Guest Reviews
- Sydney (4/5): Disappointing - The host sent us a message asking us to change to another apartment just after 2 days on the grounds that they needed to fix some problems of the apartment. But we were not told what. Then a worker came directly to our door although we had already rejected the request. They should not have leased the apartment in the first place if there were issues to be fixed. The radiators of both of the two bedrooms did not work at all. The coffee table leg was broken. The apartment was not in a condition ready to be leased. We should have been allocated to another apartment right at the beginning. There were no cooking utensils (except a very worn-out saucepan), no washing liquid, not enough rubbish bags.
- Miriam (10/5): Very good I loved it 🥰 - How big and clean The shower, was less flowing
- Roberto (9/5): Convenient. - Big flat, 2 bedroom, modern flat, close supermarket and buses.
- Jenny (1/5): Stayed one night left asap - It was freezing heating didn’t work
Was hard to find
Very noisy neighbours
- Royal (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jake (7/5): Good -
- Robert (10/5): So good - Nice and clean
- Gemma (8/5): Very good - It was clean and just what we needed. The area wasn't as expected but didn't cause any issues. Also wasn't aware of deposit after paying
- Darren (6/5): Expensive for the level of decor - There was a lot of noise on the Thursday night
200 pound bond required
- Obi (9/5): Superb - The large amount of space in the flat. The modern efficient heaters, microwave, fridge, washing machine and more. The proximity to the market and supermarkets at Deptford station. The large windows and views. The 2 lovely bedrooms. The public basket ball courts nearby. The secure feel of the flat and environment. It served perfectly for me, my wife and 2 young kids. I can't think of one gripe
- Rakesh (4/5): Disappointing - The floor was creaking
- David (2/5): there is nothing pristine about this place - Nothing the bed had collapsed at the end and there we're gangs hanging about.
I was forced to pay a £200 deposit which was not on the instructions.
it took 4 weeks to get my money back
- Eliška (6/5): Very good location for reasonable price, however the quality was low. - Spacious flat located in a nice area close to Deptford train station, which makes it easily accessible from and to London city centre. Well equipped kitchen with coffeemaker, toaster and other basic kitchen appliances. The flat looks better in the pictures than it looks in reality. There was an unstable wardrobe in one bedroom that made the room dangerous for our kids. The flat was not that clean as we expected. There was no mirror in the bathroom and we had big troubles with tap water - annoying, and even dangerous fluctation of water temperature from cold to very hot.
- Venus (8/5): Not so bad. The price was fair I have no complain. Good for short stay - The host was helpful and responsive. The price is fair for what it has provided. Overall the indoor was tidy. The kitchen is nice and big and beyond expectations. The apartment is roomy, the living room and the dining area are very cosy, and there is a tree outside the window which provides a bit of privacy. The bed in the main bedroom is a super king size which was really nice. The location is convenient, it is near to Deptford station and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. I didn't park my car at the property, I parked opposite on the street so the area is more open and I can watch it over the window. The floor was a bit noisy when walking on it. The main bedroom wardrobe seems wobbly. The bathroom would be better to hang a mirror above the basin, and it would be great to put some hooks on the wall for hanging clothes.
The outside environment looked terrible, I was not feeling safe, so I searched the postcode for the crime rates, it showed the area wasn't that bad, I believe it might be just a bad feeling of the untidy street. I saw a fox near the property at midnight looking for food, it was lovely, but perhaps that explained why the street out there looked a bit dirty as they were likely searching from the bins. The bedrooms could hear a lot of noise from the outside, but it was okay after I closed the window.
- Anastasios (8/5): Very good - Fast internet. One minute walk and take bus 47 or 188 to center. Little tricky to find the house. Ask for more details or foto from outside area.
- Numa (8/5): Very good - I liked having the space to walk freely around the apartment and relax in different areas other than bed along with being able to make breakfast and eat comfortably. there were a few stains in area and a bit of mess but other than that everything was good.
- Ro (4/5): Disappointing -
- Sartin (3/5): Not Pristine Apartments - Kitchen was OK The bed we had, had broken slats so the mattress was very lumpy and seemed like we were sleeping 😴 on the floor.
The Area this place is, is very rough and some of the windows 🪟 had bars on them. I was constantly waking up worrying if my car would still be there in the morning, and because of the bed we had.
This is not a Pristine Apartment in my opinion
- Hamid. (1/5): It’s bad Area my car is stolen from there -
- Daria (7/5): good - It is modern And It has a lot of useful things Especially the kitchen you Could hear a lot of noises From outside And the ground was making a lot of noise when walking on It
