La zona tranquila con muy buena ubicación por estar cerca de la estación y a 10 cuadras del centro que podías caminar tranquilamente. Estuvimos 3 noches con mi hija y la pasamos genial. Enzo estuvo atento a todo... gracias
• Sana (10/5): - Дуже гарне та комфортне помешкання яке зручно розташоване біля вокзалу. Відвідували наприкінці березня, в помешканні було сухо і тепло, ліжко зручне, є все необхідне. Приємним бонусом є сніданок у кафе неподалік. Власник Enzo дуже ввічлива уважна людина.

• Proven (9/5): - La comodidad, la limpieza, todo funcionaba correctamente, Lo único que puedo objetar que cuando llegue me comunique con el administrador y repentinamente mí teléfono quedó sin señal, y al escribir de otro número nunca me contestó. Recién pude comunicarme cuando mi línea volvió a funcionar.

• Fabian (9/5): Departamento acogedor en Lecce - Muy linda y limpia, con todas Las comodidades Las escaleras para acceder ala propiedad, por qué si estás con problemas en las rodillas o tenes problemas de movilidad no está bueno Y supongo que una ver finalizada la obra de la estación de ferrocarril, el acceso a la misma será mucho más sencillo llegar caminando a ella

• Lucia (8/5): Lindo departamento si vas con auto. - El departamento está en la primera planta de un edificio antiguo, en una especie de barrio en el cual hay varios edificios de las mismas características, está reciclado y en buenas condiciones. Esto fue bueno porque había lugar para estacionar sin problemas y gratis. Tiene todas las comodidades, está relativamente cerca del centro de Lecce (unas 15 cuadras) y el lugar para desayunar -un café y 1 crossaint o similar - está a unas 9 cuadras, lo cual no está muy bueno. En el departamento hay para cocinar, lo esencial pero es suficiente, la cama es cómoda y estaba todo limpio. El problema que tuve fue la falta de agua caliente en la ducha durante toda mi estadía, noches frescas en las cuales una buena ducha caliente hubiera sido ideal. A tener en cuenta, bordea el paredón de la estación de tren, de noche es muy solitario, no tuve inconvenientes pero no me pareció ideal. Que el dueño no se preocupó demasiado por la falta de agua caliente durante todos los días, estuve 3 noches. Me bañé con agua fría. El desayuno podría ser un poco más completo (solo daban 1 café y un crossaint o similar). Y además la puerta de entrada al edificio estaba siempre abierta, no me pareció inseguro, pero tampoco es lo adecuado.
• Miriam (6/5): Empfehlenswert für einen Kurztrip! - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Für unseren Geschmack fehlte es ein bisschen an Gemütlichkeit. Aber es war alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben alles zu Fuß erledigt. Das Auto konnten wir kostenlos direkt vor der Haustüre parken. Die Umgebung hat uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen. Aber das ist einfach Geschmacksache.

• _Urlauber (9/5): Kurz-Trip - Das Zimmer ist wirklich sehr schön, geräumig, modern eingerichtet und es war alles sauber! Unser Auto konnten wir auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz vor dem Haus parken. Zu Fuß ist man in 10-15 Minuten in der Altstadt. Wir haben alle Informationen per WhatsApp bekommen. Für das Frühstück haben wir eine Adresse zu einem kleinem Kaffeehaus bekommen, wo wir Kaffe und frische Croissants bekommen haben. Im Zimmer gab es auch eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Fensterläden waren geschlossen als wir kamen und leider defekt, sodass wir diese nicht öffnen konnten. Da wir aber ohnehin nur eine Nacht waren, hat uns das nicht gestört. Sonst war alles Tip Top!

