• Marie (9/5): Would stay there again. - Great location. Host was excellent- gave us lots of recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, services in the area. Easy check in with the help of the neighbour. Grounds were lovely, good view. We (seniors) found the circular stairway difficult to manoeuvre.

• Dotan (10/5): - We had the best time ever! We are a family of four and we stayed at the Maisonette during the last days of our 12 day vacation. Loucas went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and that we would enjoy our stay. He was present when we arrived, answered every question we had, provided useful recommendations and altogether was extremely friendly and helpful. The place itself exceeded our exceptions. The view to the beach is great, and its only a four minute walk to a gorgeous beach nearby. The apartment is super clean, well equipped with everything you need, and is simply perfect. We had s hard time leaving this place and can't wait to return. We all ranked it 10/10! What's not to like?!

Il proprietario, Loucas, molto gentile e disponibile incluso i genitori che abitano vicino. L'unico neo (del quale non è responsabile il proprietario), è la statale tra la casa e il mare per il rumore del passaggio auto.
• Cleia (10/5): Stunning, peaceful place - The house is beautiful, very close to the beach and restaurants. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time. Not a problem for us but if you are looking for a live place, there isn't a place. It's very quiet but beautiful. If you want to have a quiet and peaceful time don't hesitate.
• Omid (9/5): Great cozy location next to the sea - The place is very spacious, just to the required good spec. The kitchen and Reception are neat and tick all boxes, balconies are a definite plus If I am to pick on anything, I can say that the staircase could have been built slightly better but that's all. It may be unsafe for a family or someone with moving difficulties.
• Amir (10/5): A Truly Special Stay – Felt Like Home! - I’ve rented many places in the area over the years, but this is the first time it genuinely felt like a home. The traditional sea view mansion is not only beautiful, but also incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully set up. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The owner, Loucas, is an absolute gem – warm, helpful, and genuinely invested in making your stay perfect. The house itself has everything you could want: a fully functioning kitchen, two clean and convenient washrooms, a cozy living area with a great TV, and reliable internet. But the real highlight? That absolutely stunning sea view. Photos don’t do it justice – waking up to it every morning was a dream. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, charm, and a real sense of home, this is it. We’ll definitely be back.

• Camille (10/5): Great experience in an accomodation that feels like home - The host is very kind and very communicative via whatsapp. All instructions were perfect. The maisonnette is large: living area, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, all on the spacious lower level, with a large outside terrace with a very nice view on the sea. It is modern, clean and very well equiped: large TV, wifi, nespresso machine, fridge, airconditioning, laundry machine etc. On the first level (entry level) there are two bedrooms and bathroom. On that level there is also a balcony with sea view. Every day we sat on the outside terrace on the lower level in the morning and afternoon, although it was December/January. It felt like being at home (but with better weather and sea view :-)) so the 10 nights that we were there passed too quickly. We came by plane and rental car, which could be perfectly parked in the street in front of the house. From Saronida you can easily drive around to all villages nearby (Palaia Fokaia, Sounio, Lavrio, Keratea) and also go to Glyfada or Athens. Or just stay at home, which offers calmth and rest, which we looked for. I could even do remote working via the secure wifi .. but not too much, it was vacation :-). Earlier, in April, we were in Athens, but decided to escape the hectic of that city during our next visit, which became Saronida. We are very happy to have done this, and especially in this maisonette. We will definitely come back to this address later this year!

• Zoltan (10/5): Nice and comfortable apartment in good location is absolutely perfect for a family vacation - Very well-equipped, comfortable, spacious and very clean apartment with two terraces lookout to the sea. The location was the best for our family: several sandy and slowly deepening beaches can be reached within a few minutes walk, Athen is with car and with metro in 40 minutes, airport in 30 minutes distance.
