• An (9/5): - Very good location just across the entrance of the vatican museum. You can do everything on foot. Entrence of metro and bus nearby. Everything we needed was there:food bed, kitchen, even a washing machine and hairdryer

• Sembee (7/5): Buono ma con un difetto - Grazioso monolocale con arredamento basico ma piu che sufficiente per un breve soggiorno. Il bagno è molto piccolo e non ottimamente illuminato con cabina doccia ma funzionale. La stanza da letto/soggiorno/cucina è ben riscaldata. Molto simpatica e gentile la ragazza che ci ha permesso di fare il checkin. Al sesto piano di un palazzo davanti all'entrata de musei vaticani dotato di ascensore che però arrivo solo fino al quinto piano, poi c'è una rampa di scale da fare a piedi. Il giudizio generale sarebbe sicuramente da 8 ma ciò che ne abbassa il voto è che, come si vede dalla foto allegata, proprio davanti alle finestre dell'appartamento c'è un piccolo terrazzo usato come rooftop bar con la conseguenza di udire schiamazzi fino alle 3 di notte (per lo meno nel sabato sera, gli altri giorni non so).

• nardin (2/5): Esperienza da non ripetere - La posizione geografica è molto comoda al centro In casa c'era un puzza esagerata e costante d'aglio, non era possibile aprire la finestra perché non c'era una coperta in più. È stata negata la possibilitá di tenere le valigie in custodia per un paio d'ore. L'accoglienza è stata fatta da una persona con importante barriera linguistica.

• Insulo (8/5): Idéal pour 1-2 nuits - Le studio était bien, équipé, propre et calme. La localisation n'est pas hyper-centrale et proche des petites ruelles piétonnes mais il est juste à côté du Vatican, des commodités, de nombreux restaurants et d'une station de métro. Dommage qu'il faille payer 20€ supplémentaire pour arriver après 18h, surtout après avoir déjà payé plus de 100€ par nuit.

• Brooke (5/5): - La ubicación y la instalación. ¡Cuidado antes de que hagas la reserva! No ponen ningún límite de la hora de check-in y solo cuando lo reserves te envía un mensaje privado mintiéndote que habían publicado el suplemento de 20, 30 o 50 euros según la hora de tu llegada. Tuve que coger un taxi del aeropuerto pagando 55 euros para llegar antes de las 22. Reclamé a Booking y de hecho me confirmaron que no habían puesto esa condición. Entonces si vas a llegar después de las 18, ten en cuenta de que tengas que pagar más que ponen.

• Thomas (9/5): Spacious flat next to the entrance of the Vatikan with resturants and grocery store close by. - Very close to the Vatican and a parking garage. Fully equipped kitchen and a helpful host that was flexible. Grocery Store with everything you need close by and great resturants. Littel difficult to find due to many oneway roads.
• Georgia (9/5): Looks just like the pictures, clean and modern - right next to the Vatican! - The room was lovely; clean and modern. Good amenities in the kitchen. Bed was lovely and comfy! Amazing location right next to the Vatican and with two supermarkets on the same road. Quick walk to the metro. Lift was always working and the building was nice and quiet! The only thing we struggled with (as two females) was the lack of mirrors. There was one in the bathroom but up very high, so we could only see our face (we are not short ladies either) A long mirror somewhere would have been great!

It’s conveniently located close to the metro and the Vatican. The Wi-Fi works excellently, and the bed is comfortable and soft. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need—pans, pots, plates, bowls, and cutlery. 10/10, highly recommended! This apartment made our trip with friends unforgettable. • Kate (7/5): Great value and well equipped but hot and don’t arrive late! - Great value for a studio apartment, so close to the Vatican that you could see it from the window. Kitchen was well equipped and free washing machine and dishwasher with detergents was included. Felt very safe. We only found out after booking that there would be a surcharge for arriving late (I think €20 after 6pm, increasing the later you arrive) - I deliberately checked this before booking and I didn’t see this info anywhere. On arrival someone was waiting in the apartment to give us the key - we had thought we would collect a key from a central location/key safe and would have preferred this. It’s on the 5th floor with a lift to the 4th floor, and is very hot in August. The air con was not good enough to keep it cool so we were very hot the whole time.

