• 蕾蕾 (10/5): 地鐵10、5號都有電梯對於有帶行李的朋友非常方便。出口6號就在樓下，超商都很方便 - 地點也很犯規，走路約 3分鐘就到道頓堀，白天血拼、晚上黑門市場過個馬路就到，市場內有24 小時超市吃宵夜善加利用飯店的廚房煎起和牛太太太方便了，下回仍會選擇這裡

Logement très bien équipé et calme (côté cours). Lits confortables. Propreté : Mes enfants faisaient tomber souvent leurs jouets sous les meubles, ce qui nous a fait constater que le ménage n’était pas fait sous les lits et sous les canapés.

• Mylen Amor (10/5): - Our stay at the hotel was excellent and very convenient. It had all the amenities we needed, which made our trip comfortable and hassle-free. The location was a major highlight—being close to Dotonbori made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the area. We also really appreciated having FamilyMart and 7-Eleven right between the buildings, which was perfect whenever we needed to grab a quick bite or essentials. The metro station was just two buildings away, making it very easy for us to travel to different places we wanted to visit. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, giving us lots of dining options. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience and accessibility.

• suraphun (10/5): - ที่พักทำเลดีมาก ใกล้กับโดทงโบริ ข้างล่างมี7-11 ใกล้ๆกันมี familymart และร้านยาโยอิ ซึ่งเปิดตลอด 24ชม ครอบครัวเราไปพัก 8คืน ทานอาหารเช้าที่ร้านยาโยอิเกือบทุกวันสะดวกมากๆครับ ภายในห้องพักมีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน สะอาด เตียงนอนสบาย มีเครื่องซักผ้าและน้ำยาซักผ้าให้ด้วย เราซักผ้าและตากผ้าในห้องน้ำซึ่งมีระบบลมร้อนและราวตากผ้าให้ด้วย ตากผ้าตอนกลางคืน ตอนเช้าผ้าก็แห้งแล้ว ห้องพักมีขนาดใหญ่กว้างขวางเมื่อเทียบกับที่พักโรงแรมในทำเลเดียวกัน แอดมินตอบข้อสงสัยได้รวดเร็วครับ

The service only provides a simple check for our hot water supply system, and say sorry every equipment is normal.

• Jirajesada (8/5): - การเดินทางมาที่พักค่อนข้างสะดวก เนื่องจากอยู่ใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟมาก สามารถขึ้นทางออกหมายเลข 10 (ทางออกที่มีลิฟ) แล้วข้ามถนนด้านบนมาที่พัก หากเป็นบันได ขึ้นทางออกหมายเลข 6 ค่ะ ที่พีกอยู่ใกล้ร้านสะดวกซื้อ และร้านอาหารมากค่ะ อุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ครบครัน มีเตารีดไอน้ำ เครื่องซักผ้า และที่ตากทั้งด้านในและนอกห้อง ดีมากๆค่ะ สามารถแจ้งดปลี่ยนผ้าเช็คตัวได้ สามวันครั้ง ผ่าน wechat ได้เลยค่ะความสะอาดห้องพักถือว่าค่อนข้างดีค่ะ จะมีเสียงรถจากภายนอกเข้ามาค่อนข้างเยอะค่ะ อาจจะต้องใส่ที่ปิดหูหากเป็นคนหลับยาก และเตียงที่ค่อนข้างนุ่มนิ่มไปหน่อยค่ะ นอนไม่ค่อยสบายเท่าไร

Comfy beds, kitchen facilities and washing machine is a plus. Because right on main street it is very noisy. Awakened few times through the night by siren, go carts revving....heavy traffic.

