• Rachel (10/5): Great stay! - Great location, great space, safe and secure and a very clean manageable apartment. Overall a great impression. Walking distance to lots of different places we wanted to see plus a tram stop at the end of the road. Restaurants and bars close to the apartment if you don't want to stray too far. We highly recommend and would return ourselves. The only downside was the code to get in to the apartment building sometimes it worked straight away other times it took a lot of attempts and resets to get in. Other than that no complaints.

• Marina (10/5): Maravillosa estancia en Krakow. Muy recomendable el sitio - El apartamento está muy bien situado, puedes ir caminando prácticamente a cualquier parte. Está en pleno barrio de Kazimierz, con un montón de bares, cafés y sitios de interés alrededor, así que es una zona muy agradable para alojarse. Además, está muy bien conectado: si vienes desde el aeropuerto es fácil llegar en tren, y tienes el tranvía justo en la puerta. También hay un supermercado al lado, lo cual viene genial. El apartamento en sí está muy bien, limpio y muy cómodo. Se nota que está cuidado y es un sitio en el que se está a gusto. Y sobre todo destacaría la atención: muy buena. Me respondieron rápido en todo momento y, como llegué antes, me dejaron hacer el check-in antes de la hora, lo cual agradecí mucho. En general, una estancia muy cómoda y recomendable. Como comentario, si eres de las personas a las que les molesta cualquier ruido, lleva tapones porque se escucha un poco el tranvía, pero vamos, que para mí no fue un problema. Y a tener en cuenta que son dos camas, no una cama de matrimonio. Pero muy cómodas.

Alot of cafes, restuarants and tourist shops on the way to the main square making the walk enjoyable. Great communication from the hosts. TV had an android box meaning Chromecast was available. Clean kitchenette with plenty of cutlery, cups, bottler opener etc. I had a little trouble accessing the apartment - there are 3 doors with codes and then the keys in the lockbox are used to open 2 different doors and each door has 2 locks. A bit confusing but the host was able to help after a brief phone call. The shower was great and clean - i noticed when the water pressure was turned up that it made quite a lot of noise but didnt effect the water heat or pressure.

• Di Peri (8/5): Sistemazione centrale ben collegata. - L’appartamento, per due persone, è molto spazioso, luminoso e ben riscaldato, dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per quanto riguarda la cucina e il bagno. Ho apprezzato molto la silenziosità, non si sentiva nessun rumore dall’esterno. Sicuramente posizione ottima, nella piazza centrale del quartiere ebraico, pieno di locali dove mangiare e bere e da dove si raggiunge in breve tempo la città vecchia. L’indirizzo della struttura che spunta sull’annuncio è diverso dal reale indirizzo in cui si trova ed io avevo programmato i punti di incontro per le visite in riferimento a quel indirizzo. Solo il giorno prima ho scoperto che l’alloggio si trovava da un’altra parte. Bisogna specificare i tasti da pigiare prima di digitare il codice per aprire la porta del palazzo (a noi è stato dato solo il codice e non bastava), perché siamo stati molto tempo fuori a fare diversi tentativi, fin quando non ci ha aperti una signora. L’appartamento si trova all’ultimo piano del palazzo, ma l’ascensore arriva fino al terzo, poi si sale a piedi. Ma quando arrivi all’ultimo piano devi uscire da una porta e percorrere un ballatoio in metallo per entrare nell’appartamento e mia moglie aveva paura, perché vedevi il vuoto sotto. Nell’anticamera della porta di ingresso mancava una luce e la sera, col buio, si faceva fatica ad aprire la porta. Quando siamo entrati non capivamo come arrivare i riscaldamenti, abbiamo scritto allo staff, ma ci ha risposti il giorno dopo. Per fortuna non ci siamo arresi con i vari tentativi. Il letto è molto scomodo e il solo cuscino in dotazione era troppo piccolo ed eccessivamente morbido.

