• Mariano (4/5): Descontento! - Me saco del apuro El trato del recepcionista, fue muy rudo cuando le dije que tuno un reserva con booking y me dijo que esa reserva no se la habían notificado y que por lo tanto no tenía reserva, le reclame un poco y su reacción fue de muy mala actitud (puedo entender que son días de la first de la candelaria y hay mucha demanda y pido estar estresado por la procesión), pero eso tendrá que saber manejarlo. Luego me dijo que tenia una habitación disponible y como yo seguía reclamándole me dijo que ya no me daria la habitación y fue súper incomodo para r mi como cliente, decía que yo le había faltado el respeto porque lo interrumpía al hablar y era Parte de mi estres porque prácticamente me estaba dejando en la calle no había más sitios para alojarse (Puno estaba desbordado por las fiestas), al final tuve que pedirle disculpas que mi intención no era faltarle al respeto y que necesito la habitación que no me puedo quedar en la calle.. prácticamente le tuve que rogar… finalmente me dio un habitación. Pero pasamos un mal rato con mi pareja con esa situación. Realmente no tuvo buena actitud. Y por otro lado el baño es de uso común por lo tanto están sucio todo el tiempo… y tuve que pedir una toalla (éramos 2 en esa habitación ), que no nos dieron junto con la llaves. En conclusión fue una mala experiencia ahí.

• Jones (7/5): Would recommend if you looking for affordable accommodation! - It was cosy, very affordable and the staff were very friendly and helpful! A bit of noise in the morning but that could have been just a one off - we only stayed 1 night

• Gilda (6/5): - Me gustó la cercanía al terminal terrestre. Está a pocas cuadras. La ducha tenía agua caliente. La señora que me atendió, pudo ofrecerme agua caliente para prepararme algo de beber en la noche. No hubo problema de salir en la madrugada, ellos están atentos. Cuando avisé en recepción que el baño no estaba limpio, lo hicieron casi inmediato.

• Beth (6/5): - Beds were comfortable, they have hot water, they let us check in early after a night bus The bathrooms could have been cleaner. Also there is nowhere to charge your phone, only a plug socket next to the television

Falta limpieza en el bano, hay mucho ruido, su esucha todo lo que pasa dentro y fuera del hostel, las luces del corredor están prendidas siempre, la puerta del dormitorio tiene un vidrio que permite que luz pase y se sienta cada vez que pasa alguien.

• Parissa (7/5): Central, fair price and comfy beds - The location is neat, close to the bus terminals and the lake. Only 25min walk from the central plaza. The rooms are bright, clean and with comfy beds. Although it took a bit for them to reply, they agreed to let us checkin super early (5am) if our bus would have arrived then. There was tea and coffee in the reception hall. The bathrooms could have been cleaner.

• Elizabeth (1/5): Do not stay here unless you absolutely have to - Nothing much. Everything! The staff were not awake when I wanted to check in at 8pm. The bed was covered in hair. Toenails on the floor. The toilet lacked a seat and the whole bathroom was repulsive. Everything was covered in hair or mould.

• Yuri (9/5): Superb - It’s very clean and like new. The bed is very comfortable. The furniture is so cute or decoration for Christmas. Only one problem it’s a bit harder to find the hotel. Even using the navigation I couldn’t find it. But reception 24 hours working so I could call from WhatsApp.

• Daniëlle (7/5): Very good price/quality. Simple but fine accomodation. - Very cheap. Very clean as well. The rooms had daylight and were kinda big. It has a small rooftop. There is free coffee. It is close to the bus terminal. The toilet has no toilet seat. You have to walk 15 minutes to get to the city center.
• Aikaterini (5/5): Not recommended - Near the bus station, cheap. Woke up in the middle of the night scratching. They charged me the extra tax, although I am not Peruvian and I was in the country for a few days, citing issues of exchange rates.
• Andrew (8/5): Very good - Close proximity to the bus station, and the staff were very helpful, helping me find a restaurant close by. Nice hot shower, and comfortable mattress. No charging points next to the bed.
• Gustavo (6/5): Very convenient place, room was comfortable except the bathroom was dirty and no water. - I liked the bed, was comfortable Bathroom wasn’t clean and there wasn’t enough water to wash hands or take a shower.
