- Carol (10/5): 3 very happy days in a special place. - Our 3 days were just perfect. The owners were extremely friendly, helpful and caring. The hotel is in an area of outstanding natural beauty if you enjoy walking . Nearby Falun mine and Carl Larsson' s home added to our stay and we hope to return one day to explore further.

- Celina (7/5): Cozy, traditional winter wonderland - The house has a nice traditional style with many cozy details. It is located next to a lake and near a road so easy to reach by car. Great location, super friendly staff, traditional but clean, warm and cozy rooms. They did have lactose free cow milk which is good for those with intolerances. I am vegan and there were very little plant based options at breakfast despite writing an email beforehand. I do understand that on the country side it is not as common but it would be great with some more plant based options also from a sustainability perspective.

- Daniel (10/5): The hotel is absolutely recommendable. - Malin was a wonderful host! she and Elisabeth were friendly and had a lot of tips what to do in the area and also in Falun. the breakfast. is. awesome! We felt really comfortable and cozy just like being home. We extended our stay because we liked it so much! -

Fantastic breakfast buffet with local and homemade products. Hotel itself and its rooms packed with charm. Staff is warm and friendly. Since a few years also open during winter and a great place for family lunches or dinners. New owner is entrepreneurial and we are pleasantly surprised by all the improvements every time we return. Bedding is functional, could be upgraded (mattress & pillows)