• Tomasz (10/5): Miło, przyjemnie, czysto, cicho, idealnie wypocząłem :) - Miejsce pierwsza klasa, zarówno czystość jak i wyposażenie na dobrym poziomie - niczego nie brakuje. Niedaleko centrum, bardzo blisko dworca kolejowego. No i śniadanko w cenie w pobliskiej kawiarni - idealnie po drodze do centrum miasta. No a jak ktoś lubi pizze to niedaleko jest super kameralna pizzeria dla lokalsów - Pan Antonio mistrz - najlepsza margerita ever za rozsądną kasą. Polecam ! Dla kogoś kto lubi poza kawą pić herbatę to brak czajnika, ale mi osobiście nie był potrzebny :)

• Angelika (10/5): Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - 10 min Fußweg in die Bar, wo das Frühstück serviert wird - hier beginnt auch die Altstadt. Frühstück einfach aber gut (Croissant, Kaffee und wenn man Flasche Wasser oder Orangensaft dazubestellt, sagt auch keiner was). Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür, sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Ist wie eine Mini Wohnung, mit kleiner Küche und sogar Fernseher, Mikrowelle. Bad ist modern und Klima funktioniert prima. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber (Kontaktloser und somit flexibler Check-In/Out möglich). Matratze war uns zu hart, aber das ist Geschmackssache

• Parodi (7/5): - Struttura molto carina e moderna con molti servizi in cucina (abbiamo trovato acqua fresca e ghiacciata per il mare e snack, caffè, sale, zucchero, thè ecc; mancava però l'olio). Host gentile e disponibile. Ottima colazione inclusa presso un bar convenzionato dove si possono mangiare ottimi prodotti locali. L'appartamento era in generale molto pulito tranne la doccia dove abbiamo trovato parecchi capelli di ospiti precedenti sulle pareti... L'appartamento non era situato in una bella posizione, comoda per il centro ma degradata.

• Adrian Melesteu (8/5): - Everything was almost brand new, in was spacious, it was clean, nice shower. Had everything you need for a city break. It was a little far from the historic city center, about a 20min walk and about a 15min walk to the train or bus station. Also, the breakfast is served in a location about a 15min walk from the property.
• Hong (8/5): Very good - The facilities in the room are very new and well-equipped. It's a little far from the center of Lecce, and it's surrounded by free parking spaces. I contacted the landlord's information all the way, but I didn't meet him. It was a little noisy around at night. I hope there will be some introductions of lecce scenic spots and restaurants.

• James (9/5): Tagghiate house - Great location for us near the train station. Very quiet and tidy. Loved the vaulted ceiling. Breakfast served at Rocky bar had a nice selection of sweet or savory. Enzo was easy to work and very accommodating. No problems encountered.
• Michał (10/5): Exceptional - Variety of equipment, I was only missing an electric kettle, but there was a pot, beside that plenty of other stuff and few small features that made the stay better like very useful lighting in the bathroom. Place is close to train station, but it was very quiet. There was also plenty of free parking space in front of the house. We visited Lecce in mid November, so it was chilly and heating was not always working, but we take advantage of AC.

Very good communication with Enzo. For someone it could be a little bit noisy during the evening, you hear the front door and sounds from street. But nothing terrible :)
• Aleksei (10/5): Exceptional - The house is situated in not touristic district, just behind the railway. But it's very quiet, and there are only 5-10 minutes to Lecce centre and station. The apartment is very cosy: large bright room with own bathroom and kitchen. The breakfast is prepared in the bar, just 10 minutes from the house, on the way to the city centre. It was my first experience to live in the apartments, and I actually like it Nothing

• Sude (10/5): Exceptional - First of all we wanted a cheap yet clean accomodation.When we first saw this place we were a little skeptical because there were no reviews at all.But we decided to book it anyway which i am really happy about it. I can %100 recommend this place to anyone. The room was extrem clean,full with everything you could need (kitchen,bathroom,bedroom...) and they put lovely teas,coffee,brioches and water for you which was really thoughtful.Enzo,our host,was really nice and made our trip easier, so i am thanking him for that.Like i sad me and my boyfriend had a wonderful trip in Lecce and this house really made it more positive,definetly recommend it!

Everything was perfect!
