La posizione è ottima, praticamente in centro o comunque vicinissima a tutto ciò che può servire: ristoranti, servizi e punti di interesse raggiungibili comodamente. La camera era molto pulita, accogliente e comoda. Anche il bagno impeccabile: pulito, spazioso e con una doccia davvero grande e bellissima, una delle cose che ho apprezzato di più. L’host è stato super gentile e disponibile fin dal primo momento, sempre pronto a rispondere rapidamente ai messaggi e molto generoso nell’aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. Anche lo staff si è dimostrato sempre cordiale e disponibile. La struttura inoltre è dotata di tanti comfort nuovi e funzionali, come lavatrice e asciugatrice, che rendono il soggiorno ancora più pratico, soprattutto per chi si ferma più giorni. La connessione internet funzionava perfettamente anche per lavorare da remoto, cosa per me molto importante. Ci ritornerei? In Albania sì, sempre e comunque. E qui? Assolutamente sì! Il soggiorno è durato troppo poco 😂

Modern design rooms and lighting. Free parking. Very nice and communicative host. Thank you for having us. Shower and toilet shared with another room. To reach a toilet we must pass through a balcony. Host switched our key card and we could not get inside at night. Check if all your cards are working. Host could not speak english. Need to use a translator. Parking 30 meters from a hotel. Otherwise great stay for few nights. But would not recomment to stay here longer.

Lucas (10/5): - Appartement idéalement situé à seulement 500 mètres du centre de Tirana, à proximité immédiate de la place principale, de la mosquée et de toutes les activités du centre-ville. Tout est accessible à pied : restaurants, bars, cafés… Le quartier est sûr et très agréable — le matin, les habitants vous saluent, ce qui rend l’ambiance encore plus chaleureuse. Nous avons été très bien accueillis : le propriétaire est venu nous chercher en voiture et nous a permis de garer gratuitement notre véhicule, ce qui est assez rare à Tirana. Il était ponctuel, très gentil et parle parfaitement anglais. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé : machine à laver, sèche-linge, et même un accueil avec café — sans doute le meilleur que j’ai bu à Tirana ! La décoration est soignée, avec beaucoup de goût. Je recommande sans hésitation. C’est de loin le meilleur appartement que j’ai testé à Tirana jusqu’à présent. Rien

Andin (10/5): Amazing host and perfect location - An extraordinary host, charismatic welcoming polite and responsive in the most good manner and educated way. Cleanliness stop notch facilities and everything else also worth mentioning that the location is almost at the very center of the city basically you can take any Direction from this location it's a super perfect spot. There is nothing not to be liked in this place everything is according to standards and the welcoming is simply amazing.

Fatjon (10/5): - Reasonable price, awesome location near the centre. The staff was amazing, very helpfull and some of the kindest people you can meet during your stay. If you are travelling by car, this property is the one for you , with the parking place which was a garage parking near the property. Calm area, will definitely return for another time!

nikos (10/5): Είναι όλα στα πόδια σου, βρίσκετε μέσα στο κέντρο των Τιράνων - Πολύ εξυπηρετικός και φιλότιμος ο οικοδεσπότης, μίλαγε ελληνικά μας βοηθούσε συνεχώς σε ό,τι τον ρωτάγαμε, μας έδωσε ιδιωτικό υπόγειο πάρκινγκ μέσα στο κέντρο των Τιράνων, άριστο ξενοδοχείο, πεντακάθαρο, καινούργιο με πολύ ωραίο ντιζάιν, τέλειο και ιδανικό για οικογένειες, ωραία ρεσεψιόν με 24 ωρη εξυπηρέτηση. ΟΛΑ ήτανε τέλεια ,είμασταν πλήρως ικανοποιημένοι!!!