• cavanzato (9/5): Bellissimo appartamentino a Cracovia: soggiorno davvero piacevole. Ci rivedremo? Si!!! - Appartamento davvero molto bello e curato nei dettagli. La posizione è ottima, comodissima per muoversi e visitare la città. La casa è arredata con grande gusto: colori delle pareti, quadri e applique creano un ambiente accogliente e ben studiato. Si vede che ogni elemento è stato scelto con attenzione. La cucina è molto piccola ma organizzata con stile e funzionalità. Stesso discorso per il bagno: compatto, ma con una doccia sorprendentemente grande e davvero confortevole. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole in un ambiente curato e ben pensato. L’unico aspetto meno positivo riguarda la disposizione dei letti: i due letti singoli e il letto matrimoniale si trovano nella stessa stanza, il che può risultare poco comodo per chi cerca maggiore privacy. I letti singoli sono collocati su un soppalco accessibile tramite una scaletta piuttosto piccola e ripida, che può risultare scomoda e poco pratica, soprattutto durante la notte. Questo aspetto potrebbe non essere adatto a persone anziane o con mobilità ridotta. Infine, i materassi dei letti singoli sono risultati molto morbidi (aspetto comunque soggettivo), con una sensazione di “affondamento” che potrebbe non essere gradita a tutti.

• Ariane (9/5): Belle appartement mais emplacement pas le même que celui mentionné sur booking - Nous avons séjourné en couple 4 nuits dans cette appartement qui est magnifique au niveau décoration et luminosité. La cuisine est bien équipée pour cuisiner , il y a un grand balcon et une machine à laver et sécheuse. L’appartement est au cœur du quartier juif où il y a de nombreux bars et restaurants mais reste calme pour bien dormir. Le tram est à quelques minutes à pied . L’entrée est autonome et facile à faire. Nous avons adoré notre séjour La majorité des appartements tyzenhauz se situent sur la rue swetigo Sebastiana proche du centre historique et cest les indications d’emplacement sur booking. Toutefois, le jour de notre arrivée nous avons appris que l’appartement que nous avions loué était dans le quartier juif ( plac bawol ) à 15 minutes de marche de cette rue et ce n’était pas à la base le quartier que nous voulions être hébergé ; nous avons donc fait part de notre insatisfaction à l’employé à la réception qui n’était pas en mode solution et nous lui avons suggéré que le bon emplacement soit mentionné sur booking pour cette appartement . Elle n’a pas était très sympathique et ne voulait pas améliorer les choses . Elle nous a laissé marcher sous la grosse pluie avec nos bagages en disant que cetait à 2 minutes de marches ( c’était plutôt à 15 minutes) . Nous suggérons donc que les responsables mettent les bons emplacements dès le début sur booking ou le précise clairement à l’avance que l’emplacement ne sera pas le même pour ce logement afin que les clients le savent à l’avance .

Me liaron con la dirección del alojamiento y me costó encontrarlo ya que me facilitaron dos direcciones diferentes. Menos mal que estaban muy cerca el uno del otro. Hay que ser más preciso desde un primer momento.

L'appartamento è esattamente come si vede nelle foto ed è grazioso, accogliente,ben riscaldato e dotato di un balcone che per un fumatore è un plus da non sottovalutare. Situato nel vecchio quartiere ebraico,quindi in una posizione centralissima e in una zona vivace,ricca di storia,di locali e ristoranti. L'affaccio è fortunatamente su una sorta di grosso cortile interno,quindi piuttosto silenzioso la notte. La struttura fornisce anche sapone mani, bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo in formato grande, asciugacapelli con diffusore,cotton fioc, dischetti cotone. Nota altresì positiva è che lo staff è stato sempre gentile e collaborativo nel rispondere a domande o dubbi prima della partenza e che ci ha permesso di fare il check-in molto prima dell'orario previsto . Farei solo due piccoli appunti: La macchina del caffè perde acqua durante la fase di riscaldamento ed estrazione della bevanda Lo scarico della doccia è lento,tende a lasciare il piatto doccia sempre con un mezzo cm di acqua all'interno.

• Karen Jennifer (6/5): Consigliato per la posizione - Posizione ottima, appartamento fornito di tutto L'appartamento era come da descrizione però già dall'ingresso c'era un forte odore di cibo in quanto nel cortile interno si affacciavano le cucine di 2 ristoranti. Entrando nella struttura, superato il portone si trova un cortile e palazzina vecchia, scale stessa cosa. Entrando nell'appartamento si sentiva un forte odore di scarico che proveniva dal bagno, costringedoci a lasciare sempre accesa la luce con la ventola. Nonostante abbia chiesto indicazioni per il riscaldamento non sono riuscita a farlo funzionare. Infine il letto, non so se sono stata io a non leggerlo ma sarebbe da specificare che è un letto alla francese. La stanza dell'appartamento che ci hanno dato non corrispondeva alle tante foto di camere bellissime viste dal sito, si vede solo tra le ultime e non si evincono i gradini per salire nel letto, 3 da una parte e 3 dall'altra. Comodino e prese solo da una parte Dalle finestre panorama 0 come sembrerebbe dalle foto sul sito.

