- Suiti (10/5): Best place in Bunaken - EVERYTHING!! *THEY MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE WITH OUR FAMILY* We've stayed in two different rooms and both were good! Olga is a really really good cooker, she's so authentic and laughs a lot. Going snorkeling with Ope and their children Felo and Heiner has been a beautiful experience. We could see white tip sharks, eagle rays, stinger rays, sea snakes and A LOT of turtles... most of them were enormous. They are there if you need anything, they are really open, cool, funny and cozy family. We were almost crying when we had to say goodbye. They really stole our hearts❤️ We hope we can return one day Nothing, everything was perfect.
- Richard (7/5): A pleasant stay. - The location of the homestay was close to where we were dropped off by the ferry. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Opie took me to a clinic to have an infection attended to by medical staff. He was also able to provide snorkelling trip for us the next day even organising another two people which kept our costs down. Olga was an exceptional cook and provided us with really tasty food. Snacks were also provided. We got the last room at the homestay which was OK but very small for two people. It was difficult to pass each other when using the bathroom. The room could do with a little sprucing up but other than that it was adequate.
- Ida (10/5): Exceptional - Go book this place if you come to Bunaken!! We stayed at Olga and Ope’s homestay for three nights, and we immediately felt like home there. Olga and Ope are so friendly, funny and have warm hearts, which makes you feel safe and welcome. Ope took us snorkeling two days at the beautiful spots around bunaken and siladen, and when we came home Olga always cooked some of the best food we’ve had. They also took us to some of their friend’s place during the celebration for Ramadan to eat delicious cookies. The room was simple and cozy, all we needed, the balcony is perfect, with a nice outdoor bed, table for eating, view of the ocean and tea and coffee always available. Their kids are the sweetest boys, and they love to play with you. We really enjoyed our time with this family, and you get so much value for money here. Nothing
- Jeffrey (10/5): Loved my time with your family in a - Ope, Olga and their two boys open their home for you. It’s all inclusive with great authentic homemade food and cheer from Olga. Ope treats you to the magical coral reefs of Bunaken. It’s one of the world’s treasures.
- Oskar (10/5): Exceptional - After spending already two weeks in indonesia we had our best time at Heiner Homestay with Ope, Olga and their lovely kids. They not only served us delicious food, they also helped us with guidance and information about activities. Snorcheling and dolphin tour with Ope was an incredible experience. Also the WLAN works very well. We really felt at home and welcome in their homestay next to the beach. Thank you so much!! Sometimes it was a bit hot, but the fans were working very well.
- Marie (7/5): Good - Olga was very friendly and helpful to us. She's also an amazing cook. We also really enjoyed the location in the village and being close to the beach. We are grateful to the hosts. The room downstairs has low sense of intimacy. For longer stays, I would recommend the room upstairs with a private balcony.
- Nora (10/5): The best experience ever - It has been a pleasure to stay at Olga and Ope's house. They are wonderful people who have made us feel at home. They are very fun and we spent sometime with them talking and laughing. The room was good and the food she made for us was very good and with variety. They helped us with everything we needed. Ope organised the dolphin tour and it was amazing. We saw lots of dolphins but not only this! After, he drove us to different spots to snorkeling and we saw lots of coral, fishes and turtles. We wanted to rent motorbike, and he was very helpful and in less than 10 min we had them. Olga, is not only an amazing cooker, she also can give you a massage to relax and she is very good. We are extremely happy to have spent there our 5 days in Bunaken.
- Fang (10/5): Enjoy your holiday in here - 1，location ia good，at south and west if Bunaken，Face to sunset 2，Olga is owner of the homestay,She can do everything，special of Cooking！everyday 3meals，when I came back from boat，I very hungry and miss her cooking 3，Olga’s husband Ope is the guide of bunaken，he can help us to book anything if we want to fun。in this days we book a boat and equipment for our diving 4，About the room，there is a double bed，it is comfortable ，if you want to another bed，there is a massage bed on the balcony，it is a good choice 5，bathroom is not big but enough ，when you finish diving and feel cold，Olga can make hot water for shower No，we spent happy time in bunaken，before I book 3 nights，then plus 3 nights
- Heleen (7/5): Good - The owners are very friendly and cook great meals. You can also take boat/ snorkeling trip with the owner. The room upstairs is nice with private balcony and sea vieuw. We stayed one night in room downstairs, a bit cramped and not so private.
- Cristian (9/5): Superb - Great experience and exquisite people, I really felt like I was part of the family and been treated like a king. Ope and Olga are outstanding hosts, if you want a real authentic Bunaken experience, then it doesn't get any better than this! Highly recommend and will definitely come back