Hannu (10/5): We enjoyed our staying very much, we’ll be back on spring! - Location was perfect. The staff was excellent, landlord (Xhino) was very helpful and co-operating. Cleaning lady (Brikena) was super good in her work. Thanks again for them both! Okay, there were some issues in the bathroom because of the constant rain, but Xhino really did his best to solve them.

Mycket trevlig värd och enkel in- och utcheckning. Fanns bara en gryta och en stekpanna och en liten kniv, men ändå givetvis ett suveränt boende.

If you have a car, this is also a good place to stay because they have a free inside parking place A little hard to find with a car if you have no internet on the phone. You have to drive through narrow streets with a lot of parked cars.

Ayrıca güvenlikli bir park alanının mevcut olması da iç rahatlatıcı. Tesis sahibi Xhino çok ilgilidir ve bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Ne zaman yazsak ulaşabildik kendisine. Xhino’dan sadece tesis içerisinde değil, tesis dışında da tavsiyeler aldık. Akşam yemeği konusunda bize tavsiye ettiği mekan harika ötesiydi. Tirana tekrar geldiğimde konaklayacağım yer kesinlikle burasıdır. Beğenmediğim hiçbir şey yok her şey harikaydı 😊🙏

Jörg (10/5): Für einen Besuch in Tirana mit dem eigenen Auto eine perfekte Unterkunft. - Die Lage ist hervorragend, inkl. Stellplatz passend für einen VW Bus. Xhino ist ein liebenswerter Vermieter und kümmert sich um alles und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Nichts 😀

Tonja (10/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen und auch weiterempfehlen - Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr sauber und schön und modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage ist sehr angenehm, wenn man mit dem Auto kommt! Es ist ziemlich zentral und wir konnten gut in das Zentrum zu Fuß. Es ist größtenteils ruhig, da es nicht direkt an einer Straße liegt, manchmal hat ein Hund nachts gebellt, aber es war nicht sehr oft und nicht sehr laut. Man kann seine Wäsche waschen, wenn es nötig ist und es wird sogar Kaffee, Tee, Kakao und Wasser kostenfrei angeboten . Zumindest in unser Zimmer konnte man nicht nach draußen schauen, da das Fenster am Eingang lag und eine Folie hatte damit man nicht durchsehen kann. Manchmal fühlt es sich deshalb etwas eingesperrt an. Lüften wäre theoretisch möglich, aber es gibt auch kein Fliegengitter, das wäre vielleicht hilfreich.

Alycia (10/5): Parfait - La chambre était incroyable, propose, spacieuse et confortable. Tout le nécessaire en terme de literie, serviettes et articles de toilette étaient fournis. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le lobby de l’hôtel avec les petits canapés, espace de travail, café, thé et eau gratuits et à volonté. Tout comme la possibilité de laver et sécher nos vêtements ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Nous avons également aimé le fait d’avoir une télé dans la chambre avec Netflix, Disney+ etc L’emplacement était également parfait, à deux pas du centre ville. Kristel (10/5): Stijlvol, modern gerenoveerd appartement met een veilige parking vlakbij en op wandelafstand Tirana - De heel behulpzame en vriendelijke host was fantastisch voor onze eerste dag in Albanië. Appartement heel mooi en stijlvol vernieuwd. Gratis gekoeld water, koffie en thee voorzien en een kleine ruimte waar je zelf je croissant van bij de bakker kan opeten. 20 tal minuten wandelen naar de stad. Parking niet aan het appartement maar wel prima geregeld. Eigenlijk prima verblijf gehad voor een goede prijs. We moesten even zoeken in de straatjes daar naar het appartement en wisten niet hoe we direct binnen konden, het poortje had een kaartlezer of code maar wij hadden nog geen van beide. Host opgebeld en die kwam vrijwel meteen ter plaatse om ons binnen te laten, te helpen met onze bagage en met het parkeren van de auto.