• Miguel (5/5): El apartamento no se correspondía con el reservado en booking. Totalmente decepcionado. - La ciudad La ubicación del apartamento no coincidía con la que aparecía en booking. Nos enviaron la dirección exacta 24 horas antes, por lo que ya no había tiempo de respuesta para cambiar. Queda en pleno barrio Judío, pero mas alejada de la plaza del mercado. El apartamento no coincide con las fotos de booking, es mucho mas viejo. No estaba muy limpio. No conseguimos hacer funcionar la TV. Se salía el agua de la ducha por todos los lados. En líneas generales ha sido una decepción, porque tanto la ubicación, como las fotos que aparecían en booking eran de otro apartamento mucho mas moderno, que nada tenia que ver con el nuestro.

• Ky (10/5): Lovely apartment - Lovely apartment, very clean, we had everything we needed and the washer/drier were a lovely touch, and it meant we got the washing done before we came home. Blanket on the balcony was a nice tough and lots of game and books. It was constantly heated and the water was hot. Super comfortable bed aswell, we both had three good sleeps. We had difficulty finding it several times and had to book a taxi one night despite being about two minutes away, even the taxi driver agreed it was "complicated" and our driver for our Auschwitz tour turned up at a completely different plac, Google maps doesn't pick it up at all. It took us on a 13 minute detour to the wrong address which was frustrating, so 30 minutes of unecessary walking, and especially after a 3 hour wait at passport control and the end result was missing our river cruise. A photo of the front of the building would perhaps be useful. I messaged to ask for help and was sent a unreadable picture of a PC screen with entrance codes etc and found them quite rude.

• Carla (7/5): - La posizione era perfetta. Si poteva raggiungere il centro a piedi e inoltre il quartiere ebraico è molto giovanile e con tanti locali. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e grazie a lui abbiamo anche prenotato il servizio di trasporto dall' aeroporto all' appartamento e viceversa e anche andata e ritorno per la miniera di sale ad un ottimo prezzo. Facile da raggiungere e sotto l ' appartamento c'è era un supermercato molto fornito. L' appartamento era bello con due soppalchi per le camere. Purtroppo il tavolo del soggiorno non era molto funzionale, si teneva per miracolo , andrebbe sostituito però c è una penisola con sgabelli per poter mangiare. Il divano letto è adatto ad un bambino e non un adulto perché non era molto lungo e tra l'altro anche questo non proprio funzionale. C era ahimè molta polvere in giro per la casa.

• Jorge (6/5): Por ese precio, no volvería - La casa era muy bonita La televisión tenía mas años que el sol, sin netflix y solo emisión en polaco, (la idea no es ver la tele cuando vas de viaje, pero si te pilla mal tiempo y quieres descansar un poco, pues te toca mirar el techo) la calefacción no se podía regular y nos hubiera gustado un poco mas de calor y la del baño…. Ni siquiera funcionaba, hacía bastante frío para ducharse

• bianca (10/5): Würde ich nochmal buchen 10/10 - Wir waren vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag zufrieden. Lage war gut. Vom BHF bis zur Unterkunft waren es 3km, ca 5€ mit Uber. Ansonsten waren wir nur zu Fuß unterwegs. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht. Wir haben sogar kochen können. Wobei die Restaurants sehr zu empfehlen sind. Fernseher hatte sogar Netflix und Prime- wobei wir unseren Account benutzt haben. Es war sauber, warm im Winter, und or hatten keine Probleme mit dem Check in und out. Es hatte sogar eine Spülmaschine. Kann man auf jeden Fall machen! Das Bett für zwei ist ok, größer wäre schöner. Aber das ist eine persönliche Einschätzung.

Very clinical and little character. Only one pillow each and we had to use sofa cushions. It's a shame that a double duvet is not an option, only two single. There were coffee making facilities but no coffee or tea. Shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, but no shower gel.