• Richárd (8/5): Good flat near the Vatican - Ottaviano metro station and Vatican are both 6 min walk from the flat. There is an elevator in the building. Small kitchen is well equipped. Person who handed over the key was friendly and helpful, good communication Air conditioner is very weak, it can barely keep the temperature at 25 celsius in the room (attic room with tiny windows), does not make the room cool. Otherwise great flat, no other issues.
• Darren (6/5): Pleasant - Amenities surprised us. Location is outstanding. Has an elevator. This top floor was quite difficult to cool, so recommend requesting host turns on A/C ahead of arrival. Coordinating check-in was a challenge.
• Amaka (9/5): Superb - The location was exceptional, and right by The Vatican. It's widely accessible to public transportation. You are at the heart of amenities with countless restaurants and shops seconds away. There is even a bus stop in front of The Vatican with short routes to central or main areas. There's other bus stops and metros dotted around. Landmarks and other places of interest i. e Colosseum, Pantheon etc were always 30 mins away or less by public transport (door-to-door). By taxi was 5 - 15 minute journeys. There is even an ATM machine on the same street. The accommodation was comfortable with adequate provisions to make the stay self-sufficient. The smart TV is equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime, casting features etc. Wi-Fi is seamless and strong. The original ceiling is also a stunning bonus. The property is well maintained and the decor is up-to-date. The overhead shower was fixated in one position, the shower cubical was small, and the water pressure was medium. The hot water was also limited. The bed mattress and pillows may need a changeover. But these are manageable and easily outshined by the positive aspects of the accommodation.

• Guiseppeb (8/5): Good place to stay for a short trip - The location is excellent - adjacent to the Vatican Museums. The room was quite large and quiet and had kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, also an iron and clothes washing machine. Bed had a foam mattress protector that was a little uncomfortable (hot) during the night but not too bad. Rafters needed dusting. The shower was slow to drain away (blocked) and the bathroom sink had no plug so anything falling in would have gone straight down the plughole.
• Anna (1/5): Unfair behaviour - There is no one single reason why guest should pay a “late check in fee” except scamming of the owner. Booking customer support ignoring me, seems not planing to provide any compensation.

• Olga (8/5): Very good - Great location- 5 min from Vatican, 2 metro stations near, a couple of supermarkets and lots of restaurants. The appt was tidy and had everything one needs (tv, hair drier, fridge, coffemachine, pan, iron etc.) The bed needs a new mattress.

• Danny (6/5): cozy place, great location, hope they fix its problems - the location was amazing, almost next to the Vatican Museum entrance. the room had a nice vibe with the wooden ceiling. very accessible to public transport and nearby super markets. fees for late check-ins are always a turn off. the shower head is fixed in place with very weak water pressure, so the showers were not that enjoyable. (the shower was clogged the first day, and we needed the owner to come unclog it) the worst thing was the AC trouble we had. on the 2nd night, the AC stopped working, it was mid june, and the windows are small attic windows, it was hard to sleep due to the heat and humidity. the owner came the next day and "fixed" it by putting the AC into "fan mode". which doesnt help the slightest with the heat... so the next night, when we had trouble sleeping, I googled the AC model and error code it was showing, to find the problem and solve it myself. turns out, it was not properly installed, the water draining pipe was blocked and was just hanging there with a rubber seal. I drained it myself at like midnight, and suddenly, the AC came back to life. on the 5th day, 2 AC repairmen came, moved the drain pipe slightly away from the electricity and made it less of an electrocution hazard , and put a bucket underneath. it wasnt fun becoming an AC technician for this trip.
• Marita (8/5): Lovely place near the Vatican - The room was beautiful and in a great location with a view of the Vatican museums. There is a grocery store nearby and a well equipped kitchen so we were able to cook some of our own meals. The hosts were quick to respond with any questions we had about the property. The air conditioner was extremely noisy even after turning it off, so not great if you’re a sensitive sleeper. Other than that, a brilliant stay!

If you are next to metro you can go anywhere and explore Rome! - 5 min from the metro station 3 min from the super market If you are a woman and you want take a shower the only problem you will find is that you must wash and you hair! and not only your body because you will not find a separate bathroom telephone ( if you are a woman you will understand )
