• Cristian (9/5): - La ubicación es excelente a unos cuantos pasos de la playa. La anfitriona es super amable y las camas cómodas. Es un lugar sencillo pero tiene lo necesario para una estancia en familia o pareja con bajo presupuesto pero frente al mar lo que es ganador.

Pero lo más destacado es la atención recibida por parte del personal. Destacó la simpatía y preocupación de don José y su esposa Lucia, que nos ayudaron en todo y nos atendieron increíblemente son un 10 de 10. Junto a mi esposa nos quedamos 15 días y si pudiéramos volver nos quedaríamos mucho más.lo mejor de santa Marta y en atención y trato a los clientes, lo mejor de Colombia.

• Juan (6/5): Unpleasantly surprised, but anybody willing to have family fun, will survive the experience. - La ubicación. La cocina comunitaria lacks proper utensils, sauce pan and pots are ten years old or worst. No coffee maker, no knives, no tweezers, but worst af all no knives. In fact, there is only a small a couple of years old knife that somebody left. A regular 2" gas lighter is there for you to introduce the hand close to two excelent burners that burns ouir hands. Kitchen ceiling light does not work, water faucet is loose and no soap for dishes. The promoted terrace to look over the sea ys not properly suited for seating. The location is what makes this place great. however is not an experience that exceeds our expectations. Thanks! The one person do it all taking care of cleaning, washing towels and sheets is not trained to be a service person. There are towels that are propably 5 yeat old and small enoiugh not to cover private parts, but if you ask the service guy to wash them or change them, he is instructed not to wash or change them. Only one electrical out let in the room. Other than, the only thing that is dangerous is the electrical switch to turn on the rest room light is in the edge of the shower.
• Wenjing (4/5): “一分价钱一分货” but still happy to have those low-cost stays. And the staff was reaaaaaally friendly and kind, and helpful 🙏 - The hospitality, staff tried to satisfied all my needs. Hygiene. The room was very warm, the fan very loud and the window broken.
• Daniel (7/5): Bargain price, location, 5 minutes from the beach. - The property is centrally located and a short 5 minute walk to Playa Rodadero. There is a small bar located within the hostal called tazaytrago operated by a lovely gentleman named Yeiron which is very nice for nightcap after a long day at the beach. Additionally, the property is located adjacent to a mall where there is a secure ATM and across the street from a grocery store. The street noise was somewhat bothersome but with earplugs and placing the fan on a high setting you can nearly cancel out the traffic noise. Perhaps some insulated curtains could help the sound issues.

• Chou (1/5): Bring your own tent lol - Unfortunately wasn't possible to spend the night there I booked this accommodation thinking they would provide a tent and a mattress. The booking process was already a bit weird (I booked one night before, not 24h before) and then they send me a WhatsApp asking for a deposit via Nequi or Banco de Colombia which I don't have as a foreigner..) which I never had to do while booking via booking in almost ten years traveling. So texted them I don't have it, is there another option to secure my night and that I will definitely come the next day(which normally should be done automatically by booking.com..) I never got an answer for my request.. So when I was already sitting in the bus from the airport I thought it might be a good idea to ask for the correct direction. I already was excited to hear the ocean during the night, camping sometimes is just really cool and I love it. When they send me the directions they asked me for the first time if I have a tent. I was kinda shocked because obviously I don't have a tent which I won't bring to a accommodation which states to have tents for me. So I already saw what was going on in front of my eyes, while sitting in the bus, maybe 20 min away from the accommodation where I thought I would spend a beautiful night. Ah ah nope. They said they never offer tents (I sent them screenshot of booking.com where it was clearly stated that they provide one!!) but they didn't care instead they offered me a expensive solo room. Now I am 7 months pregnant not knowing where to spend the night, or if they would charge me for this night. I was fucking pissed (thanks hormones) to say the least. Now I was a bit relieved because I didn't pay anything in advance but still such a shitty communication and what I think what happened that they were maybe overbooked and that's why all of this happened. I texted the person every hour and kindly ask that he could cancel my reservation for free because I couldn't do it for free no more..
