• Eva (8/5): - Extrem freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist quasi neu und machte einen sehr sauberen Eindruck. Praktisch ist auch die zentrale Lage. Da das Zimmer zur Straße ging, war es nachts nicht ganz ruhig. Das erwartete man aber in einer Stadt auch nicht.

• Gemini (10/5): Perfect place to stay - Multiple apartments in the middle of the Termini Imerese. Very easy to find, perfect for a brief or extended pause during your journey in Sicily. The main thing to highlight is the extreme courtesy and generosity of the activity owner. He warmly welcomed us, explaining everything in detail (if you don't speak Italian, he will bother himself to translate and make you understand everything with a smile on his face). He even recommended us a deviation in our Sicilian tour, giving us detailed instructions on what to see in Palermo, where to park and where to eat. I'm a recurrent traveller and I've never experienced in any hotel/apartment anywhere in the world such courtesy and kindness. Rooms are clean, with air conditioning and a TV. The bathrooms are modern style, clean and fresh. Rooms have a balcony only as well with a table and a chair for enjoying summer vibes. Very deserved 10/10

Proprietario davvero gentile e disponibile, abbiamo chiesto diversi consigli e ci ha aiutato e consigliato anche dove poter mangiare.Persona simpaticissima, davvero consigliato! L’unico appunto che potrei fare è che affacciando su una strada un po’ rumorosa, la finestra non insonorizzava proprio benissimo ma in ogni caso abbiamo dormito bene lo stesso

• Christopher (10/5): A visit to my ancestral home, made glorious by nostalgia and Marcello - We were traveling in two parties and the apartment accommodated all of us extremely well. Privacy when we wanted, yet were able to share common space The apartment feels brand new: pristine, expansive light and comfortable all around However the best part ended up being Marcello himself! Even though half of our party was late, and there was a language barrier about parking (TI is another tangle of narrow, winding streets), he ended up helping with that. As things unfolded, he soon insisted that we drink a bottle of wine with him. Further very friendly conversation led to us inviting him to dinner. He brought us to a great restaurant and had and a great time. Amazing, wonderfully stereotypical Sicilian hospitality! Wow, what an unexpected treat. Initial problems parking
• Rebecca (6/5): Overall my I was let down in my stay because of the difficulties the owner caused by being away from the property when I - Clean. Decent shower facilities with good water pressure. Well equipped kitchen with free coffee. Glad there was a lift. Further from the station than I would have liked. Owner failed in their duty of care to be on site for arranged checkin.Desoite them knowing they would be otherwise engaged they failed to let me know in advance , leaving me a physically disabled customer waiting for approximately half an hour in 34 degree heat. No attempt when they arrived to apologise. Process of Key for lights left me in the dark struggling after locking the door to connect the lights back up WiFi didn’t work

The host, Marcello, was incredibly helpful, kind, and generous. He went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great experience!
• Kieran (10/5): Great Location in the heart of Termini Imerese - First of all the host, Marcello is one of the nicest hosts I have ever met. Nothing was too much trouble to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The place is newly built and spotless. The location is excellent, it's close to everything. Just a few steps to shops, bars and restaurants. Even the train station is just 5 minutes walk away with no hills to climb. The double room with ensuite bathroom also had a little balcony to sit on and enjoy a coffee. The kitchen is shared with included tea and coffee facilities and little snacks for breakfast. The town itself is very pretty with a breathtaking Cathedral that must be visited to be appreciated. There was very little I didn't like but an electrical outlet by the desk would have been more convenient.
• Charlene (10/5): Best place to stay in Termini - Everything is clean and fresh and new. Elevator building. Balcony room with bistro table. The bathroom was exceptional with Grohe fixtures. The host was friendly and very accommodating, He was always available and helpful with suggestions. Coffee, tea, water and light breakfast (fruit, yogurt, pastries on Sunday) was provided in the shared kitchen. I had been hesitant about the shared kitchen but it actually worked out perfectly, no one really cooked and it became a gathering place for the other solo travelers to meet and share stories. The wifi didn't always work well, it was slow and spotty at times.
• Evgeniy (9/5): Modern brand new room with en-suite bathroom in a recently renovated flat. - The room is brand new, very clean and comfortable with plenty of day light located in a recently renovated flat. You can use a shared kitchen with all utensils. Poor WiFi.
