• Alan (8/5): Great - We stayed 4 nights in El Nido and overall had a very good experience. The hotel location was excellent, very close to the center with everything nearby. The staff was available 24/7, always smiling and helpful. Breakfast was simple but effective and enjoyable. We also had no issues at all with water or electricity during our stay, everything worked perfectly. The hotel advertised free Wi-Fi, but it was unfortunately not accessible from the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the bed sheets were quite small for a double bed, almost like single-bed sheets, so the comfort during the night could have been better. Aside from that, everything went well.

Not as expensive as others Bathroom was clean Breakfast was passable They were nice enough to give us a better room with window and balcony for same price. Previous room didnt have a window or balcony. They gave us iron and hairdryer when needed Many, many and i mean many bugs/ants in the room. We had to buy bug spray and would spray everyday in the room. They dont have blankets. They gave us bedsheets ro cover ourselves. Noisy room but its expected as you are in town centre Mold in the room walls and roof AC took time to cool up the room All plug sockets didnt work

• Quiamco (10/5): Worth every penny. - Conveniently located to the center of El Nido. Accessible to everything one may need like ATM, pizza's available as you order inside the bldng. Strong running water but not drinkable. Staffs are amazing even the owner Madam Virginia❤️!

• Pilar (6/5): - La ubicación es muy buena La habitación ni siquiera tiene ventana, ni hablar de frigobar. Estuvimos ocho noches y solo dos veces nos pudimos bañar con agua caliente. No limpian la habitación, no te dan botellas de agua. Las primeras dos noches estuvimos sin wifi y no se hacían cargo, decían q estaba roto y no sabían cuando iba a andar. Tuvimos que hacer el reclamo a booking y recién ahí lo arreglaron. La sábana era mucho más chica que la cama y no nos dejaron frazada, tuvimos que pedir en recepción

• Federico Ciro (3/5): Si può fare di meglio - La posizione,centrale e vicino a tutti i confort. Staff gentile e abbastanza disponibile Camera pulita e cambio asciugamani ogni 2 giorni dal proprio arrivo. Possibilità di richiedere un tuk tuk in qualsiasi momento Pareti molto sottili, abbiamo avuto problemi a dormire a causa dei rumori provenienti dalle stanze adiacenti. La stanza appena entri si presenta pulita il problema è la presenza perenne di insetti come formiche, zanzare e blatte. Siamo andati avanti acquistando insetticida che si trova facilmente per il paese, solo con questo siamo riusciti ad avere tregua. Mancanza di phon per capelli (l’ho dovuto richiedere) e presenza di solo due asciugamani per doccia (delle volte macchiati) nessun asciugamano per il viso. Acqua fredda ed estremamente lenta.

Nos comentaron que el sistema funciona con paneles solares, por lo que en días nublados puede haber inconvenientes. De todos modos, nos asistieron con un termo y un balde.

• Nathan (8/5): Overall, fairly basic but had everything we needed for a few days and helpful staff - The check in was easy, the room was large and breakfast served was basic but nice and the view of the mountain from the rooftop is stunning. We could book tours, transport and mopeds via the main desk and we had no issues at all. The location is right in the centre of El Nido town with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance which was great. The Wi-Fi in the room is basically non existent, but in the common areas its fine. Not really an issue as we had local sim cards but just worth noting. The rooms facing the main street are extremely loud, as most places in the Philippines, single glazed windows and loud mopeds/traffic don't really mix, however, if you bring some ear plugs its fine.

• Ivana (9/5): - Hotellet motsvarar priset. Det är inget "wau", men det är rent, sängen är bekväm, och badrummet är prydligt och anständigt. Frukosten är inte så stor i mängd, men jag bad om mer och fick det. Det fanns valmöjligheter, men för mig var det inte tillräckligt, så jag bad om mer mat. Personalen är underbar och hjälpsam, jag kunde lämna min väska eftersom mitt nästa flyg var kl. 18. Allt är nära, både caféer, restauranger och platser för aktiviteter.. Mitt flyg var försenat, så istället för att komma vid 21:00 kom jag vid 12 på natten, och de välkomnade mig utan problem. Vad jag inte gillade var tuppen som gjorde att jag inte kunde sova. Men det var inte hotellets fel, utan snarare grannarnas. :D Ta med öronproppar.

• Andreas G. HH (9/5): - Sehr engagiertes Team. Hilfsbereit und immer sehr freundlich. Lage ist sehr gut und trotzdem ausreichend ruhig. Zum Strand sind es gut 150m Cafés, Restaurant und der große Supermarkt direkt in der Umgebung. Rollerverleih wird ebenfalls unkompliziert angeboten. Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist hier sehr gut.

