• Frank (9/5): - Schönes, sehr zentral gelegenes 1 Zimmer-Apartment in einer Seitengasse der Fußgängerzone. Alles neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Die Apartments befinden sich ca. 100 m vom Hotel entfernt. Vor der Anreise fordert das Hotel zur Zahlung des Übernachtungspreises plus 100 Euro Kaution über einen Link auf, der uns nicht bekannt war. Über einen Link zu einem Bezahlsystem, das nicht einmal Chatgpt bekannt war. Das Hotel hat uns nach einem Schriftwechsel dann ermöglicht, vor Ort einchecken und per Kreditkarte bezahlen zu können, was an der professionell besetzten Rezeption sehr gut abgewickelt wurde. Rückerstattung der Kaution erfolgte unverzüglich auf die Kreditkarte.

El aseo tiene dnde poner bolsa de aseo, varios colgadores de toallas , bidé y hasta un taburete q a las personas mayores les viene muy bien. Está en una calle peatonal q da a la calle más céntrica de Almería Me gustó todo.

• Ricardo Luzuriaga (7/5): Falta de delicadeza - La piscina, las instalaciones, limpieza y orden La señorita del primer turno, no fue prolija al momento de guiarme a mis habitaciones, ella me indicó que subiera por el ascensor para buscar la.habitacion 231 y obviamente al estar en el otro edificio nunca lo encontré y cuando bajé y pregunté, ella me, dijo que era en el otro edificio, lo cual dudo porque me dio una mala información que subí al ascensor y no evito que me fuera al lugar equivocado, lo cual me hizo sentir mal y además estaba muy cansado por el viaje.

• Jane (9/5): High spec, good quality & great value - We stayed 2 separate nights in 2 different Torreluz apartments. The 1st suite was perfect: on an upper floor, spacious & quiet. Very well equipped kitchenette, comfy mattresses & good quality linen, plenty of towels & toiletries. I especially liked having body lotion available & a bidet. The 2nd suite was on ground floor on the corner of the building & smaller. That would have been fine, but there was a bar/cafe opposite that was quite noisy with customers chatting & the double glazed windows didn't block the noise. Luckily it was a Sunday night so the cafe closed early evening, but if it had been a Saturday then I imagine it would have disturbed us.

• Catrin (10/5): Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen! - Das Apartment war sehr schön, ruhig und gut ausgestattet, mit gut funktionierender Heizung (Klimaanlage). Die Lage war super in der Altstadt. Man konnte in 50 m Entfernung im Hotel New Torreluz für 10€ sehr gut frühstücken. Hier hat man sich auch angemeldet und die Schlüsselkarte fürs Apartment bekommen. Fürs (frühe) Abendessen war die Bodega y Mar in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Auto konnte auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus nach Reservierung eines Parkplatzes für 15,45€ abgestellt werden. Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit!

• Jesus (8/5): Un agradable y céntrico alojamiento. - Excelente ubicación. Por otro lado, el estudio es espacioso y las camas muy cómodas, y tiene el equipamiento de cocina imprescindible. Las llaves las recogimos en la recepción del hotel, cuyo personal es muy amable y eficaz, y no tuvimos ningún problema a la hora de acceder al estudio. Nuestro alojamiento estaba en planta baja, lo que tiene sus inconvenientes, de hecho, están realizando obras en las cercanías del alojamiento, y, a pesar, del doble acristalamiento, que aísla el estudio con cierta eficacia, los ruidos producidos por los martillos neumáticos y por las cortadoras de losas son bastantes molestos.

• Alejandro (4/5): Buen sitio, pero mala gestión y te piden fianza fuera de booking - Bonito y práctico Pude entrar a la habitación posteriormente a las 18 horas, cuando debía entrar a las 15 h. Y ello tras tener que ir personalmente a llevar los DDNNII a otro lugar, por fallo de ellos. Además, sin ponerlo en booking, tuve que pagar 100€ más de fianza, que me lo dijeron por email tras hacer la reserva en booking

• Carolina (8/5): Céntrico y cama comodisima - Céntrico. Habitacion amplia, cama grande y muy muy cómoda. El personal que está en el otro hotel y hace el check-in muy amable. El parquímetro del ayuntamiento a 3 min caminando muy cómodo y amplio también. Con cafetera pero sin ninguna cápsula de cortesía, con lo que si llegas de viaje y tienes una cafetera sin café de poco sirve. Solo un enchufe en la mesita para la lamparita. No puedes poner el tlf o la tablet en la mesita. El extractor del wc no funcionaba y el baño no tiene ventana.
• María Teresa (8/5): - Las instalaciones, la limpieza y la ubicación. No me gustó tener que pagar una fianza de la que no había sido advertida. Propongo que aparezca claramente cuando se hace la reserva para poder decidir en consecuencia. Finalmente me la devolvieron mucho antes de lo que dijeron (de 48 a 72 horas me parecía un tiempo excesivo e innecesario). Lo hicieron en menos de 2 horas.

• Antonio Martín R. (8/5): Buen alojamiento. Recomendable - Buena ubicación. El alojamiento es espacioso y cómodo. Tiene todo lo que necesitas. A pesar de que mi apartamento estaba en una planta baja, no había ruido. La recogida de la tarjeta es en un hotel de ellos que esta cerca, pero es en otro sitio. Nadie me avisó así que tuve que hacer un par de viajes cargado con las maletas.

• lut (9/5): Ruime kraaknette kamer in het bruisende stadcentrum van Almería. - Ruime nieuwe kamer met keukentje en grote kledingkast. Vooral de lichting vlak bij de Passeo is zeer aangenaam. Midden in de stad en toch geen overlast van lawaai. Ideaal om de mooie stad Almería te ontdekken en te genieten van de echte tapas cultuur die er nog is. Bij dit gedeelte is geen receptie. Er stonden twee flesjes water in de koelkast (top bij ontvangst) maar misschien zou het fijn zijn om een drankenautomaat in de ontvangsthal te plaatsen.
