- Carla (2/5): - Property is minimally staffed. To check in we had to call a phone number, even tho we had access codes. No one answered. We proceeded to our room using the codes given. Went out to dinner and two hours later someone called back to "check us in". The next morning we went to breakfast, came back and the front door code no longer worked. However now the hotel was staffed. We were let in and given a new code. Then our room door code no longer worked. Back to the desk and we were told we'd been a "no show" so our codes were cancelled. I explained we were there last night and the call to check in situation. She wanted the name of the person, which I had no idea. She gave us new door codes again. None of them worked. I tried the original door codes given in the original confirmation and those worked... The second and final night there, a group of ppl were partying in the breakfast area at the end of the hall. That kept us up until after 3 am. The hotel wouldn't know that was going on, as it was again not staffed that evening. The hotel interior itself is nice, new and clean. The room was really dark, painted a deep green color including the ceiling and there was one very small window. The building is old and has a lot of creaks and noises as old buildings do. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large and well done. Overall it was clean. The thermostat didnt seem to do anything. Always reading 64.5 degress but it was definitely not that cold. And quality TP would be good.

I appreciated the digital messaging from staff and digital check in, made it convenient. The design is hip and very well thought out, i.e. shower! The bed and bedding was very very comfortable.

- Michael (10/5): - Bed was a little hard. Rooms were very spacious, tall ceilings (10ft) Bathroom was big and newly renovated. Complimentary breakfast wasn’t much to talk about. Otherwise the staff was nice, checkin was a breeze. Will stay again if I ever go to Mankato again.

- Rikki (6/5): It was anticlamactic - Hotel was cool looking but being able to check in without having to go to front desk seems cool and all but staff when I did see them were not friendly at all. Continental breakfast was an hour and a half late, and when I wanted a coke from the lobby there was no one to assist me. Also bathtub had a sort of Dewey smell to it when draining.

- Cara (8/5): Very clean and great location! - This hotel was extremely clean and quiet. Also had fantastic towels! The bed sheets, however, were some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. They were very rough and coarse. I’m not one to really care about sheets, but these are especially bad. Breakfast was continental and minimal. Decor is great! Nice large room and great walk in shower that was lovely. Overall, a great stay and would stay there again!

Received lots of emails and texts about check in and stay, but then when I got there she told me it showed I had checked in already. The pictures for the hotel show this great view but I was on the main floor and my room had one tiny window that gave it the feel of staying in someones basement. Bathroom and shower very nice.

- Beth (8/5): - This hotel is very unique. The decor is fun. It was very clean. I guess they just opened 3 weeks ago so there is no sign out front yet, we drove right past it. The rooms on the 1st floor are partially underground so the window was higher than me so I couldn't see out. Rooms up on the other floors are probably better. I wouldn't plan on eating breakfast here - there were just some bagels/doughnuts, granola bars and yogurt. But, it's close to lots of good restaurants so you can eat breakfast out. We were able to walk downtown to the bars/restaurants for dinner. The staff was very friendly.