• Leonie (8/5): Very central and decent accommodation - We were a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 adult-sized teens. The flat we had was on the 8th floor. I was sent all the info on checking in online beforehand, which was great and very helpful as it was all step-by-step guides. There was loads of things like tea, toothbrushes etc available in the lobby to help yourself to. The flat itself was nice with a separate bedroom area, which was lovely and made it not as cramped as when it's all in one room. There was loads of storage too, which was great to put our coats as well as luggage away. The beds were comfortable too and the blackout blinds worked well. We also had a balcony! Location was unbelievably good, so close to Dotonbori and Namba, generally super central. It was a 10mn walk or less to Namba, which takes you straight to Shin-Osaka for the shinkansen. Overall, it was great! The cleaning wasn't the best, as in there were some hairs here and there but frankly, it didn't bother me much and it was clean enough for us, so a very minor thing. It was on occasion very noisy. Being next door to the highway, we had one night where there were a lot of ambulances with the sirens on for ages (they don't seem to turn them off in the dead of night?) which woke us up. But out of 4 nights, it was a problem for one night, so again, it was a minor inconvenience.

• Berit (6/5): Comfortable in a great location - Great location, super comfy beds and very helpful staff when we needed to discuss early check in, late check out etc. Room is quite tired and smells damp/very old. Considering the location though and size I’d say it’s good value for money.

• 良 (8/5): - 我住802號房是一間小公寓，地點非常好不論是交通,飲食,逛街,購物都非常方便，幾乎每到晚上都會有改裝車拉轉油門呼嘯而過聲音大到就算你住在巷子內還是會聽到，10點過後就比較沒有了，雖然房間較老舊但沒有網路上看到的清潔不當或異味問題，不過確實有些電器設施是壞掉的，因熱水器容量不大要時時注意是否處於滿水位，否則容易遇到洗澡沒熱水，所以只要顯示沒有滿水位我就會按下加熱開關，住宿點附近都是餐廳很香但很多油煙，洗好的衣服不適會晒在室外或陽台，基本上都晒在衣櫃中，因冬天較乾燥經過一整天大多會乾，可以多付一些衣架晒衣服用，整體而言住宿體驗是好的。 不算討厭只是單純分享,住宿空間是狹長形寢室無法放行李只能放在廚房，因廚房空間有擺桌椅開三個行李箱已是極限，且會會影響走路動線，建議可換成可收納式桌椅改善此問題也比較方便。

• 하성은 (10/5): 위치도 좋고 시설도 추천추천 - 도톤보리랑 완전가깝고 숙소도 일본숙소치고 넓어서 너무 만족했어요 !! 냉장고에 전 사람이 먹던 빵이 남아있었긴 하지만 ^^... 침대도 폭신폭신 밖에 차소리가 많이 들린다고 후기에 적혀있던데 구급차 소리 등 많이 나긴 했는데 잘 때는 안 들렸어요 ! 테이블도 있고 취사도 가능해서 근처 마트에서 현지 식재료로 해 먹으니 아주 만족했습니다!! 창문이나 베란다에 방충망이 없어서 환기하는데 벌레 들어올까봐 무서웠어요 .. 그리고 부엌에서 방으로 가는 길 조명이 깜빡깜빡해서 화장하는데 좀 어두웠답니당 803호 후기에 안 좋은 글이 많아서 아니길 바랬는데 803호가 걸렸슨.. 걱정과 달리 냄새는 안 나서 잘 사용했습니다. 그리고 수건을 빨아써야 돼서 그건 좀 별로였지만 가격대비 크기, 위치 다 만족해서 다음에도 오고싶어요 !

Had towels and coat hangers to air dry the clothes Seamless check in and check out. Via tablet Good location There was mold on the sink sponge holder. There was mold around the kitchen facet. Cutlery wasnt 100% clean when we arrived. A window was missing a curtain Ooze was coming out of the wall. Outside our window there was used underwear, cigerates and rubbish left within a metre of the window. The shampoo and conditioner super old, and conditioner having a hard crusted layer. Quilt sheets had tears on the side of them and so the quilts kept coming out Bathroom shower is small/short. Had to bend down to get head under (173cm tall) and pressure was okay at best. Felt like a 2 star hotel at best.
• 林 (10/5): 住很舒服！警笛聲音很煩，購物交通都非常方便！推薦一家人來住，可以一次睡6-8人都不擠 - 非常大又舒適的空間！交通方便，離道頓堀、心齋橋、千日前都非常近，去難波車站要搭車去機場也很快 附近有消防隊據點還是驚察局之類的，很常半夜響警笛會讓人緊張是不是有什麼事情，而且剛入住遇到有人誤觸火警警報，搞得半夜走樓梯逃生演練

