• Anna (10/5): Naprawdę trudno było wyjeżdzać z tego miejsca .To jedno z tych miejsc ,do których chcę sie wracać - To naprawdę wyjątkowe miejsce .Właściciele są cudowni,bardzo serdecznymi ludźmi zawsze pomocni . Nawet w moich prywatnych sprawach, kiedy potrzebowałam pomocy,mogłam na nich liczyć i otrzymałam ogromne wsparcie. Panuje tu spokojna ciepła atmosfera ,idealna do odpoczynku.Śniadania były codziennie świeże, bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone , a owoce pyszne. Domek był duży ,przestronny i bardzo wygodny , z dużą łazienką .W pobliżu znajdują się też małe lokalne sklepiki gdzie można kupić podstawowe rzeczy i świeże owoce. nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń-wszystko mi się podobało
• Timo (10/5): - Die Unterkunft ist eine kleine Oase etwas abseits des Stadtzentrums, welches man aber durchaus zu Fuß erreichen kann. Ansonsten stehe auch viele Motoraxis zur Verfügung oder Boniface ist euch behilflich. Er und seine kleine Familie sind die perfekten Gastgeber und haben immer ein offenes Ohr und helfen gerne weiter. Die Unterkunft ist sehr durchdacht ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und abwechselnd. -

Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen, aber Benny hat mich immer mit dem Auto gefahren, wenn ich nicht zu Fuss gehen wollte. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
• Jure (10/5): - A great place and a great host, very kind, always willing to help and easily available on whatsapp/phone. The location is not very near the centre of town but it is not a problem as bodabodas are very near and the location is amazing with a lot of beautiful trees and flowers around. You will feel like home as the owners welcome you with an open heart!
• Serena (3/5): Place is nice but mosquitoes in the room and it’s difficult to get to via rough road. - I liked the climate and green garden. I was bit by mosquitoes all night because the windows didn’t have screens and there was no mosquito net. I decided to leave early. Also be aware this place is difficult to get to without 4wd. The road is rough and goes down into a steep valley. So it was difficult finding transport because most Bolt and taxi drivers didn’t want to come though that bad road. It took over an hour to find one and other guests were having the same issue when I was there.

The location is a bit difficult to reach, but once you arrive, it’s absolutely worth it. The place is excellent for spending time in peaceful weather, surrounded by lush greenery and beautifully grown trees that create a calm and refreshing atmosphere. It has the charm and character of a unique heritage property, yet feels warm and personal like a homestay. Special mention to the owner, Bonem, who is truly a one-man army—managing everything with dedication, care, and a genuine smile. His effort and hospitality make the stay even more memorable. Overall, it’s a perfect escape for anyone looking to relax away from busy city life.

• Msafiri (8/5): I wish everyone to have a chance to stay there, for sure you won' regret to stay there. - Breakfast was good enough and so much delicious, of course everything was more than expected. So much amazing even the plan of their structures, spacing and even natural environment. It was fantastic stay to me and my family. Nothing at all.

• Isobel (10/5): A wonderful stay in Arusha - Highly recommend! - We had such a lovely experience at Unique Heritage. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely at home. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well decorated. Great facilities with hot showers and plenty of plug sockets. The peaceful garden was a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The location was convenient, tucked away in a quiet area yet still close enough to town. Breakfast was delicious! We had to wake up very early for a flight and the owner kindly made us breakfast before we left.
• Irina (10/5): A beautiful oasis with a welcoming family - Wow, I couldn't have asked for a better start to my time in Arusha! As a solo traveler, I was hoping to get the opportunity to meet people, and Boniface and Glory made me feel like I was visiting friends. My first evening I took a cooking class from Glory. She's a wonderful cook--I highly recommend learning to cook from her, or at least having her dinners, which you can request any of the days. We then all had dinner together and I learned about their family, their favorite music, their favorite food...and how tough it is to get their 6 month old to open up to a stranger. On my second day, they drove me around and accompanied me to some spots I was excited to see/that they'd recommended: a hike to Napuru Waterfalls, a drumming and dance class at the Cultural Arts Center, and some relaxing at Lake Duluti. They are such a friendly, welcoming family! I had such a blast spending this time with them. And their home is truly a garden oasis: beautiful and quiet, but only a 10 minute Bolt ride from downtown. The bed was very cozy, and the shower was hot. Everything you could ask for. I'd stay here again if ever I visit Arusha again! Not much I didn't like! The place was generally very quiet but occasionally dogs barking or some brief loud music from a neighbor woke me up at night. Earplugs solved the problem and the place is much quieter than the center of Arusha.

• Valentine (10/5): Perfect stay for a first time solo traveler. - My stay here was truly a manifestation. This was my first time traveling solo, and I had prayed for a kind, helpful, and involved host and that’s exactly what I got with Boniface and his lovely wife. From their warm hospitality to the peaceful garden and hearty breakfast, everything was just right. Their presence was supportive without being overwhelming, and they even helped me find trusted bike riders and budget-friendly restaurant recommendations, which made a big difference since I was traveling on a budget. I’d definitely recommend this place. Though it’s located in Ilboru, which at first seemed far from town, it actually offers the perfect balance. You get to experience authentic local life while still having easy access to the town center. The area is quiet, lush, and feels just like home. Would recommend an extra blanket during the cold season, lt gets a bit chilly at night.

• Anna (10/5): Tropical Garden Oasis - Amazing Experience. I stayed longer because I loved it so much. The garden is an oasis in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood! I had wonderful fruit from the garden. The family is so kind and made my stay extra special. I was recommended an amazing local restaurant and they also helped me with transportation. I was looking for a quiet place not too far from the Centre of Arusha and can’t recommend this place enough, it’s a hidden gem!
• Howell (10/5): Excellent Garden Lodge in Ilboru - Review unique heritage This is a great place to stay! It's just a bit to the northeast of the centre of Arusha. The accommodation is a bedroom and bathroom, in a self-contained building in a lovely garden. There is an open kitchen space close by, where the hosts, Boniface and Gloria, serve breakfast. There is a shop just down the road, and another right next door, just up the road. Very friendly and helpful owners. We thoroughly recommend this place! The road up to the accommodation is a bit rough, but it takes only 15 minutes to walk down to the main T2. If you don't fancy walking, then it's easy to get a bijargi.

Beautiful and cozy bungalow , very clean, good mattress, hot shower and in a lush garden, owned by a very nice family who will make you instantly feel at home. They can even cook really good home food for you if you want and they are very helpful with everything. The neighbourhood is local and very quiet not far from the busy center. Highly recommended!
