Sonia (6/5): Good location but rundown house. - Good location. Good upstairs verandah. No TV or airconditiong in the main living areas and bedrooms. Property run down. Floors uneven and buckled. Gutters were broken, waking us up at night when it rained. No storage in bedrooms. Window sills dirty.
