place to stay overnight until they fix next day but it was smaller and had bay views, management did try to help me but never agreed on refunds for the issues I faced, furniture had some issues like broken, damaged parts, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were good in size.. overall I would give 1 or 2 stars. However as per mail received from property management, if we give 5 stars, they can also return 5 star to me however I will be honest that with that price tags, there can be other options.

- Lane (8/5): Good stay overall, but with some concerns - The shower appeared to need some touching up visually (some peeling paint, shower head leaking, etc.), and the “ocean view” advertised for our room was mostly overlooking the roof. However, aside from those two things, the room itself was great. A slight nitpick though - the soaps in the bathroom smelled like burning chemicals, almost like the type of chemical used in perms at hair salons. Outside the room, the property was very busy most times of the day, making the elevators and car valet services difficult to utilize without crowding and/or long waits. With that in mind, overall the stay was very good, especially for the price. The aforementioned hiccups should just be kept in mind if planning to stay here.

For the price we had a nice stay, would stay in South beach next time (family With kids 13,15 years) It looks luxurious in the pictures, but close-up, it s not all that. All Could use a renovation. We were with kids, we got stretchers for them, not really comfortable. Also: I would Change the curtains and blinds to blackout, all the way to the ceiling. One was missing, and the kids beds were in this room. They like to sleep in. Pool area looks like it can have an upgrade . Also was closed a few times due to repairs (this can happen ofcourse) . Area north beach is not so “happening” as south beach, but the free trolley Is great.

I reached out to see if they could send the clothes through the mail and no answer.

- Olga (2/5): Room was a disaster. - When we got there, people at reception were very nice and everything. The room was the issue. It felt and looked dirty and smelled like old. The shower didn’t work and we couldn’t shower for the whole day. Maintenance got there the very next day in the morning though but he didn't fix it so we had to call him again and they had to replace the whole piece in the shower. Water doesn't get hot. It’s more like a warm-ish temperature. Pool was being cleaned once we got there so we got to experience it the last day we stayed there. It was okay but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel/apartment because of the money. I would never go back. Would rather spend it on a nice $250-300 a night instead of this almost $200 a night. We came to Miami to enjoy; not have problems.

The room was dirty. There was mold in multiple places. The dishes had dried food on them. There were roaches around the kitchen area. The comforters had food stains and had not been washed. We had 3 wash rags for 4 people for 3 days. This room is privately owned and you do not have housekeeping or any other services provided front desk. We left feeling extremely scammed after spending a lot of money. 0/10 do not recommend. We booked through Expedia advertised as a 3 star venue. We reached out to Expedia and they were absolutely no help as well.

- Lupita (10/5): - I really liked the apartment, Presidential Loft M13, a very spacious place, and very private, it was very clean, I stayed 4 nights, I traveled with one of my daughters and 2 grandchildren, I had no problem to check-in, I sent all the information by email and there they gave me all the instructions,,when I arrived at the Apartments,,I was attended by a very friendly person and everything was very fast, the place is very safe and very private,,it has elevators,,they give you a code to enter your room, to go to the beach it is very easy and They also give you a code for the door,,when I got to my apartment I saw that the front door was not locked either inside or outside because it was broken, I sent an email to report the problem of the door so that they could fix it, they answered me very quickly and told me that they were going to send a maintenance person to fix the door but as it was already very late, they were going to send it in the morning, I also asked for a crib for the baby,, and well if they brought me the crib and they fixed the door and Well, I didn't have any problems anymore,,The furniture is very old but they are very comfortable,,I wish and the Management would change them for new ones, that would be excellent,Of course I would like to return to the same place on my next vacations, Thank you very much to the people in charge of the place for quickly answering the emails and solving the problems that there were, I really recommend Girasol Apartments to stay in.

- Gulzada (10/5): - The property was so comfortable and cozy! There are melting pot of travelers. Miami’s beach is the most picturesque and gem of U.S.A. We definitely recommend and will return to enjoy our family vacations in future with an ocean view suite. Thank you for affordable and cozy rooms!

- Gulzada (10/5): - We love The Girasole Apartments and our suite! Our sons and my husband fell in love with the ocean view and cozy room. We decided to extend our stay for four more days. The building, the ocean view from our suite and stuff are amazing. We recommend this suite for all who visit with family and enjoy Miami’s Sun and Beach! We are taking beautiful memories with us back to Texas. No beaches are compatible to Miami’s white sand and blue Lagoon waters! We love you The Girasole Apartments!