Robin (9/5): - L'hôte a été très accueillant et a répondu à la tous nos besoins ! Parking sécurisé et gratuit à 3 minutes à pied de la chambre. Équipements en commun gratuits :Machine à laver, sèche linge, bouilloire, cafetiere (the et cafés fournis!) et fontaine à eau potable. Belle chambre, salle de bain neuve et très propre, lits confortables. Climatisation dans la chambre. À 10- 15 minutes à pied des attractions du centre de Tirana, des très bons restaurants à 5 minutes à pied également ! L'isolation phonique pourrait être améliorée dans la chambre.

Camera molto ampia, ambiente pulito, tutto nuovo funzionante e di alta qualità, proprietario gentilissimo e super efficiente, disponibile e molto amichevole, ti porta persino l' auto al suo parcheggio privato e te la va a riprendere al momento del checkout, ci ha aiutato nel scegliere i migliori ristoranti della zona, e ci ha dato un sacco di consigli utili... Una persona davvero come poche.. nella sua struttura offre persino un servizio di lavasciuga con una lavatrice e un asciugatrice di ultimissima generazione... Ci ha messo a disposizione caffè , thè acqua e persino una TV con servizio Netflix a disposizione .... Consigliatissimo.... Super Gino.... Anastasiia (10/5): Провели отличные выходные! - Мы провели в отеле 2 ночи всей семьёй (двое взрослых и двое детей). Впечатления положительные. Отличное расположение в самом центре Тираны — очень удобно для прогулок с детьми. Комфортный семейный номер. Достаточно места, чисто и аккуратно. Есть кондиционер и отличный Wi‑Fi. Не успели воспользоваться сушильной машиной. Некоторые жильцы забывали забирать свои вещи из стиральной/сушильной машины, что создавало неудобства для следующих пользователей.
maite (9/5): Recomendable para estancia en Tirana ! - La Habitación estaba muy limpia y las camas eran muy cómodas. No está en el propio centro pero en un paseo de 12 minutos estás en la plaza principal y es una zona emergente de bares y restaurantes y se agradece no estar en el ruido del centro. Nosotros íbamos con una niña de 8 años y no se le hacía pesado. Especial mención a Xhino, de recepción, que fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo momento haciendo la estancia todavía mejor. Muy recomendable

Vanessa (9/5): - Tout les équipements sont neufs et à la pointe de la technologie. À l’entrée du logement, il y a la possibilité de se faire du café ou du thé, ainsi qu’une fontaine à eau pour remplir les gourdes, il y a aussi une machine à laver et un sèche linge à disposition. Le parking est un plus indéniable à Tirana, il est situé sous immeuble juste à côté et Xhino nous a accompagné jusqu’au parking pour nous le montrer et garer la voiture. Nous avions deux chambres avec salle de bain commune sur le pallier, elles étaient très jolies, propres et spacieuses. Xhino habite juste à côté et est donc très réactif et nous a conseillé des visites et des restaurants. Le seul point négatif serait peut-être l’insonorisation des lieux qui n’est pas très bonne, malgré les bouchons d’oreille et les portes fermées, on entend beaucoup de bruit.

Thomas (9/5): Super ! Propre, pratique, sympa. - Propre. Super salle de bain (douche immense). À 15/20 minutes à pied du quartier Bloku. Dans le lobby : café, thés, eau en libre accès + machine à laver et sèche linge dernier cri. Personnel disponible, arrangeant et hyper reactif par whatsapp (reponse sous quelques minutes seulement). Parking en sous-sol dans un immeuble voisin, à 2 min à pied. L'insonorisation entre la chambre et l'escalier/hall de la résidence est moyenne : on entend parfois les gens dans les escaliers, lors des allers et venues des autres résidents.
Gellert Csaba (10/5): Nice, modern place in central Tirana - Brand new place in a small, hidden street. Fully equipped, free parking, washing&drying, coffee, water, etc. Absolute value for money. Very helpful owner. The underground garage is a bit steep and a minute away from the accomodation. Still a very big plus in Tirana.