• CHIA HUI (9/5): 空間夠大，也有儲物掛衣的櫃子，客廳房間分區使用覺得非常棒，衛浴跟廁所分開超讚👍🏻 - 地理位置真的超棒！有多件行李可以從10號出口坐電梯，過一個馬路就到了，樓下就有7-11，也有營業到晚上12點的定食餐廳，床很舒服，也很乾淨，洗衣精洗碗精都有提供，非常厲害的住宿，希望可以提供體重機在公共樓層區域，讓房客秤重行李，因為地理位置真的太好購物了🤣🤣🤣浴室抽風很厲害，早上曬衣服 ，晚上回來都乾了！入住這間真的可以不用帶太多衣服！衣架很多，也有夾子的曬衣架，鍋碗瓢盆，刀叉筷子湯匙都有！ 入住的房間，熱水有固定的使用量，用完要等到隔天才會有熱水，第一天入住不知道，孩子們太開心買了沐浴球泡澡，後面大人要洗澡才發現沒有熱水了🤣🤣🤣，熱水量正常洗的水量是夠一家四口用的！！

Havalimanından bir aktarmayla otele rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz. Nipponbashi metro istasyonunun hemen üzerinde bir otel. TV de netflix ve youtube olması otelin artısı diyebilirim. Odalar genel olarak temizlenmiş. Detaylı bir temizlik yapılmadığını gördüm. Özellikle mutfaktaki koltukların örtüleri özellikle çok tozluydu. Yatak altları tozluydu. Biz temizledik. Tek kullanımlık plastik bardakların yerine cam konulmalı bence.

• Avy (9/5): - 地點方便 過條馬路已經日本橋站 行去道頓堀只5分鐘 樓下24小時食肆 隔離7仔 房又夠大 放晒三個行李仲有好多位行 三個人住夠有餘 有卡位飯枱 廚房有焗爐微波爐雪櫃 廁所獨立唔會阻住沖涼刷牙 沖涼乾濕分開 有埋洗衣機同洗衣液 好齊全 除左有啲舊但可接受 位置已完勝
• Songphol (8/5): - ทำเลที่พักสะดวก เดินทางถึงได้ง่าย ใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยว เดินทางไปตามสถานที่ต่างๆได้ง่ายจากที่พัก การไม่มีแม่บ้านทำความสะอาดอาจทำให้ไม่สะดวกนิดหน่อย แล้วต้องแยกขยะกับจัดการเรื่องความสะอาดเอง แล้วผ้าเช็ดตัวไม่มีการเปลี่ยนตลอดการเข้าพัก
• Go (8/5): It was a perfectly decent stay for the family. - I like the location of the place. It was near Dotonbori and the Kuromon market. It was near the MRT station which was perfect. I didn’t like that the hot water supply was regulated to one hour a day. In the middle of taking a shower, the water suddenly becomes cold which was terrible because we went there during winter.

• Emilie (8/5): - Bien situé pour les sorties nocturnes, à côté du métro, tres proche de Dontonburi, sécurisé. Bruyant la nuit avec la voie rapide et les bolides qui vrombissent toute la nuit. Pas super propre.

• Sarah (7/5): - Location was perfect. The amount of space was fantastic. Separate sleeping to living areas were great. Washing machine was handy. Bed was extremely comfy. Bit old and tired. Our unit had very uncomfortable couches. We couldn’t get the front entry code to work, so had to follow people in each time.