• Ovidiu (1/5): Look for another place to stay - Was close to the city center There is no hot water to shower, asking the lady first day telling me that the maintenance guy need to come, the next day there is no pressure then looking at the last reviews there was no hot water not even last year, they are not cleaning the hotel, the rooms the hallway, there are no windows in the rooms, full of mould, full of rust in the bedroom is a fake announcement on booking, tv doesn’t work

No towels change, meaning, if you do not ask you have wet towels for the entire stay. Poor breakfast choice- you only can choose one dish, only instant coffee and water is available and we noticed that only third day of stay since no one told us where to get these. Very noisy - direct between main streets where motorbikes drive all night long. Wifi connection was very poor, it did not work in the room, so we need to stay outside near balcony to catch some signal.

• Carl (7/5): Did the job, very typical of local accommodations - The accommodation was very central for organising day trips to the islands. The breakfast was well organised and filling, with options for all standard diets. The comfort room is one area for the shower / toilet but the floor dried quickly. It was a good sleep with ear plugs The room is based on a concrete construction, meaning no WiFi or cell coverage except through the door, which was where all the noise came in. My room was by the stairs so I got the noise from all floors

• Mr-icognito (10/5): Good stay - The hotel was how I expected it according to the value I paid. I travel a lot and I have now a sense of how much I should pay everywhere. The stuff was very helpful in regards of a issue we had. And we enjoyed talking to the kind women with the baby during breakfast (I assume she was one of the owner but not sure). At the reception we had sometimes communication issues using english but at the end we managed to understand all, just mentioning, not complaining. Room were very clean and they are close to restaurants and party (not to close that it is annoying) I had troubles using my lock on the door, but that was more me not used to that system :)

• Andrea (7/5): Budget-friendly accommodation in El Nido with great location but facilities needing improvement - - Superb location as everything is within walking distance and accessible within the El Nido town proper. - Building and room was clean when we stayed and loved the view of the limestone cliff at the rooftop where guests have their breakfast. - The breakfast is also good too especially their pancakes although the accompanying coffee needs improvement. - Staff were also warm and accommodating - Poor Wi-Fi in the rooms especially in the night. Needed to go to the common area to have a stable connection. - Water running out during one time during our stay - Shower and tap water made me breakout. First time to happen to me ever since traveling and considering I already visited El Nido before and didn't have the same experience. - No balcony for the room we booked where we can dry our wet clothes. Needed to go to the common balcony area to dry our clothes. - Our booked room is a bit too small to be shared by two people and best fits only one person. - The cabinet in our room was shaking and not sturdy everytime we will use it. Plus, the hooks beside it and the one in the bathroom were also broken. Add up the sliding window too which was too difficult to open the right side. - Not much accompanying toiletries

• Avi (1/5): Bad hotel, not recommended - The place is rated 6.5. This place is maybe for backpackers but not as a hotel. We stayed there for four nights and they didn't clean the room even once. I am 73 y.o guy and stayed on the 3rd Floor without having a lift. Water was running slow and hot water you could hardly have, only some at night time. Probably I'm not counting with Booking if they don't put a lift in the categories.

Never again! - - Location in a heart of El Nido - Good Wi-fi - Nice view from highest floor balcony - No insects in a room We booked most expensive room in this hotel and we were totally dissapointed! -Room was dirty. The door handle was sticky. Hair in bathroom. Spots on mirror. - No cleaning for 6 nights. Our bedsheets and towels weren't changed. - We even didn't have hand soap. Woman on reception said that shampoo is 3-in-1 and we need to use it for hands, body and head. - Pink spots on pillows and towels. - We booked room for 2 adults and 1 child, but we had breakfast only for 2. - If you are vegan - you will be hungry. - Noisy.

• Matthias (3/5): Poor - We were impressed upon first arriving at this accommodation, as it seamed clean and friendly. That quickly ended! IT WAS EXTREMELY NOISY AT NIGHT. we heard a loud radio playing all night across the street. It was a sermon , religious content. Extremely loud to the point you couldn’t sleep. We stayed 4 days, 3 nights and ran out of toilet paper. We had to request more. On the 3rd day, we asked for a room clean and fresh towels, and we NEVER received it. By the time we left the hotel, our towels were damp and stinky, the floors were filthy and we just wanted to leave to a cleaner space. The ladies were a bit lazy and would rather play on their phones at the front desk, versus cleaning. The sink was plugged and water drained extremely slowly over hours. This created quite a buildup of garbage in the sink after my husband shaved, we brushed our teeth, etc. The breakfast was a BIG letdown! We did not even bother to eat our last breakfast, as it was so terrible. The second day we found hair in our food. Black curly hair… YUMMY! I would NOT stay here again. I stripped the bed before leaving and seen that the mattress had terrible stains on it. Stains that we did NOT leave.
